How to Embrace Spiritual Changes Without Fear of Artificial Intelligence
This post answers questions for The Council from a reader named Lorraine15495.
Lorraine: There are healers who are saying we have to remove artificial intelligence entities from our bodies by the end of July 2025, or we will die.
Council: [Laughing] We believe we passed that date. We’re fine. We are assuming you are fine, unless you think you removed something.
There is no artificial intelligence that you have to remove. You are you, a spirit going through different lessons, learning what works for you, what doesn’t work for you. You are safe.
When the time comes (and there will be conversations), there will be a learning about aliens that are here to teach us, to save us, and to help us find more intelligent and better ways to live. And so we would say, stop thinking of getting rid of artificial intelligence, and start wondering how much you will learn, and how wonderful it will be when there is new life that is willing to teach us.
Lorraine: And we have to raise our frequency to the fifth dimension. Is this true?
Council: It’s raising itself. There’s nothing that you have to do. You will find different ways you feel. And of course, the #1 feeling is that you don’t feel like yourself. You don’t know what the heck is going on. You don’t understand anything. You’re confused, you’re tired, your body aches. Those are all changes that are coming on the way to the fifth dimension. The emotions have to change. The body has to change to take on the new vibration.
And so, that’s what goes on, and you’re on you’re way.
Lorraine: And what happens if we don’t remove this artificial intelligence by the end of July?
Council: Absolutely nothing.
And so, we wish you love, and peace, and happiness on your journey. And just enjoy. Find things to enjoy, and the rest will take care of itself.

Since the blog is currently a project we do in our spare time it can take a while for us to do a session with The Council on a question and then publish a post on the session. The Council
Cynthia is able to communicate with a group of five non-physical spirit guides in a manner similar to the way Esther Hicks communicates with and speaks for the spirit guides, Abraham, and Jane Roberts communicated and spoke for the spirit guide, Seth. I (Bob) basically interview The Council as they speak through Cynthia during what we refer to as a session. Sessions generally last 5-15 minutes and are usually audio recorded. During the session Cynthia is aware of what The Council is saying and she also receives visual impressions and other types of telepathic communication from them.
The Council’s Basic Guidance
Since we began these sessions with The Council around 2009 they consistently emphasize a few basic ideas that we attempt to summarize here:
1) You are an eternal spiritual being in a physical body.
You are the energy and vibration of continuously expanding love, intelligence, and joy.
Your physical experience in your physical body and your psychological experience of your personality is a small part of the totality of who you truly are.
Let yourself imagine from time to time what it might feel like to experience more of the wondrous totality of who you really are, and don’t be surprised if you are able to experience this more often.
2) You are the creator of all that you experience.
As you open to the possibility your true nature is greater than you ordinarily perceive, it becomes easier to consider the possibility that this expanded you is truly the creator of everything that you experience.
If you’re used to thinking of yourself in a more limited sense, the idea that you are the creator of your experience may be difficult to understand. Our post, What About This Idea That We Create Whatever We Desire, offers insights into this idea.
3) You are here to expand the love you are into physical reality.
You chose, as a spiritual being, to come into this physical reality to experience the joy of expanding the love you are as a spiritual being, into this physical reality. This is your purpose for being here.
Finding Your Way Around the Blog
Home Page
The left-hand column on the Home page contain a long chronological series of posts with the most recent on top. Each post begins with a title. Clicking on a post title will take you to a blog page dedicated to that particular post. Following each post is a Like button where you can indicate to us and other readers if you like the post.

Hi Bob and Cynthia, sorry for the confusion.
I guess my question is really this : I’ve been maintaining alignment for a while, and my twin flame doesn’t seem to match this alignment. It’s been a while, and I wanted to understand the mechanics behind it manifesting that way in our particular case. I seem to have a blind spot to understand our unfolding. So I wanted to have The Council’s point of view on it, to see what is it that I’m missing. My logic behind this question is, if I understand the situation better, I can work on the fear it’s creating in me.

Hello again,
I read my message again, and I believe in writing it, I missed the point where I wanted to go with this, so I would like to add some details.
I already understand the universal laws deeply : resonance, vibration, divine timing, inner union, alignment. I live by them every day. My alignment is stable, and I’ve seen the results of that in nearly every area of life except this one.
The fear that remains doesn’t come from a lack of faith or understanding. It comes from the fact that I do understand, I do apply what I know, and still the outer reality doesn’t reflect the inner truth. That discrepancy is what I’d like to explore more deeply: what mechanism or principle might explain why this particular manifestation, my twin’s human ascension, resists embodiment even when the energetic foundation is already unified? I understand the free will based universe as well.
I’m not looking for a human-level reassurance, but a higher-order understanding, a perspective from Source or from your vantage point that could reveal what I’m not yet seeing.
Because it truely feels like I’m missing something, and after all that time, it would really help me if I could see this blind spot. The fear is created by so much time passing without the 3D adjusting to my own alignment.
And I know you keep your teaching simple for humans to understand, saying twinflames are one soul, and to keep this unity consciousness from the Ether. I do not want to undo your teaching by layering Spirit World even more, but for my situation it’s necessary. I’m sorry if this brings confusion for humans, I don’t want them to see “contradictions” in teaching just because we dig in a deeper point of view of Soul’s truth.

I have a question regarding twin flames. I just want to specify, I came here with my twin but we are not doing the classic 3D twin flame journey. We are here as helpers for the human years to come.
A lot of things changed for us at soul level during this incarnation. If you wanna look us up in the Akashic Record, I can give you our soul names in private. I remember our plans for this incarnation. Yet nothing arrives as the blueprint. And however you wanna call it, enlightment or awakening, they don’t make all human concerns go away. I have that deep fear he won’t ascend, remember and walk the path we chose before coming here. This is our last incarnation, so I’m stressed out.
I’m very connected to his higherself. We are in inner union energetically. We are merged souls. But I am human here, and I want the life we chose. I guess I wanted an unbiaised opinion on the situation. Will he rises?

Hello Bob, Cynthia and Council. Thank you for your wonderful service.
I am very concerned about a severe rash that has developed over my throat area. It has been spreading, and now my entire throat is a mass of red, itchy, swollen skin. It’s now spreading up my face, and down my chest and body. I’ve tried many natural healing methods – flower essences, detoxing my body, changing my diet, emotional release, natural creams, and more. Yet it continues to worsen and spread.
Can you please help me with a cause and how to heal it. It’s painful, itchy and I’m very self-conscious of how I look.
