Questions About How We Manifest Our Own Realities
This post answers questions for The Council from a reader named, Firefly.
Firefly: I have some questions regarding manifesting our own realities. Are things like cigarettes and alcohol only bad for my health if I believe they are?
Council: Yes.
Firefly: I hear people warned that these things will lower one’s vibration.
Council: If you believe it will lower your vibration, it will. If you believe it will hurt your body, it will. You must be very sure of your thoughts around this because you’ll create it. And sometimes wondering if it’s bad for you, because you have that thought, it will be bad for you. So we’d suggest if you want to do this, you create yourself having a wonderful life, having a healthy life, and feeling great.
Firefly: Is there a good reason to be thinking about whether one’s vibration is lower or higher?
Council: You will know immediately by how you feel. When you’re depressed or when you’re angry, you know your vibration is low. And so you question: Why are you depressed? Why are you angry? Why are you sad? What’s going on? When you’re laughing, when you’re thinking of memories that have made you happy, when you’re planning the future things that will make you happy, your vibration automatically lifts. So you’re very much in control, and you’ll feel it.
Bob: So you’re saying there is a good reason to think about whether your vibration is lower or higher?
Council: We’d say you don’t have to focus on whether your vibration is high or low. Just focus on how you feel in the moment. What’s going on? And then the way you feel, or what thoughts made you feel that way? And you’ll know exactly how to lower or raise your vibration. It’s that simple.
Firefly: Does it really matter if we think about whether our vibration is lower or higher?
Council: What matters is that you have thoughts that make you feel good. And the more you can do that, you’re automatically in a raised vibration. You are automatically living a good life. And so stay in joy. We say this all the time. The answer to everything is: find the joy and you’ll feel the happiness. Find the love and you’ll feel the happiness. You’ll feel that lift in your vibration and that is the answer. Everything you look at, love it. Show compassion and happiness, and think thoughts that bring you joy, even if it’s something from when you were five years old, if it makes you laugh or if it makes you smile.
We can even say when you meditate or just sit in a chair for five minutes, smile. Sit there and smile. Don’t think of a thing, just smile. You’ll find that you feel better.
Firefly: Do people like me ever decide to indulge in alcohol and cigarettes before coming into this life just for the purpose of having fun?
Council: Yes, of course. And then you can perhaps experience having fun and not needing these things. Or having a life with drugs and alcohol and loving every part of it. It’s how you think about it. You are in control.
Firefly: If I feel like I’d like a better income and more money very quickly, what’s the best way to align with these resources?
Council: Play games, walk into stores, look at expensive stuff, see yourself buying it, see yourself winning the lottery, see yourself with a large bank account, look at your checkbook and write numbers in it that give you much more money than you have. Play the game and experience it. You can buy whatever it is. If you want a house, picture the house. What does it look like? Picture every detail of it and that it’s yours. And the more you practice having the things you want that are expensive, the universe will bring that to you. Actually it’s you that’s putting out into the universe, “This is what I want.” And when you realize this is what you want, and you have fun with it, it must come to you.
Firefly: I’m in a loving relationship with a man who’s a good friend. By imagining how I’d like the relationship to expand and go in beautiful directions, am I creating this relationship?
Council: Of course. You create with your thoughts
Firefly: Is he creating a completely different reality or relationship, or are we creating one together?
Council: What he’s creating can be different, but if you do come together, then that part of you that’s creating it, you’ll both create it and come together. And there are so many different parts of you that part can go off and create something very different, but you won’t experience it because the part of you that’s in your current reality wanting this, because you want it, and you focus, and you create it, you will have it.
Firefly: Does this creation stretch over many of our lifetimes?
Council: Anything you can create, you can create in any lifetime, over and over again if that’s what you wish.
Bob: Do you see Firefly and the man she’s in a relationship with have shared previous lifetimes?
Council: Most of the lifetimes were as siblings, and so that has no bearing on what’s created in your current lifetime. Focus on what you want now.
Firefly: I sometimes want another child with this man who I love. I have three children from a previous relationship. Is it outlandish to want to manifest a baby that’s ours, but have the pregnancy be delightful and non-damaging to my body at age 43?
Council: Why is that outlandish? Just that thought will keep you from creating it. You can create anything you want. If this is what you want at this time of your life, of course you can create it, but the doubts will get in the way. And so it doesn’t matter. There are women that are older that have created pregnancies. Think of what you want and why you want it. Does it bring you happiness? Then go off and create it. See it and feel it like it’s already yours.
Firefly: By doing my best to visualize getting pregnant, can we really create an outcome that defies what we believe we’ve learned from scientific observation?
Council: You can create a future that has nothing to do with scientific information. You can create something that’s way off the charts. There’s no limit. If 100 people say you can not create this because of reasons A, B, C, etc., it doesn’t matter. What matters is what you believe. And so take the limits off and create whatever it is.
Firefly: My child is worrying me and I want this child to be safe and well. How can I help them best?
Council: See it. Connect with the spirit that has agreed to come into your life. If it’s something you both want, if you agreed upon it in spirit and the spirit said, Well, let’s look at your life at the time I want to come in. Is it something I want to experience? Is it something I want to share with you? Everything is possible. Connect to the spirit, offer it a home, offer it safety, offer it help, offer it happiness, and most of all offer it love.
Firefly: How much power do I have to create change for others?
Council: You can not create change for others. Everyone is their own creator. You can help them. You can create what you know they want and see it for them to give them more support, more energy, and strength to stay with the thought of what they want, but you can not create it.
Firefly: Is it possible, in imagining all that one wishes to manifest, to be asking too much or employing greed?
Council: There’s no greed. There’s no limitation on what you can ask for. Everybody can have everything they want. There’s no limit to anything. And so if you want 100 different things, you are not taking them away from another person. There’s enough for everyone. Use your power of manifestation.
And so we send you blessings, and joy, and love, and the ability to have wonderful memories, to laugh, and to hope, and to stretch out your hand and help each other, and enjoy this life that you’ve created. Remember, no one creates for you. It’s all up to you. The people around you that you’ve chosen to be in your life have agreed to come and help you. They’ve agreed to learn from you. There are things that they need from this.
And so you’re all there, everything is planned with love, and when you go back into spirit you’ll go, “Wow, what a trip.” So enjoy and have fun.

How Can I Improve The Health Of My Teeth?
This post answers questions for The Council from an anonymous reader.
Anon: I’d like to ask The Council about my teeth. I’ve had problems with my teeth for a long time, but it was only during the last couple of years or so that I’ve really been trying to change things to improve my teeth. There have been some improvements, but some things still keep getting worse. I’ve changed my diet, I’ve done a lot of Rife Frequencies, used the Perkl-Light machine a lot, and brushed my teeth with homemade tooth powder, which is supposed to help and be better for you than over-the-counter toothpastes.
It has become really frustrating at times doing all this and trying to keep positive and upbeat in this process. What else can I do, or what else do I need to do to better my teeth’s health?
Council: All of what you’re doing is good, but we want you to go back to working energetically first. You’ll work on the 5th Chakra and the 6th Chakra, and you’ll do the color breathing and the visualization that goes with this.
We see here there’s also a deep (what you’d consider) subconscious belief that what you’re trying isn’t working and that you’ll be frustrated from this. This comes from another time, not so much with your teeth, but you experienced a lot of frustrations where things in your life weren’t going well. In your current life what you wanted to do was to stand in your truth and talk about how you felt. You wanted to be able to talk with kindness about how you’re being spoken to, how you’re being treated, and how not to (we’d say) swallow it or keep it in.
Talk more about what you want, what you agree with, and what you don’t agree with. This is so you can live your truth in your current lifetime. Talk about what you want. Don’t keep the dreams bottled up inside. Talk about them. Talk about people that treat you kindly, and thank them and appreciate them. Talk about the people that don’t treat you kindly and how you feel this is affecting your own self-esteem. It’s affecting things that you believe. It’s good to talk. Keep it going.
Also we move to your ears. Listen to what people tell you. Give them time. And as they talk, don’t think about your answer, or what you think it means, or what you think it doesn’t mean, but listen to them. Give people the attention they want and they are here needing.
When you speak and when you listen, the whole problem you have with your mouth will disappear.
Bob: So you’re suggesting that the problems that Anonymous is having with their teeth is related to communication and listening?
Council: Yes.
Unfortunately there’s a saying that this person is always in their head. Come out of your head, think of how you feel, the way people speak to you, and think of how what you say to another person makes them feel. The connection will be made and you’ll see the difference in your teeth.

How Can I Alleviate My Neck And Shoulder Pain?
This post answers questions for The Council from a reader named, Vertigo.
Vertigo: Hi. I’m wondering if The Council has any advice for my neck and shoulder pain. It started a couple months ago and my entire right arm hurts and tingles throughout the day. A Physical Therapist says it’s a nerve compression issue, but so far no actual therapy helps. The pain is only a 2 or 3 out of 10, but it’s really bothersome and it’s a major distraction from the rest of my life.
Council: What we see here, and of course we always start in energy first, but your 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th chakras aren’t fully working the way they should be. At this point we advise you to start every day or every other day doing the chakra breathing and spend a little more time on the 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th chakras. Once these chakras are aligned and working clearly, then you’ll address in your physical reality the compressed nerves in your neck and the right side of your head.
Physical Therapy is a wonderful thing, but it doesn’t release the nerve compression. And so we advise you to find a Chiropractor that you hear good things about and you can believe in, and have the Chiropractor work on the compressed nerves. If you start working on an energetic level first and then take the steps in the physical plane to work on the physical part that’s bothering you, you’ll be able to relieve the compressed nerves and the pain will be relieved.
Bob: Any suggestions on how long Vertigo should work with the energy and the chakras before seeking Chiropractic help?
Council: It’s always up to the person how difficult they find doing this, or if their intention is to work with this and see it working and feel it working. Do some visual work while you go into the chakras. What do you think you see? The more you do this, the faster the chakra healing will come in. We can’t give you a timeline because you are the creator. You will create when you are to heal this and how you are to heal this. And so we’d say when you’re working with the chakras and when it feels comfortable and you feel just a little different, then we advise you to go ahead with the Chiropractor and the physical part.
Bob: Do you recommend any sort of visualization during the chakra meditations for easing up the compressed nerves?
Council: You will do the correct breathing and use the correct colors. Start by going into your heart. What do you think it looks like in there? When you look at that green energy, do you see anything? You may not in the beginning, but keep asking the questions: Is it dull, heavy energy? Is it clear? Is it flowing? Does your heart chakra want to show you anything?
Then move up to the throat and you’ll work with the symbol for this chakra and the beautiful light blue. Again, do you see light blue all around your throat? Do you see it only on one side? Ask your throat what it wishes to show you.
Then move up to the Third Eye. Ask the same questions. What is in the Third Eye? How does the indigo color look? Is there something your Third Eye needs? Is there something your Third Eye would like to get rid of and show you?
Then move to your crown. Do you see the beautiful purple energy coming down into your Crown Chakra? Is there a nice flow of energy? Does it stop and go? Is your Crown Chakra accepting this purple energy? Is there something you can see? Is there a picture? Is something in the way of the purple energy? Is there something your Crown Chakra needs?
Play with this, and as you do you’ll see changes begin to happen.
Bob: But you don’t recommend any specific visualization for the nerve decompression?
Council: When you go and seek the physical help, as the Chiropractor is working on you, you can see yourself healing. See the Chiropractor releasing the compressed nerves and feel relieved that things are beginning to feel so much better.
All seven chakras are good to work on, but take more time on the 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th chakras.
Bob: Is it worthwhile discussing what may have caused this nerve compression?
Council: There are some memories there. There’s also some stress that comes from the current lifetime. It’s just the weak point where the stress has landed, but we see that this can be fixed.

What Can I Do To Find A Partner To Love and Who Loves Me?
This post answers a question for The Council from a reader named, ACuriousSpirit, who asks: What can I do to find a partner to love, who loves me, and to have a happy and long-lasting relationship?
Council: Become like a child and pretend. The more pretending you can do, the better it is to create what you want.
Be specific in your thoughts. What kind of person would you like in your life? Think of this often. Do you need someone handsome? Do you need someone with a lot of money? Do you need someone that’s beautiful and caring? Do you want a tall person? A short person? Do you want someone with a good sense of humor?
When you do this, the mistake most people make is thinking of all this, but thinking of it from a place of frustration that this is what they want, but they don’t have it. The minute you go into, “I don’t have it yet, but this is what I want,” that but this is what I want and I don’t have it yet, slows down the process of what you’re trying to create.
We advise you to create from the beginning of your relationship. You meet this person. Can you imagine your phone is now ringing and you’re getting a call from this person? This person is asking you out. Are you laughing on the phone? What does your first date look like? What are you wearing? How does the relationship develop? Do you go on trips together? When you marry, how does that happen? Who asks who to get married?
Bring the relationship along in every detail you can imagine. Do you buy a house? What does that house look like? Go in every room and design it, feel it, and pretend like a little child that you have it. And in that pretending and make-believe you know you’re just starting to create what you desire.
The more you can get yourself happy, and laugh when you think: Let me go into this visualization, let me fix this, I saw this last time, but I’ll change it and make it better. And continuously do this and know what you desire is there for you. The more you do this, the quicker you’ll create it. But you have to do this from a place of happiness, and a place that it’s something that’s yours, that it’s available to you. Get away from the thought of, it’s taking too long, and will I ever be able to do this?
You must create what you desire out of faith, and know that you’re the creator. And along with that, you can create anything else you want. But you have to come from a place where you see what you desire, and you feel it. Feeling what you desire is the key. Visualizing what you desire sends those thoughts out into the universe. What brings it back to you and is the magnet is feeling what you desire.
Like a little child creates, they are a spaceman and they’ll see the whole thing in their head. And they’ll be excited because they’re going to the moon, or they’re going to Mars. You must feel the excitement that this is true. You’re in charge and you’re the creator. The more you can do this from a place of happiness and a place of belief, you will create what you desire. There’s nothing you cannot create. It’s all there for you.

How Can I Bring More Friends Into My Family’s Life?
This post answers questions for The Council from an anonymous reader who asks: Can The Council advise me on bringing more friends into my family’s life? I’m not lonely, but I’d love a stronger community and other families to share experiences and friendship with. Is manifesting a matter of meditation, or visualization?
Council: Manifesting first begins when you can raise your vibration. The easiest way to do this is to think of things you have and enjoy, or things you’ve experienced that you’re grateful for. And the more you’re grateful, the lighter your energy becomes. Your energy becomes a magnet for what you wish to attract. Manifesting first begins in happiness, gratitude, and joy, and then just focusing on what makes you feel this way.
We can tell you to go out and join groups and you’ll meet a lot of people, and that does work. But before you run anywhere, start doing the work in your mind. Meditate on it. See it. See yourself happy and with new friends. Create in your mind what you want to experience in your physical reality. Your physical reality must follow your thoughts. Focus on bringing in more friends for yourself and it will happen.
Anonymous: Can I manifest friends for my husband and children, or is that not allowing them to be on their own path?
Council: You can’t create for anyone else. You can hope they get to a place where they’ll create it. All you can really do is send them lots of love so they can take that love in and then create something they wish to create. Maybe they don’t want more friends, or maybe they do. You can support them just by sending them love, and then concentrate on what you want for yourself.
We wish you all love, and light, and happiness, and gratitude on your path, and to be supportive of one another, and to love yourself as well as others in your life. Remember every single day, you are all spirits in a physical body, and you’ll create everything you focus on. Even if you focus on something negative, you will create that.
Have positive thoughts, laugh as much as you can, have fun, remember the wonderful and happy memories, and stay in the positive.

What Is My Life Purpose?
This post answers questions for The Council from a reader named LDavis1978, who says, I’m on a journey of self-awareness and manifestation. I know I want a lifestyle based on freedom and being with family and the ones I love. I know I want to be my own boss, spend my time how I wish, and do something I love. However, I’m stuck on my life purpose. How can I best serve and add value to humanity? Obviously I still need money, which I know is energy. Can The Council help me with my purpose in life?
The Council says your purpose and everyone else’s is to come into this reality and have fun, to bring love in, to have challenges and turn them around, to not take yourself too seriously, and most of all to learn there’s so much more in this reality than you’re aware of.
We see you planned to have the freedom to move around and to work for yourself. You say you’ve taken many courses, and this is a good thing. When you planned this reality you wanted to find something you really liked and then become a coach in this. You wanted to find a way to help people.
At first you thought you wanted to help people physically, but then you changed it because you knew the direction this reality was going and what everyone would face. You decided you wanted to help people develop their minds. You wanted to find out how to work with your own mind first, to manifest with it, be positive, connect with other people, and work with energy. You were very interested in bringing this in and coaching people on how to do this.
In your current reality have fun, but look at your life. Take many classes until you find something that works with the mind that you’re really interested in. And then, after you are well into this subject, come up with things you’ve changed in your own life and how you’ve gone about this. Perhaps you can teach people in small groups, or perhaps just starting with your family or a few friends, to look at things differently. Anything you choose to learn in this lifetime that has to do with expanding the mind and showing people how to do this was your goal in this reality.
You can turn this coaching into a way to make a living. At first you’d do whatever job you have at the moment, but while you were doing this, take your free time to learn more and more about the mind. That was your purpose for coming into this lifetime. You wanted to do this very lightly with a lot of fun and in ways that are easy to understand. When you learn something and it is difficult for you to understand, think of another way you could teach people how to understand this. Come up with your own ways that are more simplistic that can reach more people. This would give you the freedom and the time you desire.
LDavis asks, What are the skills I can use to serve and create a lifestyle for myself and my family based on freedom? The Council says your biggest skill is you know how to learn and you know how to listen and turn things around in your mind. The whole purpose of this particular lifetime is for you to learn to use your mind and pass this learning on to others.
LDavis says, I struggle to think of any skills I have or what brings me joy. The Council says being friendly, being a good listener, bringing fun into whatever you learn, having interesting questions that you can ask people, having a collection of interesting stories of what’s happened to you so far in this life, and sharing these things with others. You were a great storyteller in the Indian culture many lifetimes ago. You can tell stories. And the way you tell them will bring about the information that’s needed for people to have in this lifetime.
LDavis says, I’ve joined programs where I meditate, journal, do inner work, set goals, and visualize. The Council says this is wonderful and asks how you’d teach these things? How would you put your own creation into teaching these things and making them easier and more fun?
LDavis says, I can see the end result. I understand my why, which is my family, but I need guidance on my dharma, my purpose and the steps to take me there. The Council says you’ve already taken many steps with the journaling, with the meditation, reaching out, and learning different things. Do you see you already intuitively were putting yourself on the path of working with your mind? With your mind you’ve increased the ability to write, to journal, to put your understanding or questions into it. You use your mind to meditate, and then let go. You’re already doing what you planned.
Going forward just remember, anything that would reach people and teach them how to increase their ability with their minds, and know this is where we manifest with our thoughts and our visualizations, will give you a whole new career.
The Council wishes everyone fun on their path, happiness along the way, challenges you can overcome, creation of the manifestations you desire, and you can begin to learn it’s easier and easier to direct your life. Stay in joy, stay in love, and follow your path.

Is There a Long-Term Relationship in My Future?
This post answers questions for The Council from a reader named, Core, who asks for advice on her romantic relationships. She says, For the past few years I’ve been experiencing brief connections that never lead to anything long-term. While these experiences have taught me a lot, they’ve also been heartbreaking for me. I recently went through another one of these brief relationships and it’s really bringing me down. I’m starting to feel a loss of hope because I don’t understand how I can get out of this pattern. I feel each time this happens, I learn many things and I’m trying my best, but I’d like to experience being in a relationship and building a foundation for something that lasts longer than a month or two.
The Council says in a past life you lived in a farming community. You were alone most of the time working, unable to get away and be with other people. In your current lifetime you wanted to be able to flit around from relationship to relationship, whether it’s an intimate one, a friendly one, or family. You wanted the freedom to experience a lot of these relationships.
Now that you’ve done that and you desire to turn your path to a more permanent relationship, the first step would be to appreciate every relationship you’ve had. Think about this and outline in your mind all the things you liked about each one.
When you’re in a new relationship, instead of worrying if it will last or not, appreciate what you have. Tell yourself you’ll love this relationship and appreciate everything that goes on, no matter how long the relationship lasts. Being in the present and being appreciative will change the energy of worrying if your current relationship will last or not, to: this is wonderful, I love being in this relationship and I appreciate it. Now I’m ready to find a permanent relationship. If you put that energy out there, things will begin to change.
Core asks, Is there a longer-term romantic relationship between me and a partner there for me in the future? The Council says you’ve planned in spirit that there will be one. To bring this relationship in now you should constantly think you’re ready for it, and not be upset about the relationships that didn’t last. Appreciate them. Appreciate that you could experience so many different relationships and now you’re ready and waiting to find a relationship that will work just for you. You’ll bring in the right person to have a relationship with.
Core asks, What can I do to make finding a long-term relationship easier on myself. The Council says to meditate, and keep seeing down to the tiniest detail, what you’d like a permanent relationship to look like. As you keep meditating and visualizing this, you’ll begin to bring in the energy of the right person for you.
Core asks, Can you provide any insights on my situation and why I’ve been experiencing these brief connections. The Council reminds Core how she wanted the different experiences because in a past life that you want to heal differently, you went from having minimal relationships with others to having many relationships in your current lifetime. You’ve now had a balance. You’ve had almost no relationships and you’ve had a lot of them. Now you can steer your life in the direction you want. When you make the connection to a past life that you’re working on now, the connection becomes easier to make, and the change is easier to make.
Core says, There’s a similar pattern around other aspects of my life. Living situations, career, friends, and circumstances come into my life and then leave so fast for me. The Council agrees and says it’s because it’s all energy and it comes in many different forms.
Core says, I know I’m growing and transforming rapidly because of these brief relationships, but I’m beginning to burn out. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The Council advises Core to visualize and feel as if you’re already in the relationship you desire and you’ll create this relationship.
The Council closes by saying to have fun on your path. Always look for the fun. Happiness will bring in everything you wish to create, even if you know what it is now or not. Your higher self knows. When you stay happy, your higher self is able to bring in what you want to create.

Doubts About My Future Career
This post answers questions from an anonymous reader who asks The Council to address some doubts they’re having about their future career. I’m working on imagining a career in the arts, which is what I want, but all I’ve realized for sure is that I want to be able to work every day with my partner, probably from home.
The Council asks if you’ve done anything to start imagining this? Have you made any plans for what you want to work on, because the decision is all yours? What do you want to work on with your partner? Have you taken little steps to begin this? Have you made plans about this? This is the beginning of how you create what you want in your life.
The anonymous reader adds they want to work at different kinds of things that will add variety and excitement to their life. The Council asks what this is and suggests writing it down. How many different things would you like to do? Don’t limit yourself. See it and have a plan on how you’d start each thing, and how one thing would be incorporated into another. It’s the planning that starts the energy for you to manifest your desires.
Anonymous says, I’d love to do creative work, but I can’t seem to settle on just one medium. I’d love to write children’s books, but I also want to teach at a private level and the university level, and perhaps enlarge my own little online craft store.
The Council says you don’t need to settle for only one medium. Imagine it all. Imagine what you create first. Do you write a book first? Do you teach first? You can create anything. It takes focus. Just put it out there you’d love to do all these things. Right now you don’t know how this will happen, but you want to do all of it. Be positive and feel your desire to have these things happen. See how each thing you want to manifest looks. How do you feel when you’re doing each thing? Create what you desire in energy first.
Anonymous says, I’d also like to have the financial stability to both dabble and live a slower life. How attainable is this kind of life for me? The Council says this kind of life is attainable for you. Your financial situation is very good now. Be grateful for this and then take it further. Imagine it. Pretend to see a bank statement with the kind of money you want in it. Don’t think of what you have now as not being enough. Be grateful for what you have and see it grow. This is how abundance will come to you.
Anonymous says it feels exciting to think about the different possibilities and The Council says this excitement is what will make the possibilities happen. Anonymous says, Especially since I found an old house in Japan that’s my ideal place to live. I keep imagining living there and making a school out of an old storehouse. But I’m feeling like I did when I was younger where I know the end goal, but I’m not sure how to get there.
The Council says you don’t have to know right now how to get where you want to go. Just keep thinking of what it will be like. Imagine how you’d decorate this house. Think about whether you’d buy the house or rent it. How would you start bringing people in to teach different subjects that would be of interest? Imagine how would you bring this into your life. Imagine yourself living in this house. What kind of neighbors do you have and are you friends with them? What’s around the house? Where do you shop? Where do you go for fun? Make your creation bigger and bigger and it will come.
Anonymous says, I’m trying to daydream a lot and stay positive, but sometimes I feel anxious about not really knowing where I’m going. Are there any other kinds of activities I should be doing besides positive thinking, daydreaming, and doing things I enjoy to help me connect with my new path, and maybe that gorgeous old house?
The Council says to write it down. Write the address of the house down. Write how you’d go about buying this house. Write about how you’d travel there. Write down what kind of career you’d want to have. Make a business plan of how you’d start this new creation once you move to Japan. When you write down words it’s very strong. It helps the energy that comes from your visualization. With your visualization you’re creating on another level. You’re creating with energy. Writing it down, whether drawing or writing the words, creates in your physical reality. By doing both you help create your desire.
Anonymous says, I think I’ve been pretty successful manifesting financial abundance and opportunities. But part of me worries that will become more difficult if I step off my current path since it’s one that offers so many privileges. The Council says instead of being grateful for what you’ve already created, by worrying about your situation you’re already bringing in fear it won’t last. You’re worried if you do something different it won’t be as good. These thoughts must change.
Anonymous closes by saying, Ideally I’d like to have enough money to live slowly and easily. Do you have any advice for me regarding manifesting this, or ways to continue experiencing financial abundance? The Council says all the direction you need is what we’ve already told you. Go into it slowly. Have fun with it. The lighter you can feel about what you’re creating, the faster it will come to you. Create in energy and create in the physical. Use both ways to create.

Why Can’t I Manifest My Dream Job?
This post answers questions for The Council from a reader named, Starfish, who says since childhood they’ve been hard-working in their studies and in their profession, but I think I’m not receiving enough for my skillset and hard work.
The Council says working very hard has come from experiences you had as a child. This has set up a deep belief that you must do everything you can to work hard to make things happen. There’s also the thought that what you have is never enough. You must work harder or have more training in whatever field you decide to go into. You’re always focusing on what you should do, how you should do it, and you believe you must be very well prepared. This gets you asking why things aren’t easier and why your dream job isn’t being manifested. You believe there’s more that has to be done.
Starfish says, I come from a humble background, I’ve struggled a lot, I’ve fought to do well professionally, and I’m giving it my full effort. Is there a reason I’m not able to manifest my dream job or career? The Council says it’s because you have a deep belief you don’t have enough training. You’re always thinking about what else you have to do. You have everything you need to be successful in whatever field you want to go into.
Work on your belief system. Believe you are well-trained. Believe you’re prepared. Believe you can do what you want. Thinking there’s more to do stops the manifesting of what you want. Focus on the belief that you’re ready. There’s nothing else you have to do. Visualization will help, but you’re truly ready. When you truly believe that what you’ve gone through to get to this point is enough, you will manifest your dream job.
Starfish asks The Council if they should be doing something different that will bring them closer to where they want to be professionally and financially. The Council repeats that it’s changing the focus, the thought, and the belief you’re already there. You’re ready to bring into your life anything you wish.
Starfish asks, Should I continue doing my current job, or does The Council see entrepreneurship for me down the line? The Council says down the line you can go in the direction of entrepreneurship, but right now your focus needs to be more on doing the energy work. Anything you want to manifest you need to visualize. The imagination of having what you desire and how it feels must come first.
Starfish wonders if setting up their own business or further education is required to take them to the next level. The Council says you’re at the level you need to be. Further education is not needed, even though you’re always thinking you don’t have enough or you’re not prepared enough.
Visualize what you desire and change your beliefs to the fact that you are ready. You’ve done everything you need to do and now you can make your dreams happen.

Am I From the Pleiades Star Constellation?
This post answers questions for The Council from a reader named, Priya, who asks, Am I from the Pleiadian star constellation, and how do I know if I am?
The Council says, Yes, we can tell you that you’ve had several sojourns to the Pleiades, but you’ve also been in other realities in different dimensions. You can read up on the Pleiades if you like, but don’t get into the habit of concentrating too much on that and forgetting to live your current life.
What you’ve created for your current reality is to research and connect with things of the past, but to stay very much in the present. It’s good to learn about the Pleiades, but what are you doing on your spiritual path in your current life? Are you showing compassion to others? This is something you wished to develop in your current lifetime – showing compassion and having more understanding of what’s going on with other people.
You have a tendency to go off in another direction when people explain things to you that you believe are paranormal or that you have an interest in because these things take you out of your current reality. We encourage you to focus more on your current reality. Meditate when you can, even if it’s just five minutes a day, to feel that your focus is staying in your current reality.
In one of your Pleiadian lifetimes you were on a council that showed loyalty, compassion, and helped guide others in the direction they wished to go when they had difficulty finding their way themselves. In your current life, if you find people coming to you with their problems and they like to talk to you about what’s going on, and you like to listen to see how you can help them, this is a talent that’s left over from the time you spent in the Pleiades. When you find yourself listening carefully and getting ideas on how you can help people, you’ll feel wonderful. You’ll feel like you’re serving your purpose. This is because you’ve done this before in the Pleiades.
Priya says, One of my friends told me I am from the Pleiades so I want to know more about it. The Council says it’s wonderful to have a friend that will tell you what they think, but we want you to feel it and connect to it. See what’s going on around you. See if you connect with people that like to bring you their concerns and you can help them. This is more important than someone telling you you’re from here or there. Look for the signs. Look to see how you’re living your life in your present reality, and that will help you.
Priya says, I feel connected to souls that tell me the right time to pass on. The Council says you’re connected to many souls. Many are there that support you in what you do. How you connect to them is what you’re creating in your current lifetime. You can connect with souls that just send you love. You can connect with souls that may give you guidance. It doesn’t have to be just souls who can tell you when to pass on. That’s something you’ve created in this lifetime because you like the mysterious and something that’s completely different.
As you meditate and visualize, and as you take the time to just think: You are a spirit and the creator of your life. As you begin to appreciate you’re the creator of your life and what you can do, and as you begin to appreciate yourself and what you can do, you’ll get all kinds of signs from spirits, not just the ones that can tell you when you can pass on. Don’t limit yourself.
Priya says, I’m not an Rh- blood type. The Council says many people believe the Rh is different and it shows that you are from somewhere else. Some people that have trouble with their lower back and their tail bone think that’s a sign they’re from another dimension or another planet, and the tail bone was a tail. There are many things that people believe. It’s not of any concern whether you’re Rh- or Rh+. You’re a spirit here to create your current reality. Focus on this reality.
Priya wraps up her questions by saying, I want to know more about my soul. The Council says you’re a wonderful and loving soul. You are light. You’ve taken many forms and you’ve visited many dimensions. You’ve helped people from the spirit world and you’ve helped them when you’re in physical reality. You’re here to bring love into this reality. Focus on this reality.

What Past Lives Will Help Me with My Health & Income Struggles?
This post answers questions for The Council from a reader named, Rob, who asks which of his past lifetimes will help him succeed in his current life and deal with his income and health struggles.
The Council says three main past lives that come up right away, which means you are dealing with them on some level, are about health. In a lifetime during the plague you were a physician. You went around trying to help people, but you weren’t very successful because a lot of people weren’t allowed to come out of their homes, and this disturbed you.
In an American Indian lifeme you were a medicine man who was able to connect with the elements and heal people in your tribe. You believed everyone was able to heal themselves and you tried to teach that. More and more you wanted for everyone to be able to heal themselves.
During the Revolutionary War you were a physician again. You worked on the soldiers, many of whom you were unable to save. In these three lives you were concerned with health, helping people, and trying to get people to understand they were able to do things to help themselves. You were very interested in having people connect with their thoughts and seeing themselves healing.
In your current life you’ve created to a lesser extent than your past lives, some problems with health. You want to be able to heal yourself with the power of your mind, and some help from physicians when necessary. You wanted to read and learn about healing yourself.
We suggest you meditate. Read any and all books you can find on energy healing. Learn to heal your chakras and do the chakra breathing on a weekly basis. Try to work with positive visualization as well as what you learn from the energy healing.
There was a lifetime where you had a business with your brother. That life didn’t so much affect your current life, but you wanted to turn that life around. Your brother wanted to run your business one way and you wanted to run it another. A lot of the things you did in this business lost money for you and your brother.
In your current life you wanted to come in and have some sort of business. Something you could work and run yourself and see it succeed. In your meditations we ask you to concentrate on these lives and see what else you can remember. See what you can think about and use in your current life to help you on your path.
The Council closes by saying that knowing this information will help quite a bit.

What’s the Best Way for Me to Connect with My Spiritually?
This post answers questions for The Council from a reader named, Christiana, who wants to know the best ways to connect to her spiritually? The Council says you’re already connected spiritually. Step 1 is to acknowledge that you are a spirit in human form even if you don’t remember it, and you’re always connected. As many times as you can during your day, just stop and think that you are a spirit having a human experience. You’re here by your own choice. See what you’re creating. Have a look around at your life and see what’s going on.
Christiana says, I feel there are many ways to connect with spirit and I want to know which are the ones that are best suited for me? The Council says there are many forms of meditation. There’s just sitting in a chair for five minutes and relaxing. Thinking happy thoughts will always help you feel more connected.
For you to start seriously meditating and feeling a stronger spiritual connection, go out in nature. Walk in the countryside, or down a path in the woods, or on the side of a lake. You’ve done this before in other lifetimes and it will help you to connect to spirit in your current life. The easiest way is to find a tree. A pine tree is best, but any tree will do. Sit on the ground with your back against the tree, close your eyes, and just wait and see what thoughts and images come to you. Do this for a while and feel the tree’s energy.
When you’ve done this for a while we suggest you visualize you are walking down a path and in front of you is a little mountain which you start to walk up. Follow it around and around until you reach the top. When you reach the top, look out and be aware of what you see. Every time you do this you may see something different.
While standing on this hilltop, connect with the Earth, connect with the mountain, with the sky, with the sun, and with the moon. This is a Native American ritual. These people were very attuned to nature. Since you’ve had these lifetimes before, you’ll find it easier to connect again as you practice.
In Native American life it was very important to be part of a tribe and a family. There was a belief in being honest and good with everyone and to support each other. If you can find a way to do that in your current life, you’ll be bringing your past lives into your current life to help you move forward and connect spiritually.
The Native Americans were great worshipers of the elements, of rain, of nature, of lakes, and trees, There was also a belief in one great God.
Many of the Native American tribes knew when it was time for them to pass on. They would sit by themselves under a tree and the others in the tribe would know that this was the time for this person to transition to spirit and they’d leave that person alone. They’d just sit under a tree and will themselves to go back into spirit. There would be dancing and chanting and the tribe would celebrate that another of their kind has gone to be with the great spirit.
It’s good for you to be around birds, hawks, and eagles because you knew how to talk to them in a past life.
Doing these things isn’t a regular sit-down meditation. Being in nature and visualizing will help you feel more connected. More and more this will open up for you and eventually you can connect with spirit guides and spirits that have passed on. This will take practice. We feel that you planned in spirit to take this path and you can achieve it.
Christiana says, I’ve been superficial with regard to connecting to spirit and I’ve also been a bit confused as to how to go about it. When I’m faced with too many options I often choose none of them. I’d like to start somewhere and have something I could practice regularly with confidence.
Christiana continues, Lately I’ve felt an attraction to Native American wisdom and spirituality. Is there a reason for this? The Council repeats that you had several lives among the Native Americans and they were happy lives. They were lives where you grew spiritually and in your community. And you’re calling those lives into your current life.

Are There Things We Ask For That We’ll Never Get?
This post answers questions for The Council from a reader named, Chris, who wants to find the meaning in giving up three years of her life to help her brother who was ill and eventually died. Then his son took his own life two days later in despair.
The Council says it was a wonderful thing that you were able to support your brother for three years. Instead of looking at your situation as giving up your life, you wanted to do this to learn to be there for others. You created exactly what you wanted.
Chris says she was beyond devastated while trying to pick up the pieces of her own life following this massive tragedy. The Council says it will help you to pick up the pieces if you look at how difficult the situation was for your brother, and your being there, whether you felt it at the time or not, was a great help to him. This help was something your brother wanted to feel. He didn’t want to feel alone. He wanted to feel support and you fulfilled that wish as well as your own wish to be there for someone else. This was three years of doing exactly what you pre-planned in spirit.
Chris says, My brother’s wife had sheltered her husband and their son from help and guidance from me and my sisters prior to their passing so there wasn’t any way for us to help them. After a year I was recovering and ready to get my life back. I was still hoping to develop a loving relationship of my own. Through my work in his office I attracted a wonderful man who was in a dead marriage. He was the most incredible man I ever met. It surprised me that I’d meet someone in my later years. We developed a close, non-physical deep friendship.
The Council says this was a time for you to realize what you loved about this relationship so that when you create something more permanent, you’d know exactly what you want. Your experience was to be in this relationship and feel the happiness as something different from the losses you experienced. What is it that you like? What is it that you feel was so important that helped you? Make a note that you’d like to experience these things when you create a new relationship.
Chris says, I thought finally this man was worth the wait, but this relationship seems like it’s going nowhere. I was hoping God was finally giving me a gift, but now it appears he’s not. The Council says you’re giving yourself the gift. You are the God in your life. If you want a permanent relationship, you should start now creating it with your mind. Feel what it would be like to be in a permanent relationship and have the kindness and interest you wish to experience. You are the creator.
Chris says she feels hopeless to ever have someone of her own, and The Council replies, This kind of thinking won’t get you what you want. Chris continues, After decades of looking and being open to love, I wonder if I’m meant to be alone? The Council asks Chris, Do you believe you can create the relationship you want? Do you believe you deserve it? Do you believe that you’re the one that will bring this relationship to you? If you can honestly answer yes to these questions, then this is what you’ll have. There’s no reason to wonder, Will I get this relationship? Will God bring it to me? Just by wanting this relationship, it’s there for you. Know that after everything you’ve come through, it’s your turn to experience happiness now, to experience the relationship you want, and move forward with your life.
Chris says, I’ve given everything in love and service and I feel completely empty. Thanks for your direction. Basically, are there things we ask for that we’ll never get?
The Council says if you don’t believe you can have what you want, and you don’t know that you are the creator of your life, of course there will be things you ask for that you don’t get. If you use visualization and the feeling of what it is you want, anything you ask for you’ll get. The only reason you wouldn’t get what you ask for is if you’re not working to create it.
Create in vibration first. See what you want in the dimension of vibration and then it must come to you.

Is This Life a Punishment for Failure in a Previous Lifetime?
This post answers questions for The Council from a reader named, Weston, who says, every since I can remember I’ve always been drawn to the constellation Pleiades. If the stars are visible at night I feel I have to see them before I go indoors. Why is that?
The Council says because of what’s being created in your reality, more and more people are drawn to learning about other lives from different dimensions, different planets, and stars. There will be more and more proof of these things that comes to light very soon. Our vibrations are now in a place where we can bring this information in by being more curious about it and feeling a connection to it. This is how your reality is expanding. You being pulled to the stars is a memory and an awakening of bringing more knowledge into your reality.
We’ll be finding more proof of other life. We’ll be able to go further in our journey of expansion of space. We’ll hear more talk of people believing there are what are called aliens in this reality. This topic will become more and more prevalent as everyone’s vibration expands to take this in.
Weston says, I feel in my soul this life is a punishment, possibly self-imposed, for a previous failure. And he closes by asking, Who am I?
The Council says you’re a spirit that jumped into this reality to have many different experiences. Your life is not a failure. You’re experiencing only what you’re creating. If you don’t like what you’re creating, then you must do the work of meditating, or at least visualizing in every detail how you want your life to be.
As we’ve said before, there isn’t any karma. There’s no punishment that you have to make up for something from other lives. It’s just what you’ve come in to experience and to change. Every lifetime you grow, either from joy or from challenges. There’s no failure. There may be something you wish you could have done differently. And you may come back and pick that to experience again differently, but there’s no failure. You never get it wrong. You have as many lifetimes as you want to experience something the way you want it to be. But to say your life is a failure, we don’t agree with that.
If you think your life is a self-imposed failure, it’s because you’re not are creating it the way you want it to be. As you create your life in some way other than the way you want it with your thoughts and visualizations, by changing the focus of what you’re thinking about this life, you can change it.

I’m Worried My Mother Will Pass Away
This post answers questions for The Council from a reader named, LoveMyParents (LMP), who asks about their mother’s health. LMP says recently her aunt passed away unexpectedly and she was younger than my mother. This has triggered a lot of concern regarding my health and my time with my mother.
LMP lives away from their home country and can only visit their parents once every year or two. They say, I’ve been crying a lot since my aunt’s death and worrying about my mother’s health. I plan to move back to my home country in about five years so I can spend quality time with my parents and I’m around when they need me. As an only child I’m very attached to my mother and can’t stand the idea of her passing away.
The Council asks LMP why they’re focusing on the loss of their mother. They have gone nowhere. You should appreciate that they’re here and you still have time to be with them. The more you focus on the fear of losing your parents, the more likely you are to bring this into your life.
The Council asks LMP to change the focus of their attention. Appreciate your parents. You have a lot of time with them. Plan when you’ll see them, how you’ll have a good time together, and that all is going well. Doing this will help you move forward toward what you want, which is having your parents around you. If you continue focusing on loss, you’ll create this in your life.
The Council wants to remind you there isn’t any loss when someone’s physical life comes to an end. They understand your aunt has transitioned and come home to spirit. She’s in a wonderful place. There’s no grief where we are. Appreciate her life. Your aunt is experiencing more joy now than you can imagine. Be grateful she and your parents are fine. Whenever someone transitions to spirit, all is well. There is no loss and you’ll all be together again.
LMP says they’ve been feeling depressed and have experienced many sleepless nights recently. Can The Council please guide me if my plan to move to my home country in five years is okay and will I still have some years to spend with my mother and father? The Council says if you stop being afraid one of your parents will pass on from their physical life, five years is fine. There’s a future that includes you and them being together again. Don’t put a limit on your thinking. Appreciate your parents. They are here and you are here. Think about when you’ll get together and have some fun.
LMP asks if there’s any way to increase the length of my parents’ life using visualization and positive thought. The Council says positive thoughts and visualization will always help keep your parents in your reality. If you keep focusing on your parents being healthy, you can create that.
Remember that positive thinking lets you create in a way that allows your parents to be there for you. If the time comes where your parents are ready to leave this physical reality, you’ll know about this in spirit ahead of time and there will be an acceptance of their passing. But we see here what’s being created by all of you is plenty of time to be together.
Stay focused on the positive. Enjoy and feel grateful for every moment. Don’t have the thought in the background of how much more time do I have with my parents. That’s still coming from a negative place. Be positive and you’ll have your parents around. You’ll create this in a way that when it’s time for them to transition to spirit when they truly want this, you’ll be fine with it.

Tell Me About My Kundalini
This post answers a question for The Council from a reader named, Luana, who asks about her kundalini. She says the electricity she feels is very real and she feels she has to control all her emotions. Luana closes by asking for help.
The Council says the kundalini is an energy center in your first chakra you can awaken through meditation or visualization, working with different colors of each chakra. The electricity you feel won’t make your hair stand up or hurt you in any way. And many people believe working with kundalini energy requires controlling your emotions.
When you learn to work with kundalini energy you bring it about by visualizing your energy rising from one chakra to another. You do this slowly and visualize each step. You’ll get a tingling feeling, but there’s nothing to be afraid of.
Bring your kundalini up to the heart chakra and stop there. When your kundalini comes into your heart you’ll feel a lot of love, you’ll be able to forgive more, and you’ll be aware of accepting more love in your life for yourself and others.
There are myths that when you bring the kundalini energy all the way up your spine to the top of your head and beyond you can travel to other planes and other lives, but we want your to know you don’t have to work with your kundalini to do that. You can also accomplish this with meditation and visualization.
If you do the chakra breathing we recommend in another post, the kundalini energy will rise by itself without any special effort on your part.
Go slow with your exploration of your kundalini energy. In a past life you dabbled quite a bit in the occult, you were taken with its power, and did what you would consider some not very nice things. In your current life we recommend you go slowly with this energy and only do good.

Is Leaving My Current Job Advisable Now?
This post answers questions for The Council from a reader named, MindfulLoving, whos says that due to the current COVID crisis I’ve begun having a lot of anxiety issues related to job stress. I also feel restless and can’t sleep at night because of stress and anxiety.
The Council says many, many people are under stress from COVID. Understand that everyone has agreed in spirit to experience this. How you handle it is your choice. You can meditate, pray, and think better feeling thoughts about not going into the panic and anxiety or let this overtake you. The #1 thing to understand is that you called in COVID to see how you’d handle it, how you’d change your thoughts and trust more, believe, and visualize things getting better.
MindfulLoving says they’re worried they’ll start having panic attacks if the situation continues. The Council says the situation doesn’t matter. What matters is how you handle any situation. Whether it’s COVID, loss of family or friends, or loss of a career you want, what you chose to experience was how you’re going to handle the situation. When things get hard to handle, will you stop and examine it and think of things that make you feel better, and change the direction of your thoughts and energy?
MindfulLoving says they have a young child and I think I’m unable to manage everything at the present time. The Council says you can manage it all. It’s your focus that will determine what you can handle.
MindfulLoving says to cope with the stress they’ve begun reading books about meditation and mindfulness. I also read a lot about stock trading and entrepreneurship. I want to be financially independent and I have some savings, but not a lot. Can The Council guide me if leaving my current job would be advisable? The Council says at this moment it’s not advisable to leave your job. Treat your job as something that’s there to help you during this time. Try not to stress about your job. Do what you can.
MindfulLoving asks The Council if the path of entrepreneurship is for me and will I succeed in this? The Council says you’ll only succeed if you change your thoughts about how you look at your situation. It’s your wish to find more positive reactions to everything that happens. When you can get hold of this, in the future you’ll succeed in what you choose.
MindfulLoving asks what field should I be in and when should I make the switch? The Council says time-wise we always say it’s up to you how you manage to focus on what you want and to focus on the positive. Do the inner work of visualizing everything being okay. This will happen as you practice your positive thoughts and visualizations. Then you’ll get more ideas about what you want to do and the kind of work you want.
When you came into this reality you mentioned you wanted to teach others. Whatever field you go into, you’d learn it and then pass the information on and make it easier for other people. Don’t stress so much about what field you want to go into.
Focus on yourself and know if you believe you can take care of your child, you will. If you believe you can’t take care of your child, you won’t be able to. Work on your beliefs. If you believe you can handle this job, not forever but for a time, and then it’ll change and something better will come along. You’ll bring this in. It’s what you choose to focus on daily that matters.

Creating When You’re Depressed, and a Relationship Question
This post answers a follow-up question and a new question for The Council from a reader who goes by the name, Marylander, who says The Council makes sense when they say Marylander can create things even though they’re depressed. It’s the small things Marylander says they manifest okay, but the bigger things they have more difficulty manifesting.
The Council says they hope Marylander understands that how you manifest the little things, which is by thought, and visualization, and feeling, is the same exact process you use to manifest the larger things. It’s your beliefs that keep you from thinking you can only manifest the little things.
Marylander thinks they have a victim mentality and it’s easy to fall into a pattern where everything and everyone is against them. The Council suggests Marylander use discipline during these times by acknowledging these depressing thoughts and then change what you’re thinking about. Go to a happy thought, or a fantasy, or a beautiful picture in your mind that brings you some joy. This helps you be in control. You can then make your situation lighter or bring yourself out of depression by changing the feeling.
As you realize you’re in victim mode or depressed, determine what you’re thinking and realize you have the power to change your situation by changing your thoughts. Then be aware as you change your focus, how your feelings begin to change.
Next Marylander asks why they were so attracted to the person they call, “L”. Marylander says they felt a strong need to have L in their life and it became unhealthy for them because L didn’t want to be with them. Marylander feels like L stole their chance of being happy. The Council says L isn’t responsible for making Marylander a victim. L is remembering on a soul level what the two of you had agreed to in spirit. Not wanting to be with you is exactly what the two of you had planned.
The Council sees four previous lifetimes you shared with L where they were your mother, your father, your husband, and a wealthy financier. In the last case you were an orphan and were adopted by the financier who took care of you. As your husband, your mother, and your father the spirit who is L also took care of you.
In your current lifetime you both agreed you would be the strong and independent one and come together as friends showing L how strong you are. That’s the reason you aren’t together in a relationship. If you wish to have a strong friendship with L you have to work on your depression and your thoughts of being a victim. You have to become strong and show L the independent and decisive person you can be. This is what you have planned in spirit. But your life hasn’t gone in this direction so far. The Council says knowing this and doing the inner work to change yourself, it’s possible for there to be a change in the relationship.
The Council says L wants to fulfill their part in your current lifetime by not being the stronger one and taking care of you the way they did in previous lifetimes. By not being in a romantic relationship with you L is allowing you to change. But if you stay in the role of victim, what you both planned for this lifetime isn’t taking place and The Council thinks you’ll have an opportunity in another lifetime to be strong and take the dominant role in your relationship.
The Council’s parting words for Marylander are to be aware of how you feel as often as you can. Ask yourself what you’ve been thinking that’s responsible for how you’re feeling. If you’re thinking thoughts that bring you down, depress you, and hold you back from moving forward with your life, then remember to do the inner work of changing your thoughts.

Is My Boyfriend Interested In Marrying Me?
This post answers questions for The Council from a reader who goes by the name, Curious, who says she’s been with her significant other for about 12 years. Curious has been married twice before and her partner has never been married. In the early years of their relationship she didn’t want to get married again because of her experience in her two earlier marriages.
At this point The Council emphasizes that Curious has made clear by her actions and her words that she doesn’t want to get married, and her partner has taken this point in.
Curious goes on to say that about 3 years ago her feelings about marriage changed and she told her partner in what she considered a no pressure way that even though she wasn’t interested in marriage before, she was interested now.
The Council says because Curious changed her mind about getting married and she let her partner know, she expected her partner to accept this new idea before he was ready. The Council says what Curious is hopefully learning from this experience is to allow her partner (and everyone else) to be who they are. The Council adds that while it’s wonderful that Curious is aware of this change in her thinking and is able to express her desires to her partner, part of her lesson is to allow her boyfriend to have a different opinion at this time and accept that maybe he doesn’t want to move forward as fast as she does.
The Council says there’s nothing in the way of an eventual marriage, and asks what Curious has done in her visualizations to create this change she seeks? Is she working on seeing the marriage happening? Is Curious putting happy feelings into the thought that the marriage will occur at some point, rather than focusing on why her partner hasn’t changed his mind yet? The inner work to create this marriage is very important.
The Council feels Curious’s partner is comfortable with the relationship the way it is and he’s not ready to change the relationship at this time. Both souls have agreed in spirit to create this situation. For both of you this is a lesson in patience, understanding, and allowing. When these lessons have all been learned, there will be movement towards the marriage Curious desires.
Is Curious enjoying being with her partner, or is she stuck thinking when will this marriage happen? Enjoy every part of the relationship like you did before you told your partner you wanted to get married. The more Curious is able to find things to be grateful for in the relationship and do the inner work of thinking how she wants the relationship to evolve, the easier it will be to create the marriage she desires.
Curious says a month ago someone introduced her partner as her husband and he commented, “No, just boyfriend,” and laughed. This hurt Curious’s feelings, but she didn’t say anything because she didn’t want to pressure her partner. The Council says Curious’s partner is speaking the truth and they ask why this hurts her feelings? They suggest it’s because the marriage isn’t happening at the exact time she wishes it to happen.
Curious asks if she and her partner are meant to take their relationship to the next level, and The Council says, “In time.” She asks if her partner is interested in marriage and The Council says, “Cautiously, yes.” If Curious falls into feelings of impatience and has negative feelings about the relationship, this can change the path of the relationship into something that causes problems she has to learn from before she can move forward.
The Council’s parting thoughts are for Curious to bring more love into the relationship with her partner and create happy experiences along the way. And they emphasize again the importance of her doing the inner work necessary to create this marriage.

When Will My First Child Be Born?
This post answers a question for The Council from a reader named Kimberly, who asks simply when she’ll give birth to her first child?
The Council begins by saying they’re not fortune tellers and they can’t tell Kimberly when and if a birth will happen because she’s the creator of her life. They ask what Kimberly is doing to create this birth in her reality? Where are her thoughts?
When there’s a great desire, the inner work is first needed. Does Kimberly see this birth in her mind? Do you take time each day to envision this birth? Do you see yourself going to a doctor and getting the wonderful news you’re pregnant? Do you see yourself giving birth? Can you see yourself holding your child?
This work, as simple as it sounds, is what helps you create your life on the inner level. And once you see and feel this birth on an inner level, you’re able to bring this birth into your current reality. This work begins with your thoughts.
How are you preparing for this child? Are you living in an atmosphere of hope and love for this child? Are you in the right home for your child? Do you have a good relationship with a partner? Is this a good time financially for the birth of a child? As you look at these things you prepare each section of your life to welcome a new life.
The Council sees two spirits you have made a soul agreement with and they are ready to come into your life as your children. It was your desire when this agreement was being planned in spirit to be totally ready to give these children a happy home to come into. Is your life now where you want it to be for these children? Do you think it would be fulfilling for you to bring these children into your life now?
While there are two souls ready to be born, it wasn’t decided in spirit if they’d come one at at time, or if you’d give birth to twins. The Council advises Kimberly to do the inner work involved to bring this child or these children into her life, and it will happen.
The issue holding up the children from being born is that you wanted a perfect atmosphere to begin this life or lives and then see where these children’s lives go from there. If they create the challenges they’ve set up for themselves, will they be able to handle these challenges? Will they be in a place of growing spiritually, which these children wanted?
Prepare for the birth of these children. Know this birth or births will happen. Know this birth or births are planned, but it was also planned that you’d create a harmonious home.
Listen to our entire 5-minute session with The Council (below) to hear all their guidance for Kimberly and the rest of us, and let us know how you feel about it.
What’s the Purpose of Chronic Pain?
The post answers a question for The Council about the purpose of chronic pain from a reader who goes by the name, InDespair. InDespair says they’ve suffered from cervical stenosis and fibromyalgia for about 10 years. They’ve been on the same medication for years, which they’ve now built up a tolerance to, and they’re in terrible pain every day. InDespair says they’re reluctant to speak to their doctor about the pain because they’re afraid the doctor will think they’re abusing their medication.
The Council asks why InDespair refuses to help them self by talking to their doctor. The pain is here as a lesson, but InDespair needs relief from medication before they can learn the lesson the pain is trying to teach. Fear is the reason they aren’t asking for this help. Reach out to your physician and explain your situation. When you receive medication that eases the pain, then you’ll be able to ask what lessons the pain has to teach you.
The reason for pain is that you aren’t allowing your life force to flow through you. When your life force isn’t allowed to flow freely through your body, pain is caused wherever you resist the life force. Focus on the areas of pain, acknowledge the pain, and know that it’s part of your current circumstances. You’ve brought this pain in to change your beliefs.
You create this pain to stop you from your every day living so you give this pain the time it needs to be experienced and to learn from it.
Find somewhere in your body where you aren’t experiencing pain, where there’s a feeling of wellness. Imagine this feeling of wellness spreading to the area where there’s pain and watch as this feeling of wellness grows throughout the body. As you believe you don’t need to experience pain, punishment, and guilt, your life force will flow throughout your body.
You bring pain into your life to change your beliefs and you grow spiritually as you begin to recognize you’re light, love, and joy. The Council asks you to take time every day and find parts of your body that feel well.
InDespair says they’ve never abused their medication, but for some reason they worry their doctor will assume the worst. The Council says to tune in to who you truly are as a spiritual being. You deserve your doctor’s help and you should ask for it. Don’t assume you’ll be labeled unkindly.
InDespair asks, “Why in the world would we choose chronic pain as a lesson, and how can I get past my fears?” The Council says we choose chronic pain to heal beliefs from past lives that we bring into this lifetime. We choose chronic pain for the purpose of changing these beliefs so we can grow from them. The pain will subside as you focus on the areas of well-being to help yourself.
One of the areas of pain is your neck, which is the back of your throat. Is there something you’re avoiding talking about? Do you keep opinions to yourself? Are you afraid to speak your truth? This will affect the throat chakra, which includes the back of the neck. Or have you said unkind things to people? This also will affect the neck area. Work on the neck chakra and all your chakras to get the energy flowing and allow your life force to move through you. If you do this you’ll begin to see a lessening of the pain.
The Council closes by stressing the importance of speaking with your physician about new medication. They also emphasize learning about the chakras and finding places in your body that feel well and doing visualizations that bring this well-being to the parts that hurt. Know you are an eternal spiritual being in your physical body. When you can do these things you’ll begin to experience relief.

Preoccupation with a Past Lifetime Hinders Progress in Your Current Lifetime
This post answers some follow-up questions for The Council from a reader named Kimberly. In her original post she asked about a twin flame and was told about a lifetime around 1600 in England where she was a man who left his family. The Council asks Kimberly what she’s learned from the last post and what does she understand now? Have you received clarity to help you move forward?
Kimberly asks what happened to one of her children from this previous lifetime? The Council says it lived out it’s life and is currently in another lifetime, but this lifetime is unrelated to Kimberly’s life. Kimberly says she’d really like to give birth to the soul of this child in her current lifetime and The Council says giving birth to this soul was not agreed to for Kimberly’s current lifetime.
Kimberly says she feels horrible about abandoning her family in her past lifetime and The Council interrupts and says if she feels horrible about this, she hasn’t learned it’s lesson. Everything Kimberly went through in this previous lifetime was pre-planned in spirit. Kimberly leaving the family was something the spirits who played the wife and children in this previous lifetime wanted to experience so they could learn their own lessons.
When Kimberly feels horrible, it’s just unnecessary guilt she puts on herself because she completed what she planned in that lifetime. Each spirit, including Kimberly, was very happy at the conclusion of this past lifetime. You did what you wanted to do as a spiritual being. From a spiritual point of view there wasn’t any abandonment. You left because you had other lessons to learn in a different lifestyle, and your wife and children needed to learn different lessons without you being in their lives.
The Council suggests if Kimberly still feels horrible about leaving her family in this previous lifetime, she needs to read more of our other posts and get to a place where she understands that the most difficult experiences in life are pre-planned in spirit. It’s an experience you all want to learn from and then go on with your life. When that life ends you come back to spirit and greet each other and plan a new life. She’s looking at what happened in this past life from her personality’s point of view (in her current life), rather than seeing her past life circumstances from a more spiritual point of view.
The Council doesn’t recommend Kimberly spend much time thinking about this past lifetime. They say she’s trying to fix that lifetime and that’s not necessary. Holding onto that life will hinder her progress in her current life. She’s in her current life to concentrate on what’s going on in her current life. She’s not here to go back and find out more about her past life, and beat herself up, and wait for these souls to all show up again in her current lifetime. That isn’t the purpose of her current lifetime.
Kimberly asks what were the names of her wife and children in this past life and what town they were buried in so she can visit their graves. The Council says knowing this information just keeps her focused on this past lifetime instead of focusing on her current life. They repeat that for Kimberly it’s not a good idea to hold onto this past life.
Is Kimberly happy in her current lifetime? If not, what’s she doing to change this life? You do not change your current life by trying to go back and fix a previous life. You try to heal your current life. You try to create with your thoughts and visualizations where you’d like this lifetime to go. That is your purpose right now.
In the original session Kimberly was told that one of the children from this previous lifetime would be her partner in her current lifetime and she asks how she’ll know it’s him and what is his name? The Council says when a young person comes into her life and has a great sense of humor and a very light and happy way of seeing things, this will be the soul from the previous life.
In the closing The Council mentions to Bob and Cynthia to keep up their good work, to which Bob replies, “We’ll try.” And The Council laughs and quotes a great spiritual teacher (Yoda from the Star Wars movies) who says, “There is no try, there is only do.”

What is My Spiritual Purpose?
This post is about a question from a reader named Kristi, who asks The Council about her spiritual journey. She says it’s almost like she has a constant magnetic pull to the spiritual realm and when she tries to distance herself from spirit, she ends up right back at it.
The Council asks why she’d want to distance herself from spirit? Her spirit connection reminds her of who she truly is, which is part of why she came into this lifetime. It’s very much a part of Kristi’s life in this incarnation because in so many other lifetimes she’s walked the spiritual path and believed in love and compassion, which is what she came to bring into her current lifetime.
The Council advises daily meditation and for Kristi to read all the books she can find on spiritual channels because she has the ability to channel spirit if she wants to.
The Councils says it’s wonderful that Kristi feels this spiritual influence in her life and asks her to feel in what direction it’s pulling her. This is exactly what she wanted to experience in this lifetime. Don’t pull away from spirit. This journey can take her to many different places an help her meet many people who will be attracted to her vibration.
Kristi didn’t plan in spirit which way she wanted this spiritual pull to take her. She only knew that she wanted to be deeply connected to the spiritual realm.
The Council advises Kristi to use her imagination to visualize herself in many different situations and see what feels best to her and follow this direction. Begin with small steps. Each step will bring her to another and another and she’ll fulfill what she has planned for this lifetime. She wanted the excitement of being on a spiritual path and to discover her journey as she moves along her path.
Listen to our entire 6-minute session with The Council (below) to hear all their guidance for Kristi and the rest of us, and let us know how you feel about it.
Relationship Advice
This post is inspired by a relationship question for The Council from someone who goes by the name, Very Confused. She begins by saying she fully believes she gets exactly what she asks for and The Council clarifies this by saying you get exactly what you create. Everything that comes to you is created by you. Her desire for what she wants and her repeated thinking of it is how she’ll create it.
Very Confused says she’s in a romantic relationship that she asked for. She’s recognized the beautiful paths of other relationships and has used that feeling of love to create this relationship. The Council says this is excellent. As she acknowledges what brings her joy, that’s the way to bring it into future relationships.
She says most of what she wants in this relationship is present except for a few things she finds crucial, and she wonders if this is a test for her self love. The Council asks who Very Confused thinks is testing her? There isn’t a God out there who tests people. If anyone is testing her, she is testing herself by creating some of what she wants, but not all of it.
The Council says the way to create the rest of what she wants is the same way she’s already created the changes she’s experienced, and that’s by visualization, feeling what she desires, and writing about it. It will all come from her, and this test is her asking herself if this is enough? Does she settle for what she already has or does she keep on creating everything she desires?
Very Confused says she’s concerned her partner isn’t good enough for her any more and she suspects this is a lesson that her self love isn’t where she intends it to be. The Council says no one is perfect and everyone comes with what we call flaws. These flaws are there to help her grow, not to help the other person change. When life is difficult for her, this is a sign it’s something she requested before coming into this lifetime. It’s not about the other person. She created this experience for her to grow from so that when she leaves this lifetime she’s learned from this experience and she’s proud her perception has changed.
The Council suggests looking at the things that aren’t perfect in her relationship and know that this person is a spirit that’s in her life because she’s made an agreement with him to to make her life difficult so she can grow by bringing love into this relationship. The Council says Very Confused can create a new partner, but she’ll face these flaws again in her next relationship or her next lifetime, until she learns the lessons she desires to learn from these flaws. As she learns these things that help her grow, this person who isn’t perfect will seem close to being perfect.
Very Confused asks if this relationship is an opportunity where deep nurturing love can be found, or is she to accept this man as he is and choose self love? The Council says as she accepts her partner in the moment, she’ll feel more love for him. And when she’s feeling love and acceptance, she’ll feel more self love.
Very Confused says she tends to be analytical and wonders if this is working against her. The Council recommends she stop analyzing and go with the flow. It’s best not to analyze. Get her brain out of the way and come from her heart.
Very Confused finishes by asking The Council what her purpose is in this lifetime. The Council says it’s to bring love into this reality, to accept what’s around her, and to grow and help other spirits that are around her. As she does this she’ll create the path she desires, always knowing that she’s the creator of what happens in her life.
The Council says the choice is always Very Confused’s whether to stay in the current relationship or not. And as she works in this relationship she has to work within herself to see the relationship differently, to grow from it, and to bring love into, even though it’s difficult sometimes. But they also say to stay and see how she grows from this relationship, and if it doesn’t change, it’s not the other person’s fault. It’s about whether she’s doing enough work, is she appreciating the relationship enough, is she allowing this person to go through whatever they have to go through? Is she there to help the two of them grow?
Listen to the recording of our session with The Council (below) to hear all their guidance for Very Confused and the rest of us, and let us know what you think.
