Who Am I and Where Am I From?
This post answers questions for The Council from a reader named, Donna, who asks, who am I and where am I from?
The Council says you’ve come from the star system, Pleiades, and many like you who are here from this star system don’t know it.
Pleiadians are here to teach and guide other people to evolve, they have a peaceful nature, and their are millions of them on Earth.
The careers of all of Pleiadians on Earth are in the healing fields, counseling, and people working with energy. They can heal you by the way they talk to you, by the guidance they give you, and by the touch of their hand. Pleiadians were also guides to people in Atlantis and Lemuria.
Pleiadians easily connect with other people, animals, and plants. This is part of their gift because they’re evolved. They need to be around nature and don’t like to be in big groups. They are more quiet and like to deal with people one on one. Many Pleiadians are disappointed because they can’t seem to do what they intended in their physical bodies.
The reason Donna has chosen to incarnate on Earth at this time is to help the people around her. Her interest in the Pleiadians brings her closer to the calm, healing energy and the light she’s here to share with others, even if it doesn’t wake her up to her mission in this lifetime. This is a beautiful purpose for being here and if she hasn’t done this yet, this will strike a chord within her, and she’ll start looking at and connecting with people, animals, and plants differently.
Donna mentions that her energy healer says she’s not from Pleiades and The Council laughs and asks her to choose which way she wants to believe. And The Council adds that it’s okay whether or not she believes them.
Find the softness, the love, and the light within you and shine it on other people. You teach other people to be giving and loving by the way you speak and act. This is the purpose of all Pleiadians. You’re here to guide us, help us evolve and feel peaceful, and help us connect with our higher energy.
You’re also here to take care of yourself. And as you do this, you’ll find others who wish to take care of themselves and are looking for answers. The more you connect to this – if it hasn’t happened already – you’ll find more and more people coming to you for guidance and help.
It’s good to read about the Pleiadians and their work on this planet, as well as the Sirians, Arcturians, and people from other star systems who have come to Earth. Read about Atlantis and Lemuria and how the people from the Pleiades guided and taught the people in these times. The book, Starseed Transmissions, by Ken Carey will be helpful. As you read, your knowledge will increase and you’ll find yourself on a path that helps and enlightens others.
The Council closes by wishing joy to everyone on their journeys. And they ask us to always search for more questions and answers to help us grow and bring us along on our path, and help us bring the love that’s in spirit into the Earth path, which is the purpose for all of us.

Since the blog is currently a project we do in our spare time it can take a while for us to do a session with The Council on a question and then publish a post on the session. Depending on the question and the session it can sometimes take weeks after a question is asked to publish a post with The Council’s answer. Please be patient.
The Council
Cynthia is able to communicate with a group of five non-physical spirit guides in a manner similar to the way Esther Hicks communicates with and speaks for the spirit guides, Abraham, and Jane Roberts communicated and spoke for the spirit guide, Seth. I (Bob) basically interview The Council as they speak through Cynthia during what we refer to as a session. Sessions generally last 5-15 minutes and are usually audio recorded. During the session Cynthia is aware of what The Council is saying and she also receives visual impressions and other types of telepathic communication from them.
The Council’s Basic Guidance
Since we began these sessions with The Council around 2009 they consistently emphasize a few basic ideas that we attempt to summarize here:
1) You are an eternal spiritual being in a physical body.
You are the energy and vibration of continuously expanding love, intelligence, and joy.
Your physical experience in your physical body and your psychological experience of your personality is a small part of the totality of who you truly are.
Let yourself imagine from time to time what it might feel like to experience more of the wondrous totality of who you really are, and don’t be surprised if you are able to experience this more often.
2) You are the creator of all that you experience.
As you open to the possibility your true nature is greater than you ordinarily perceive, it becomes easier to consider the possibility that this expanded you is truly the creator of everything that you experience.
If you’re used to thinking of yourself in a more limited sense, the idea that you are the creator of your experience may be difficult to understand. Our post, What About This Idea That We Create Whatever We Desire, offers insights into this idea.
3) You are here to expand the love you are into physical reality.
You chose, as a spiritual being, to come into this physical reality to experience the joy of expanding the love you are as a spiritual being, into this physical reality. This is your purpose for being here.
Finding Your Way Around the Blog
Home Page
The left-hand column on the Home page contain a long chronological series of posts with the most recent on top. Each post begins with a title. Clicking on a post title will take you to a blog page dedicated to that particular post. Following each post is a Like button where you can indicate to us and other readers if you like the post.
The footer section of each post identifies the date the post was published, the Categories the post has been assigned to, the keyword/keyphrase Tags assigned to the post, and a Comment link. If readers comments on a post, the Comments link will indicate the number of comments. If a post has no comments yet, the Comment link text appears as “Leave a Comment”.
Clicking on the Comments link takes you to a Comment text box on a post page dedicated to that post. Navigation Bar

Contact Us: The Contact Us page contains a contact form similar to the Comment form mentioned above. Ask The Council 
How do you know you are becoming awakened and allowing yourself to be filled with light? Do you feel differently? I want to bring the light into myself and awaken a part of me that feels has been sleeping.
I feel that I’m supposed to be apart of something greater than I am, but don’t know what to do to understand or figure it out.
I feel connected to the Pleiades and their message and want to access my DNA to fill myself with light and all the information sleeping inside me. I research Pleiades messages and practice what is told to bring light and access my DNA . I just feel there is much I don’t understand or what to look for.
How do I know I’m on the right path to the mission that I’m supposed to be in?

Hello Bob, Cynthia and the council,
This was a very interesting post which made me think a lot of things.
I have read a bit about pleiades now and I think there are some gifts that I have which makes me think if I have a connection to this culture. Recently I have found that I am getting dreams and have been guided. I have a lot of intuition and sometimes I can feel others thoughts. Also I have this thirst for knowledge about so many things – Egypt, Atlantis, purpose of incarnation.
Can the council please guide me if I have connection to Pleiades or any of the Extra terrestrial beings. When I read about Atlantis – I somehow have a feeling that I have been there. And if there is purpose in my life to collect all this knowledge or become a healer.

Thank you for asking this, Donna, because I was able to learn even more from when I asked about my own Pleiadian connection. I can tell you that I love being in nature, hate crowds, love animals, obsessed with learning about energy healing. I received Reiki certification and couldn’t practice it because I felt it was outdated but then berated myself for questioning an established system and wondered where such thoughts came from! The Council helped me with their answer and to not doubt my own beliefs, and I just received more verification with this answer. Thank you so much to all.

Interesting question and answer! Thanks for sharing.
This post has, of course, sparked a few questions in my mind. I would like to ask The Council a few questions, if I may. Most of my previous questions have been general in nature, so this one will be a bit more personal.
I would also like to ask The Council, who am I and where am I from? Have I found my mission in life yet? If not, what is it and when will I finally start on that path? What are a few of the obstacles I will face?
