This post is inspired by questions from a reader named Delfos who had an abortion about a year ago and felt very sad about it until recently when she started to feel better and clearer.
The Council sympathizes with Delfos and says it’s sad in our reality when we feel an abortion ends a connection with a soul we love. But for all abortions The Council says there is an understanding and an agreement between your soul and the soul of the fetus. You never lose that connection and there is no ending.
Recently Delfos was told by another medium that the aborted child was a girl who is very angry and sad because she wasn’t allowed to come into this life. The Council asks Delfos why this spirit would be angry for not being born when it beautifully planned with her in spirit to be aborted before they both were born? Why would this soul be angry when it is back in spirit where there is no anger, only joy and love? The Council is clear with Delfos that she was following a path that she mapped out with this spirit and her decision to abort wasn’t wrong.
When Delfos says she told this medium that she only felt love and acceptance from this aborted soul The Council enthusiastically suggests she hang on to that feeling. But Delfos says the medium tried to make her feel guilty and says she needed additional sessions to release this soul. To this The Council replies why would Delfos go back to this person who made her feel guilty and uncomfortable. And The Council adds this was just an experience Delfos created and now she can chose to accept it or not.
At this point Bob suggests Delfos might go back to this medium because she thinks the medium will be able to remove her guilt. And The Council replies only Delfos can choose to let the guilt go and hold onto the love this aborted spirit is sending her. That is what she needs to focus on. And The Council adds this aborted spirit is very much at peace and in joy, and still is sending Delfos love.
Delfos says this medium told her if she doesn’t solve this situation she won’t be able to get pregnant again, or that her future child will be angry and messed up. To this The Council says they feel Delfos knows much better than to believe this.
When this medium tells Delfos she has personality problems and her dead grandmother is worried about her, The Council says there is no worry in spirit. Spirit sees what we choose to experience and sends us love to help us through whatever we choose to go through. There is nothing wrong with Delfos.
The Council explains that Delfos attracted this medium into her life as a challenge whether to feel fear and stay in it or know better and choose to feel the love and remember her connection with this aborted spirit. It’s a situation that Delfos created so she could see the opposite of love and then remember she and her aborted child are pure love.
Listen to the 11-minute recording of our session with The Council (below) to hear all their guidance for Delfos and the rest of us. And feel free to ask The Council a question that’s been on your mind.
This post is inspired by questions from a reader who calls herself ‘S’, who’s sure she’s pregnant again after terminating a pregnancy a year ago. The father is a friend who isn’t interested in dating S, but she feels drawn to him for reasons she’s unable to explain. She doesn’t feel right about ending this friendship and it’s intimate physical benefits, but has felt that she should. Now she’s confused about why she’s created this pregnancy and where things are headed with the father.
The Council says the purpose of S getting pregnant was to give birth to a soul she’s shared other lifetimes with, so they could move forward and create together in this lifetime. If S feels the child isn’t wanted at this particular time, The Council says this reality will change (the child won’t come full term) and this spirit will return to S in a future pregnancy.
S asks how much power she has in creating an outcome, and how does she know whether to focus on being with the father and child as a family – or not? The Council says if S truly wants to stay with her friend as a family, she can create this with her vibration, her thoughts, and her feelings. Whether S chooses to end her relationship with her friend or not, it’s purpose was to help get her pregnant with this spirit.
S says she thinks the soul she’s pregnant with now is the same soul she was pregnant with a year ago and The Council agrees. And they repeat that if this child isn’t wanted at this particular time, this spirit will return in a future pregnancy.
The Council advises S that she has many options with this pregnancy. She can abort and wait until she meets someone else. She can abort and bring in this spirit at a later date with her friend if she chooses to stay in this relationship. She can have the child now and leave this relationship with her friend if it’s not the right relationship for her. The Council suggests S search her feelings, determine what she wants, and create from there.
Listen to this short but powerful 6-minute session on S’s questions to receive all The Council’s guidance for S and the rest of us.
This post is inspired by questions from a reader named Tracy who’s about 2 months pregnant and scheduled to have an abortion the week after she posted her comment. After reading our post on Beth’s abortion she felt at ease, but has difficulty believing that karma won’t get her or her 1-year old son and asks about that. This will be Tracy’s third abortion and she asks if these souls have come back into her life. And she asks for advice on her spirituality, which she struggles with.
The Council starts by saying Tracy’s abortion won’t have a negative impact on her son. They say karma is what you believe and wish to create in your many lifetimes. They say there isn’t any monster karma that will make life miserable for her or her son, and ask Tracy to let go of the fear something in the future will affect them.
The Council says each of Tracy’s three abortions was pre-planned by her in spirit before she was born. They were created so she could learn about the gift of life and how wonderful it is to allow souls to come into this life and create the reality that soul chooses. And they ask Tracy what she has learned from each of these abortions.
The Council says these aborted souls have not returned to Tracy’s life, but have helped her understand her part in creating her son’s life. And they say she wants to understand the spirituality of becoming a parent and to be supportive of what her son creates rather than being a controlling mother.
The Council asks Tracy to meditate on the gift she and her son have given each other. And when she realizes she is a spirit helping another spirit move forward on his path she’ll experience great joy and love, not only for her son, but also for the souls she aborted.
The Council finishes by counseling Tracy to bring love into every situation and ask herself how she feels with each experience she creates. And they say to always ask for more understanding, more acceptance, and more allowing.
Listen to the entire 9-minute session (below) to receive all The Council’s guidance for Tracy.
This post is inspired by a question from a reader who goes by the name, MangoJuice13, who asks: Are all abortions an agreed upon contract between souls before birth?
MangoJuice13 read our post, Was I Correct in Aborting My Pregnancy?, and was interested to learn the reason for the abortion in that post was to challenge a woman named Laura to see how people swayed her opinion or pushed her to do something she didn’t want to do. MangoJuice13 says she’s in a similar situation.
She made a decision to abort out of fear after her partner pressured her. She says she feels guilty and angry, and wishes she had chosen differently. And she asks: What was the purpose of this abortion and what lesson was it meant to teach her?
The Council says all pregnancies are agreed upon in spirit before birth, but all abortions are not pre-planned. They say sometimes the abortion is pre-planned in spirit. And sometimes the souls agree to come together in a pregnancy, look at what is going on in their reality, and decide then whether to abort the fetus or not. And the soul of the fetus lovingly understands and accepts whatever decision is made.
The Council says MangoJuice13’s abortion was the opposite of what’s been discussed often on our blog. In this situation the soul came forward in spirit and said it wanted to experience being aborted, just living in the womb and not coming into this reality. After the soul expressed the desire to experience abortion, MangoJuice13 stepped forward in spirit and said she would help this soul experience this. This was not a situation where MangoJuice13 wanted to experience an abortion to learn something. It was to help another soul have this experience.
The Council asks MangoJuice13 to now look at her relationship with her boyfriend and figure out if it’s the right relationship for her going forward. And to ask if the people around her are supportive, or are they not allowing her to be who she wishes to be. The Council says that is what she wished to experience.
The Council sees MangoJuice13 developing strength, making a decision to get pregnant again, and deciding if it will be with her current boyfriend or another. And that was a purpose of this experience.
Listen to the entire 7-minute session with The Council (below) to answer MangoJuice13’s question and receive the benefit of their full guidance.
This post is inspired by a reader named Cait, who says she thinks about ending her life every day because it’s so painful, and she asks The Council if she’s able to break a pre-birth contract she made in spirit once her incarnation has begun.
Cait begins by asking The Council, what if the path your soul chose to achieve spiritual growth actually inhibits your spiritual growth? And The Council says this is never the case. They say your spirit works out whatever challenges it wants to meet while it’s in the physical body, and while this can seem difficult from a human point of view, your spirit knows exactly why it has chosen what it has chosen and what it is trying to accomplish.
The Council says when you begin to accept you are spirit in a physical body and believe you can learn with less difficulty, and can focus on the way you wish your life to be rather than the way it is, this is the beginning of change. You always have the power to turn your situation around. When you plan in spirit whatever you want to experience, it isn’t written in stone. You create every minute of every day, and so you can create something new.
Cait says she thinks about ending her life every day, and while The Council says there is no judgement in spirit for taking her life, they explain there’s growth she can experience from going through these challenges. And if she chooses to pass on these challenges in this lifetime she’ll be postponing them until she chooses to learn from them in a future lifetime.
Cait comments that her life is harmful to her soul, and The Council replies that her soul will never create circumstances that will harm her spiritually. It creates these situations for her to grow from them, to change them, and to bring love into them.
Cait asks how she can get out of her current challenge without killing herself and The Council advises her to refocus her attention and read as many books as possible on spiritual growth that can teach her who she is as a spiritual being.
Cait finishes her comment by saying her higher self doesn’t appear to care about her or her suffering. And The Council says Cait has no idea the love, caring, and support that spirit has for her if she’ll open up to it, even if she only pretends to feel it at first.
The Council recommends Cait read a book written by the spirit guide, Emmanuel and Pat Rodegast, and the energy from this book will help her turn her life around.
The Council tells Cait she’s come to this feeling of desperation and wanting out on purpose to experience an extreme situation so she can find a better way through this. And The Council says she will find it.
Listen to the entire 11-minute recording of our session with The Council to hear first hand all their guidance for Cait and anyone else who’s having difficulty navigating their current circumstances and is looking for a better way to experience them.
This post is inspired by questions from a reader named Kips who asks The Council for advice on a 9-year relationship with a man that has just ended.
The Council says the way this relationship was planned by Kips’s soul before incarnating into this lifetime was to end this relationship quite early. Because Kips and this man were fond of each other from other lifetimes they planned to come together for a very short time and then for Kips to get her freedom, which is what she wishes to experience in this lifetime.
And yet something about this relationship held Kips in it much longer than she originally planned. This staying with one another for a longer period is something that appeared because of circumstances in this lifetime.
Kips says being with this person brought her much heartache, and The Council says they hope this heartache has taught Kips a lot. And once these patterns are recognised The Council hopes Kips won’t accept them and stay in them, or draw them into a new relationship when she prepares to move on.
Kips says this man recently professed a desire to create a family with her and then he was gone. And The Council says that’s the way is should have been, but because of circumstances they created in each other’s lives it wasn’t over and it’s taken much longer in this reality to come to this point.
Kips adds that she wonders if there’s light ahead and says she’d like to experience love with a partner and build a family. The Council responds that there is light ahead and all around if Kips looks for it. The Council suggests expressing gratitude for the periods of this relationship when things went well instead of focusing on the hardships. They say as she appreciates the good that was in this relationship she can create something new for herself and move on.
When Bob remarked that it sounds like The Council is advising Kips to let go of this relationship, The Council says that if Kips and this man came together again they see another ending because the main purpose of the relationship was to come together and then release. Kips wanted to experience the freedom of learning from what was experienced and then move on.
The Council says what is ahead for Kips isn’t more loss unless she stays focused on loss and fear of things not working out, rather than happiness coming into her life. And they add if Kips truly desires freedom then she’ll be free to move on. If she desires a family and a new loving relationship that is easier and happier and that’s committed to by both people, then she’ll create that.
The Council ended this session by sending Kips and the rest of us more light, and they suggested we know this light is within all of us. And it’s all of us together that will bring the light into this reality so there’s peace and love and the feeling of spirit in each other’s worlds.
Listen to the recording of the entire 9-minute session (below) with The Council to hear all their guidance and advice for Kips and the rest of us.
This post is inspired by questions from a woman who goes by the name of Grandma Someday whose daughter had an abortion 3 years ago and the same daughter is currently pregnant with an unplanned child she’s planning on aborting this coming weekend.
After her daughter’s first abortion a clairvoyant told Grandma Someday her daughter would become pregnant again with the same soul from her pregnancy 3 years before and that child will be a lot like Grandma. Grandma asks The Council if this information is correct because her daughter plans to abort this child, but Grandma appreciates her role is to support her daughter’s decision rather than tell her what to do.
The Council sees the spirit from the abortion 3 years ago is the same spirit Grandma’s daughter is currently pregnant with, but after the abortion this weekend The Council says this spirit won’t return to this lifetime with them. The Council adds the purpose of these two abortions was to help her daughter align her life and become more serious in the direction her life takes, and they say these abortions will fulfill that purpose.
The Council says the earlier clairvoyant was correct about the same soul coming to Grandma’s daughter in her first two pregnancies, but The Council sees a third pregnancy with a new soul that wants to live out this lifetime with the daughter and Grandma. The Council says if the daughter chooses to abort the third pregnancy, it was planned it would be her last pregnancy in this lifetime.
The Council says they’re very glad to hear the mother say she feels her role is to support her daughter’s decision in this lifetime because in a previous life she was a controlling mother of the same daughter, and the daughter ran away and didn’t return. In this lifetime the mother wanted to soften her heart, be supportive, and learn not to be controlling. And The Council applauds the mother for accomplishing this.
Listen to the entire 11-minute session with The Council (below) to hear every bit of their guidance for Grandma Someday.
This post is inspired by a reader named Emmy who asks how she can create a family after having a recent missed miscarriage – a miscarried pregnancy that goes undetected by the mother, usually until diagnosed by a physician.
First The Council says this miscarriage was not pre-planned before Emmy came into this life. Instead she would decide after she got here whether she wanted to experience this.
Now that Emmy has a desire to create a family, The Council suggests she investigate the reasons why she wants one, then they explain the details of creating it. They suggest she see herself receiving the news she’s pregnant and feeling her emotions about it. Then they ask her to see and feel various milestones in the child’s life, from birth, to school, dating, marriage, having it’s own children, and the milestones in between. The Council says seeing and feeling these details and how she wants them to be is the way she’ll create them.
The Council says if she now feels ready, she can speak with the soul of her child-to-be and give it permission to come into her life, and it will come.
The Council suggests visualizing each event in the child’s life, going into great detail, and feeling like it’s already happening. This is the inner work. This is how you create in the spiritual world and then manifest it in the physical.
The Council says to have fun with this. Creating is always fun. Take the pressure off and see exactly what you want.
Listen to the entire 9-minute session (below) to get all the details of The Council’s guidance for Emmy.
This post answers a question from an anonymous reader who asks why we need a mother’s womb to reincarnate into this lifetime. According to The Council we don’t need a mother’s womb to reincarnate, but this is something we’ve chosen at this particular time because it’s a physical and emotional experience we desire.
The Council says in the beginning when spirit came into this reality the womb wasn’t needed. Spirit would project itself into trees and animals by an act of creation. After a while we desired a change and decided to experience this reality by being born from a mother’s womb to know the physical sensation of this process.
The Council says Earth is a teaching ground for physical and emotional experience, and at this particular time when you chose to come here, being born through your mother’s womb is part of the knowledge you acquire. They also say there are spirits who take the place of people who no longer wish to be in this reality, but there are still lessons to be learned by other people from these people. And The Council says there are angels who pop in and out of physical form to help people, and experience some knowledge while they’re here. And the mother’s womb isn’t needed in these instances.
The Council emphasizes that life is constantly changing and while we want to experience birth through the mother’s womb at this time, they also say we’ll eventually create a way to enter this reality where the mother’s womb isn’t necessary.
Bob’s curiosity about The Council’s comments regarding angels prompted some additional questions and some interesting answers about the bodies the angels incarnate into, the number of angels that choose to inhabit physical form at one time, and the amount of time they spend here.
The Council briefly touches on the subject of cloning and goes on to say they think we’ll go beyond cloning to the point where we can experience birth without the mother’s womb as an adult or a child, simply by willing this process of creation through our mind.
The Council emphasizes that our freedom and our choices are limitless and it’s their hope we’ll go on to experience different ways to incarnate into this reality, and they remind us whatever we wish to create is possible.
They also remind us there are people who choose to leave this reality very peacefully just by willing it when they feel they have learned enough, rather than create a disease or an accident.
The Council finishes with a reminder to enjoy your life, be grateful; stay in positive choices, positive actions, and positive reactions; and continue to serve your purpose which is to spread love everywhere. And they close with a reminder they are always with you.
This was an exciting 17-minute session that touches on several noteworthy points about the power of who we are as spiritual beings in a physical body. Listen to the entire session below and let us know what you think.
This post is inspired by a question from Maria who asks if she’s crazy for believing she’ll marry a man she describes as her soulmate, even though he broke up with her a year ago and stopped speaking with her two months ago when he got together with someone else.
The Council says you’re never crazy for having a desire and it’s always good to honor your wishes, but sometimes you need to look at the whole situation and ask why you need to be with this particular person.
The Council says a soulmate is an important person who agrees to come into your life to work something out. They are not necessarily the greatest love of your life. Sometimes they can be a friend, a family member, or someone you just feel a closeness to. On some level Maria has agreed to have this experience with this man she’s calling her soulmate, and for now they say this relationship is over.
Maria says she knows she’ll be together in this lifetime with this person she thinks of as a soulmate, and The Council asks her if she really believes this or if it’s just something she’s hanging onto. They ask whether she’d want to create another soulmate to be with her for part or all of her life. And they add that the idea is to love everyone as you have them in your life for however long they’re in your life.
The Council says if there’s something Maria feels she needs to complete in this lifetime with this person, he can choose to return to her. But they say it’s important to understand whether this person returns or not, Maria has challenges and happiness waiting for her in the rest of this lifetime. The question is whether she will take advantage of these situations or she’ll sit back and become bitter if this person doesn’t return. The Council advises to look for this person to return if she wants, but to also look for someone new in the meantime.
The Council advises Maria to look where this journey takes her now. That’s how she pulls in what her spirit has planned for her. When Maria focuses on the love she had with this person whether he returns or not, this contributes to a more positive experience for both of them and he may desire to return. But if Maria can be available to whatever comes along, she may bring in something so wonderful that she won’t want the original person back.
The Council says the situations Maria has experienced have been put there on purpose by her spirit for her to learn what she wants. With new emotions, thoughts, and feelings they ask her to now create them in her life.
And The Council finishes the session by saying they see great happiness for Maria.
Listen to the entire 11-minute recording of the session below to get all The Council’s guidance for Maria. Let us know what you think.
This post answers Jyoti’s question about whether the soul of the child she’s now pregnant with is the same soul she had a stillborn pregnancy with back in 2013.
When she and her husband decided to try and get pregnant again, she asked that soul to come back. But they also said in case that soul wants to learn more in the spirit world, any willing soul who wants to join their family will be welcome, loved, and cared for.
Now that Jyoti is pregnant she wants to develop the same bond she had with the soul in her previous pregnancy, but finds this is difficult without knowing whether it’s the same soul. She feels guilty if it hasn’t come back, the child may feel unwanted. And she asks The Council if they can let her know.
The Council begins by asking Jyoti why it’s so important that this particular soul return to her and her husband now. They say it has been with her in many of her realities and if it doesn’t return now, it will again. They continue that it’s a wonderful idea to welcome any soul that’s willing to become part of their family. And they wonder about the wisdom of telling Jyoti rather than letting her have the baby and figuring it out for herself.
But because The Council sees this is such a puzzle for Jyoti and so much on her mind, they feel in this instance it’s helpful for her to know it is the same soul from her stillborn pregnancy two years ago returning to her.
But The Council hopes Jyoti will eventually be open to welcoming at least one more soul, because there’s someone else who would also like to be part of her family. What’s important to understand is that any soul that would come to Jyoti is part her soul group. She has a special bond with each of these souls.
The Council says each of us knows all the souls in our lives. And they wish Jyoti much peace, wonderment, and excitement on what she’ll experience again with this soul, and be welcoming to the other souls that wish to be with her also.

This post is inspired by a question from a reader named Diana who says that The Council always reminds us we are spirit and we are love and asks where evil comes from, why does it exist, and why would someone choose to experience being evil in a physical body?
The Council’s initial response was that evil is created from our thoughts and beliefs. When I (Bob) said we might need a little more than that, they elaborated.
The Council says we are here to experience any reality we wish to learn from and some of us choose to experience negativity and evil until we realize we created it and we have the ability to change it. Look at these situations as opportunities to learn and grow.
The Council says everything we experience in this physical reality that we consider evil is only here because we wanted the experience of changing it into something more loving. You want to remember who you really are as a spiritual being in a physical body and you have the ability to change evil and bring love into these situations.
When Diana comments there are some people who don’t appear to have a soul or a drop of love in them, The Council replies that everyone has a soul and everyone is love, but what keeps them from experiencing this is they have forgotten who they truly are. The challenge is to remember this.
When Diana asks how someone who manifests evil can be spirit and love The Council reminds us that spirit and human are one being who loves itself so much it allows us to experience whatever we choose while in the human body, and find our way back to who we are as spirit.
Listen to the entire 7-minute session to receive The Council’s full message.
This post is inspired by a question from Asher who asks The Council why it’s necessary to go through pain and hardship in order for our soul to grow? He feels sad human beings aren’t capable of anything else and he wishes to enroll in a cosmic school where spiritual growth is a positive experience.
The Counsel says Asher is already in that school and it’s not necessary to create situations where growth only takes place through suffering and struggle. He has the choice to change his life through his beliefs.
If Asher feels the only way his soul can grow is through suffering, that is what he’ll create. But The Council says we come to this world to grow in love, not through suffering. And as we stay in the vibration of love, less struggle will occur.
The Council advises Asher to take his greatest power, which is choice, and change the way he sees this. In response to his comment that humans aren’t capable of anything else The Council replies that humans are also spirit. They are one and whatever you go through, you learn from it together.
This session is only about 5-minutes long, but there’s lots of valuable information in it. Listen to what The Council has to say for the full story.

This post is inspired by a question from an anonymous reader who had to terminate a pregnancy for medical reasons. She felt a special connection with the soul who was her baby and asks The Council if it will return in a future pregnancy.
The Council is happy she doesn’t feel bad about terminating this pregnancy and says that half her lesson was learned when she let the child go and was okay with it. They ask her to reflect on this and see what feelings come up for her.
They say it’s always possible for the soul to return if an agreement was made that way, but ask if that’s so important, and if another soul was to come to her would it be a disappointment. The Council says they see this soul returning to A., but what if there were others after that? Would it be loved any less?

This post describes a session with The Council in response to the comment and questions below from Beth on the subject of abortion. The session is full of thought-provoking ideas on lots of different subjects of interest to many people in addition to Beth. Particularly interesting to us is light that The Council sheds on how our spirit’s intentions often manifest in surprising and unexpected ways in our human experience.
Ordinarily we like to offer a sort of running commentary in these posts if we feel it can add some clarity to something The Council says during a session, but it seemed to make this post too long and wordy. It also seemed to place more emphasis on understanding what The Council is saying rather than on appreciating the feeling of the energy offered by The Council and spirit in response to Beth’s questions. More and more we are learning from The Council that what’s important about spiritual understanding is that it’s a focus of attention that allows you to feel in your physical experience more of the love you are as a spiritual being.
As you read through the post, see if you can feel the energy of this session resonating with your spirit. If a clear understanding doesn’t come right away, be patient with yourself and let your connection to who you are as a spiritual being shed light on the material presented here. Give yourself some time. You are always welcome to use the Comment section following the post to ask a question about this material and we’ll do our best to reply.
Beth’s Comment and Questions
“I have a question about abortions as it relates to the Soul and the Soul’s agreement…the Soul of the child, specifically.
“You see I have unfortunately had to make the decision (twice) in my life to terminate what I perceived as ‘untimely’ pregnancies.
“I have a lot of guilt around these decisions, not because of any religious reasons, but more because I am not sure what I did was the right decision for my life’s path.
“Also, I often feel sad wondering how those two Souls (or maybe it was the same Soul) feel/felt that I chose to terminate their little lives.
“I fully believe that those Souls made some type of agreement with me, but I’m wondering if you could shed light on what those agreements may have been.
“Did those little Souls know that they would play this role?
“Is it the same Soul trying to come back in?
“Would I be able to find out more about them, and who they might have become had I chosen differently?
“If we come back in similar Soul groups, could this Soul have been one that I also lost in a previous life (I believe I was pregnant when drowned)?
“I realize that these are many questions, not one, but I am grateful for your input.”
You Can Not Stop Life
Reading Beth’s comment and questions to The Council at the beginning of the session, they were quick to comment at the end of her first sentence.
“We really want to laugh here… the word abortion… what does it mean?
“Abort… Stop… Stop life?
“You can not stop life.
“It is all in choosing, and agreements, and experiences.
“And so we just wanted to add that in there.
“Beth did not stop a life… did not cut a life short… everything went as planned.”
This post is inspired by a question from Oksana, who observes that in our sessions with The Council there are many references to spirit, but not many references to soul. Oksana asks if The Council can provide information specific to the soul. She’s particularly interested in The Council’s point of view on whether it’s possible to do things that can be detrimental to our soul.
Our Soul is an Aspect or Part of Our Spirit
“The spirit, who we truly are, is the larger part of us. The soul – which some people understand is interchangeable with the word spirit – the soul is the smaller part [of spirit] that chooses to experience this life, and it is what we would consider your personality in each different life. It has the knowledge of what you are looking to experience. And so the soul is part of the spirit and part of the human. Is that understood?”
Before Oksana asked her question, Cynthia and I were among those who thought the words ‘soul’ and ‘spirit’ were more or less interchangeable. Prior to our session on this question, Cynthia was already getting information from The Council on this subject that started us thinking there might be more of a difference than we suspected. Their opening statement above makes it pretty clear they perceive the soul as a distinct aspect of spirit, not the same as spirit, but some of the other things they mentioned weren’t as obvious.
