How Can I Get Into The Field Of Space Travel?
This post answers follow-up questions for The Council from a reader named, Pursuing Dreams, regarding our earlier post, Will This New Course Help My Career And To Start My Own Company?
Dreams: I have a follow-up question if you can please discuss this with The Council. The Council suggested space travel and I need to understand how to get into that field.
Council: First we’d like to say that in several past lives you were always interested in looking at the stars, staring at the Moon, wondering if there was other life in the universe, and there was always that wonder how to find out more about these things. In your current lifetime, one of the things – and not that you have to do it – but again one of your interests is space travel, what goes on in space, and what goes on in planets.
So to actually get into a space travel course you’d have to start at a very young age with your physical strength, taking care of your health, your nutrition, and building up your body. But if you weren’t going into space, you still wanted to have something to do with it. And so there are so many different ways you can get into space programs. Number 1, we believe NASA has an application that you can fill out.
Now if you’re not actually flying around in space, there are so many ways you can be involved with the development of space travel. First of all there’s nutrition. If you’re interested in nutrition you can work on programs that would be researching what kind of food and nutrition the space person would need.
There’s maintenance – how the machinery works. There are communication skills. You can actually get into a place where you’re around space travel and what goes on. So if you have skills in communication, you can develop that and get into a space program. It would be very good for you to learn about what’s going on with different planets.
Again, study space. It would be good for you to learn about astro-travel. It would be good to learn about astro-engineering. Anything that has to do with space. But even if you got in, and even if you volunteered somehow, you can get into what goes on all around space travel. So it doesn’t mean you have to actually get in a rocket and go flying off.
One of your wishes in this lifetime was to be involved with space in some way. You would need some college background, at least two years. And the more you can find out on your own about what’s needed in these different programs, the better. One thing they need is great information technology people. If you’re good with a computer you can get into programs that need good IT skills.
And so there are so many ways that you can get into a field involving space travel if you’re still into it. They need managers and they need people to put together information. And so any way at all, if you want to get into a field related to space, you can find a course that will give you the skills that are needed. And so it would be that simple if it’s still the area you want to go into.
Dreams: The course I had in mind was management-related…
Council: Excellent.
Dreams: …since that was advised earlier. I can do remote education since I’m not in a position to leave my job now. Can The Council please suggest if I should do a specific course for space travel? If so, please tell me what kind of course would be beneficial.
Council: Well any of these subjects we’ve just mentioned to you would be a way for you to get in on the bottom rung and work your way around. So take the skills you have now and go on the computer, and there are different places you can sign up to get into a learning program about space. Anything that would bring you into that area. And you will see that a lot of job openings, these applications, you don’t need any experience, but they take what you do know and they put it where they think it would be the most help. And so we’d suggest to just jump in, just try it, see what’s available, what you like, and go for it. And the universe is behind you because it’s something that you want.
Dreams: Or if I should go ahead with certifications in management-related courses and that may open up my next job opportunity in space travel.
Council: Of course, go for the management courses, if that’s what you’re interested in. Yes.
Dreams: Thanks for being amazing and helpful.
Council: Have fun with this and go for it. There’s nothing to lose. Create what you want.

You can also ask The Council your own free question by typing it into one of the Comment boxes that appear at the bottom of most of our blog pages, and we’ll answer it when we have time. For the time being you don’t have to attach your name to the comment, but there have been a lot of anonymous comments lately and it can be confusing on our end to keep track of a lot of anonymous comments. It would help us if you made up a name rather than using no name.
If you prefer to keep your comment private you can pay $60 to speak with The Council on the telephone for a half-hour by clicking this link. Once we receive your payment we’ll contact you by email to arrange a mutually convenient day and time for your phone call and your questions.

Do I Have Past Life Baggage With My Boyfriend?
This post answers questions for The Council from a reader named, Sarah, who says she’s been with her boyfriend a few months now and she’s curious about some things she’s noticed in the relationship that she’s a little uneasy about. Sarah says the relationship has been a little more difficult than she expected and wants to understand it better so she can move forward in the most loving way possible. With this in mind Sarah asks The Council if she and her boyfriend are holding on to anything from one or more past lives that they plan on working through in this lifetime?
Around the time Sarah and her boyfriend began dating she also developed arthritis and a few other autoimmune diseases she’d experienced previously, but her lifestyle the past few years enabled her to experience remission of these diseases. Their reappearance seems to have upset Sarah’s life, and she suspects it has something to do with moving her in the direction of her soul’s purpose.
The Council says what would help Sarah physically at this point is to focus on being more flexible and be more open to accepting ideas that she disagrees with. Ask yourself, “Where am I too stiff in my beliefs? What am I not flexible about? Do I see the other side of the coin? Do I allow others to be who they are and not to follow how I wish it should be?”
When you find yourself with immune system problems, the body is telling you that emotionally there’s a battle going on. With your boyfriend, if things don’t go the way you want, is there enough in this relationship to bring the love in? Can you look at your boyfriend and know there are experiences that are needed here? You may not know what these experiences are and you may not understand them. But allow your boyfriend not to be perfect and love him anyway, and love yourself also for accepting your boyfriend’s imperfections.
We are always here to bring love into every situation. When you are more accepting, and not in the way where you accept your situation and are depressed because your relationship isn’t what you originally thought, you can focus on moving forward. Accept and applaud the soul of your boyfriend for what he’s trying to accomplish.
Fuel your body so the joints and organs have what’s needed to work correctly and the body knows you’re honoring it. You need to drink lots of water and green tea. Beans and all kinds of vegetables in any way possible are needed. Low fats are needed as well as some carbohydrates. When you bring love into every situation and love and take care of yourself, the vibration begins to focus on healing and you’ll see a change in your body and in your relationship.
The Council sees a past life in London where she and her boyfriend were siblings with a lot of anger toward each other and competition that didn’t allow closeness and understanding. They didn’t bring love for each other into this life as siblings, and so the two of you thought you’d work on bringing the love into your current lifetime.
When there’s anger, look at it. Here conversation is needed, which can bring about many laughs and new ideas. This current relationship is important to both of you. It will affect all parts of your life. The Council advises you to stay in this relationship and learn from it. It will change for the better.
Sarah says she feels like she’s supposed to help the world heal and she’d like to know if her intuition is true. The Council says she’s partly on the right track. She’s here to help herself heal, see how you do it, and then speak to others about what you’ve learned. You’ll give others help as you go through healing yourself.
Sarah asks The Council about a career change she senses and The Council says at this time Sarah needs to focus on well being and acceptance.
