Is Humanity Ready For The Information I Plan To Offer In My Workshop?
This post answers questions for The Council from a reader named, Just Me Again.
Just Me Again: I never went to Cambodia.
Bob: Apparently Just Me Again asked The Council about going to Cambodia in a previous question.
Just Me Again: Not only because of not wanting to leave my cat behind, but also because life happened and I had to learn some more. I got retrenched and moved to a small town in the countryside. My brother took his own life in the early stages of Covid, and I brought my mother to stay with me in this small town, as we were both struggling with my brother’s death.
Council: It was pre-arranged that you and your mother would always be there for one another. So whether she was there for you as a child and it’s your turn now to be there for her, it’s an agreement and commitment you made, and it’s still your choice whether you would follow through on it.
Just Me Again: I’m working on a project to create a center where we offer a 10-day residential retreat for women, not only to empower them, but also for them to return home with knowledge to also empower their families and communities. It’s a holistic program to help these women understand how to deal with the baggage they carry, learn about self-love and forgiveness, discover their gifts and abilities, etc., and focus on working with high-vibration tools like flower essences, crystals and gemstones, and consciously consuming high vibration food, etc.
Council: And we’d say at this point, the best teachers are the ones that haven’t learned about crystals and essences from books, but have used it in their life so that you can give an example of what happens. Right now, people are very interested in knowing how it works. How do you know it works? So we’d say look into this program that you wish to develop, and how you’ll develop it.
But we’d say at this point going forward in your reality it’s very important to teach about vibrations, how to get into a higher vibration, how to stay there, and how to use your mind to create with your feelings, and with your images. We’d say this is very important for you to add to your program and to teach this, and then it will be very successful.
And have stories about yourself, and about others you know who have used the tools you’re going to give these women, and how it affected them. How did they make the change? People get hope when they hear success stories. And that is part of your path.
Just Me Again: There will also be workshops following the 10 days to teach creating your own high-vibration medicine.
Council: Wonderful.
Just Me Again: I resonated with your previous advice about having a past life in Atlantis and it feels like memories are coming back, and much of the center is based on guidance downloads that I’m receiving.
Council: So ask your higher self to give you memories of your past life in Atlantis, or any other life where you were in a healing capacity. And keep asking, because at this point in your reality, what we see is many, many people now will start to depend on their higher self, even though some people don’t realize the higher self and your human self are one entity. Even if they separate it, asking your higher self for information, it will always come, and it will come in your feelings.
And so it’s important that you teach people how to feel, how to ask a question and feel. That’s how the answers will come going forward in your reality. And this way you’re pointing others in the right direction. Develop the vibration and learn how to stay in it. Talk to your higher self and sit and wait for the feeling. You will get your answers.
Just Me Again: It is a process of downloading this information I am receiving. I feel there’s still more to come.
Council: There is much more to come.
Just Me Again: I’d like to ask a few questions. Although I’m not giving the long version of the program here, does The Council feel that humanity is ready to receive the straightforward basic knowledge of what I have to offer at this time?
Council: Definitely. We say to go forward with this plan. When you think of it, does it make you excited? Do you feel joy? There’s your feeling. Do it.
Just Me Again: Will the program be as effective as I believe it will be?
Council: Yes, if you gather enough information and experiences, it will be very successful.
Just Me Again: And is there any guidance from The Council?
Council: We feel we’ve given it to you (laughs).
Just Me Again: If funds for this project are approved, I’ll take my mother with me to the center, as I’ve committed to taking care of her.
Council: Yes, you have.
Just Me Again: She’s very open to all this new information, loves reading, going through my books on these topics, and she’s 80 years old. Will it be the right thing to take her with me? The funding will allow me to get special care for her on the premises, and allow me to follow my calling at the same time.
Council: Talk to her about your plans and what you’re going to teach, because she’ll be aware of this stuff and she’ll use it in her own way. So make your mother part of the discoveries.
Just Me Again: Are there perhaps any messages from my father and/or brother who are both on the other side? Or any other messages from anyone that I need to receive right now?
Council: Of course we’d say the only message that they give is feeling proud of supporting you on your path, and of sending love so that you can create what you thought you’d like to do in spirit. And so they are on their path, and they are learning in the spirit. They are planning new lives, and they are helping others. And so when you ask if they have messages, the one big message is they always send you love, because they want you to get through this reality by having accomplished what you planned in spirit.
Just Me Again: Are there perhaps any other lifetimes with knowledge of high-vibration healing and tools that The Council wants to make me aware of that may assist me in establishing this program?
Council: We’d say read everything you can on Atlantis. Read everything you can on Lemuria. In the early parts of Egypt, they used a lot of teachings from Atlantis, and then we’d say they added their spin to it. Study early healings from Egypt. Learn what they did in the temples. And as you begin to remember this, your knowledge will grow. You’ll get new ideas that you don’t have now to put into your programs, and this is a wonderful adventure.
Bob: So are you saying that Just Me Again had past lives in Lemuria, Atlantis, and Egypt, all three.
Council: Yes
And so we send you all blessings. And remember to have fun on this journey that you’ve created for yourself, and to have fun with the spirits around you that you’ve welcomed into your life. And always, always show kindness, and love, and compassion.

Please Elaborate On Water, Sun, And Electricity Curing COVID
This post answers a question for The Council from a reader named, LilyDaisy, who says: I was listening to your post, The Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) From a Spiritual Perspective, because I’ve been feeling sad about the divide between people who are vaccinated and people who are unvaccinated, and I was looking for some peace. I realized I heard something in that session I didn’t catch the first time I listened to it, and it was incredibly interesting. In that post The Council mentioned water, sun, and electricity as the source of the cure.
Cynthia and Bob went back and listened to that post and found that The Council doesn’t actually say water, sun, and electricity will be the source of the cure for COVID. During that earlier COVID session when Bob asks The Council how we’ll know when the virus has passed, The Council says: The scientists and doctors will say the virus is under control – that electricity, or the sun, or water, or something is putting an end to the virus. This is immediately followed by The Council saying this (meaning electricity, sun, water, or something else) doesn’t matter. What matters is your thoughts. Stay in the vibration of love. Stay in the vibration of happiness and the feeling we’re all safe and working on this, and the virus will pass.
Coming back to our session on LilyDaisy’s follow-up question, The Council is quick to re-emphasize that thoughts will be the cause of the cure for COVID. Then they say, In Atlantis they had great temples of healing. They knew how to heal with vibration, with the sun, and with water. We feel that will not be done in this lifetime.
The Council continues: There were dome-shaped temples in Atlantis that were made out of crystals, and a crystal would be placed in the area of the temple where the sun would hit for the longest period of time during the day. The sun going through the crystals, and the sound that was played while the people were in this healing dome, created cures for all these peoples’ diseases.
They took crystal domes and put them over the water, and the vibration of the sun would purify the water and give these domes healing powers. They used color, vibration, and sound in ways that were very advanced compared to today, but we feel right now this form of healing isn’t available in your current reality.
COVID was created so people could have time to be at home, appreciate their lives, appreciate their families and friends and realize how much they want to be together, and to be kind to each other. And when the vibration of these kind and loving thoughts takes over, there will no longer be the COVID virus. COVID was created out of fear, out of violence, and out of upset feelings. It was created with wrong thinking.
The thinking that’s needed now is thoughts of love. Grow plants, love the trees, honor the oceans, and believe everything has a vibration. Everything overcomes a bad vibration with the vibration of love. Love your home. Love every part of it. Love everyone in it. Love everyone you know. Be kind. Think happy thoughts. Find ways to have fun and laugh. With these thoughts you’ll see COVID disappear.
The Council repeats that water, sun, and electricity were sources of healing in the past, but they won’t be the source in this lifetime. But they add that this can be changed with the right thinking. In Lemuria and Mu, as well as Atlantis, they were very advanced. And yet with the feelings of love and appreciation for the scientists and the doctors, someone can come up with some sort of cure in that way. But we say don’t worry about that. Concentrate on the vibration of love.
In closing, The Council asks everyone to search for joy and to find it in any way you can.

Tell Me About My Daughter’s Star Connections
This post answers questions for The Council from a reader named, E-Diggity, who says, My daughter has come into a psychic ability and she has guides who I believe are Arcturian. I’d like to know more about her star connections, the nature of my relationship with my daughter, and these other beings beyond this lifetime.
The Council says it’s interesting you say your daughter has become psychic because the main star system she returns to is the Andromeda galaxy. The purpose of these souls, when they visit other star systems, when they visit planets, when they visit other dimensions, is to bring peace and love. They use their psychic ability to see how people are expanding, what they’re learning, and how they’re using their energy to expand their connection to others. In your current lifetime you both are here to bring as much peace and love as you can into your reality.
When you come from Andromeda, it’s not only characterized by psychic ability and spreading peace and love, but being intellectual is also important, studying many different subjects of where you are, what dimension you’re in, and how everything is moving forward. Knowledge, increasing your psychic ability, meditation, reading about channelers, and working with energy in any way possible, even only if it’s for yourself, are all important.
When you’re around people, bring in this energy of peace and love. You do this by increasing the energy in your seventh chakra. You can do this by learning to do the chakra breathing meditation. That’s one of the ways of doing that. Constantly work with the vibration of the purple light that always keeps you connected to your higher purpose.
You and your daughter are here together and you’ve shared other lifetimes together. In your current lifetime you wanted to expand in all directions. If you find you’re with people who are troubled, people who are depressed, people who are angry, you wanted to learn to use the energy of the purple ray to increase your energy, and then when you feel the power increase within you, you wanted to spread it out around these people.
It’s a great job you’ve taken on. In other lifetimes, when spirits from other dimensions that weren’t peaceful came to Earth or other planets, you’d jump in and go there to keep an eye on this and send in the energy of peace and love. And you’d help people with their schooling and learning because as they learn, they’d go more in the direction of peace and expansion.
When you and your daughter were around in the time of Lemuria and Atlantis, you were there helping them learn to use energy, to use intelligence, to use the vibration from stones and the elements in that island. But then you saw that by helping them learn, it wasn’t possible for you to get in the way of learning when these people turned greedy and power-hungry.
You are both advanced in this field of energy work. We advise you to study any subject that brings you pleasure – anything in the sciences, learn about history, and watch the people around you and help them move forward in peace and love. That’s what you both have decided to do in this lifetime, which is a very great task.
You and your daughter have done a lot of traveling. You’ve been to Sirius, the brightest star in the sky, for quite a long time. In the very beginning of your work you were also star seeds. These are souls that travel to different new galaxies, new planets, new stars, and create life there. That was also an experience that this mother and child had. They’ve been around forever popping in and out of galaxies.
It’s nice to know about your past, but you are here on Earth to concentrate on your life here. Study, learn, share information, help other people to learn in any way you can, even if it’s to teach young children to play games and learn. Whatever you do, bring happiness, bring peace, and bring love. This is what you and your daughter pre-planned in spirit.
E-Diggity says, I hope to validate and facilitate my daughter’s expansion into these psychic abilities. I want to invite this connection to these benevolent beings and do what we came here to do. The Council says you’re already connected. There isn’t any more you need to do. If you meditate, if you spend time outside at night when it’s warm and you can just sit somewhere and watch the stars, you’ll feel a great love in your heart. You’ll smile and with a bit of remembering you’ll realize that what you look at in the sky is also your home, not just this planet where you are now.
The Council closes by saying if there’s a place where you can go to study the stars, watch movies about the stars, or go to a planetarium, when you take these steps it sets off a memory. On your own you’ll begin to have a feeling of what to do. Go to museums and places where you can learn about the different galaxies and about what people believed went on there. Learn the sciences, and you’ll feel very much at home.

What Do I Need to Know and Unblock from My Past Lives?
This post answers questions for The Council from a reader named, Lisa, who has a recurring dream that takes place in Atlantis. I’m in a tower and hear a bell go off as red-skinned people are charging down a hill to attack us.
The Council says this dream is of a past life that takes place in Lemuria where the Atlanteans would attack villages in Lemuria. The people of Atlantis were more aggressive than the people of Lemuria and wanted to be in charge and take over new villages. That is what you’re remembering in this dream.
Lisa says the dream I had tonight was of a reincarnation pool and it was tied into my mother who I don’t get along with. The Council says this was in Atlantis. Before you created your next life, while you were still in your physical body, you could lay in this pool and research what you wanted to do and where you wanted to go. Just entering this water you could connect with the minds of others and see what they have learned and where they’ve been. This would give you ideas for what you wanted to create for your next life.
Lisa says, I’ve also had dreams of being a woman Pharaoh or empress in Egypt and I was burned in these dreams. The Council doesn’t see the part about being a Pharaoh or empress, but they see several lives where you were burned. Once in the 1600s as you prepared potions for people. You were known as a village doctor, but this wasn’t accepted at that time. You were also burned in a building fire in Germany.
Burning is something you’ve gone through and it’s coming up in your current life so you can let it go. Somewhere subconsciously you have a fear of fire and burning again. Take your focus and put it only on your current life and that you’re safe. Focus on everything you do in your current life is moving you forward and leaving these past lives behind.
Lisa says, I feel like my soul is always trying to teach me something, but I’m not fully awake. Who am I and what do I need to know and unblock from my past lives. The Council says you need to know you are a spirit that has come into physical reality many times. You planned to have a more peaceful reality in your current life because there were many ups and downs that you’ve experienced in other lifetimes. You’re here this time to enjoy yourself. You have no particular lesson you must learn. You’ll learn as you create your life day by day. Your purpose was to have a much easier life.

Have I Lived Any Noteworthy Lifetimes in Atlantis?
This post answers questions for The Council from a reader named, Brock, who wants to know if they’ve lived any lifetimes in Atlantis.
The Council says Brock had a lifetime in Atlantis where he worked with energy and vibration to bring about physical healing. You created rooms in one of the temples where you’d increase the lighting in the room where color was used for healing. You used energy and crystals, and it was important to have pools of water filled with crystals to help people heal.
In another lifetime as a young boy you learned how to write the history of Atlantis and to keep daily records of what happened there. There are many of the records you created that are still to be discovered.
Brock says he’s been trying to find information on Atlantis from various sources in the spiritual community including hypnosis and channelings and he’s noticed some different and contradictory information coming through. The Council says the most accurate information on Atlantis was channeled by Edgar Cayce and he has books on this subject. If you become a member of the A.R.E. (Association for Research and Enlightenment) you can read thousands of Edgar Cayce readings on different subjects.
Brock asks when Atlantis began – some people say thousands of years ago and some say millions of years. The Council says Atlantis began in our physical reality in approximately 50,000 BC. They add that Atlantis existed in a non-physical reality before this. The minds of the Atlanteans were able to create it so that Atlantis would manifest in our physical reality because they thought everyone was ready for it.
When Atlantis came into being there were many discoveries. There was great research done into medicine, into healings, and how you could create and change physical forms of things, for example. Unfortunately as more and more information was discovered and Atlantis grew in knowledge, the Atlanteans began to change. There was a fight for power. The crystal energy that was used for healing began to be used in a way where it imploded and began the first of three sinkings of the Atlantis landmass.
During the early stages of this sinking people had time to leave Atlantis and would flee to many different areas on Earth. Many came to the Americas and many went to Greece and Egypt. The destruction of Atlantis was due to the crystal machines the Atlanteans used that got out of control and the sinking began.
Brock asks what Atlantean technology was like. Some people say they had airships, others say they used levitation. The Council says both airships and levitation were in use in Atlantis. There were machines that looked like ships that could go across water, but not be in the water. The minds of the Atlantean people were very advanced.
Brock asks why such disagreements exist on Atlantis in the spiritual community. The Council says based on what people found underwater and along the shores they formed different ideas about when Atlantis existed. Plato wrote about Atlantis, which many people thought was a myth. Part of Atlantis was near Cuba and the Bimini Islands and The Council feels in time more will be discovered in this area.
The Council finishes up this session by saying Brock should have crystals around.

How Do I Move Forward with an Unrequited Love?
This post answers questions for The Council from a reader who goes by the name, GoodLife4Always, who says they currently have a strong connection with someone but when they first met, this person wasn’t interested in socializing or even noticing them. They connected quickly this year over their past, their pains, family, beliefs, and God. They started to fall in love with this person and I’ve expressed this feeling to them.
The Council says it’s wonderful GoodLife4Always feels this way and is able to express how they feel to this person, but can you accept how the other person feels whether they agree with you or not? Coming together in this lifetime, sometimes from past lives, you both wanted to experience certain things and learn together. But at any given point it’s possible that one of you my not be ready to make a further commitment to the relationship. Be in the moment. Express your feelings and accept the answer.
If you’re learning from this relationship and it fulfills your needs, it’s great if you can keep the relationship going. You don’t know what this other person will create in the future. You can still do the inner work of seeing the relationship the way you want, but always feel grateful for what you have with this person in your present. The secret is in seeing the wonderful things about this relationship every day, even the delicate challenges that come along. They are there for a purpose.
You’ve learned to speak your mind. How do you feel about the answer that was given to you? GoodLife4Always says in the back of their mind they think they rushed sharing their feelings about the relationship because they were anxious for an answer. The reply was a sad, “No, I’m sorry.” The Council says to consider that this answer was in a particular moment and creation changes day by day by your thoughts and how you see the relationship. The thoughts you choose will determine the future you experience. Visualize what you want.
GoodLife4Always says this person has asked them to stay friends and not to leave them, and The Council says this is wonderful. There isn’t a broken connection. You can still be friends. In the meantime you can do the inner work to create more of what you want in the relationship. Be thankful there’s still the ability and the desire to remain friends.
GoodLife4Always says they still feel the other person cares for them and GoodLife4Always guesses they’re being crazy, but The Council says they can see this person has feelings for GoodLife4Always. Step back and let these feelings grow.
GoodLife4Always asks why this person came into their life? The Council says there was an agreement for the two of them to come together when both of them needed each other’s friendship. You wanted to come together to share knowledge and understanding. There was a safety that was wanted by both of you. And there was always the possibility that whatever you faced in your relationship, there could be more.
GoodLife4Always asks what their past life connections are? The Council says there are many past lives together. In Atlantis they shared a life that’s affecting their current life. They were together in many of the temples and learned many of the esoteric arts. Perhaps you can learn to meditate together, not in the same vicinity, but at the same time. Begin studying the workings of energy and reincarnation together. As you share this, the bond will add to your closeness and understanding. It was because you learned so much together in your lifetime in Atlantis that you came together in your current lifetime.
GoodLife4Always asks how they should move forward and The Council advises to do the inner work of imagining the relationship you want and being grateful for what you have. If you don’t force or rush this relationship, if you use your energy to send love, if you can be supportive and let the relationship grow naturally, and if you can see and feel the relationship you want as if it’s happening in the present, you can create it the way you want it.

The Council says Edgar Cayce has channeled the information in these readings from spirit, and they also believe he was in one or both places in former lifetimes. To get the most correct information The Council recommends starting with the Cayce material.

Do I Have a Connection to the Pleiades Star System in Other Lifetimes?
This post answers questions from a reader who goes by the name, SoulPeace191689339, who says she’s read about the Pleiades star system and wonders if she has a connection to this system. She’s been having dreams, has been guided, has a lot of intuition, and sometimes she’s able to feel other people’s thoughts. She also has a thirst for knowledge about Egypt, Atlantis, and the purpose of incarnation. SoulPeace asks The Council if she has a connection to the Pleiades or any other extraterrestrial beings?
The Council starts by saying it’s interesting that so many questions lately on our blog are from the Pleiadians for more information. There are many Pleiadians here on Earth and their role is to guide Earthlings and help us grow. Some of this information comes in dreams. Some information comes with the realization you’re interested in certain historical time periods on Earth. The Council advises you to research these time periods on the internet, read books, see movies, and more information about these time periods will come to you.
The Council says SoulPeace has a connection to the Pleiades right now because the Pleiadians are trying to raise her energy and open her mind to other lifetimes.
The Council says the purpose of reincarnation is to come into physical reality as many times as we like with the choices of what we want to learn and the choices of what souls we want to come in with us. And The Council emphasizes we have the ability, at any time in this incarnation, to change what we experience.
The Council says now many people are here on Earth going through negative experiences because they are brave souls who desire to change their reality to something more positive. In each lifetime you bring spirits around you that agree to help you learn whatever you wish to make your lifetime about. And The Council says you are also helping these spirits learn.
Spirits think it’s such fun to come into the Earth path because other spirits you’ve known for many lifetimes will be with you again, changing roles, but you’ll all grow from what you’re trying to learn. That is also the purpose of incarnation, as well as to bring the love we experience in spirit into our current incarnation.
The Council says they see SoulPeace had a life on Pleiades where she was a young, adventurous spirit who wanted to go beyond the Pleiadian realm and help people. The Council asks SoulPeace if she feels people come to her with their problems? Or do you want to reach out and touch sick people? What SoulPeace learned in her brief time on the Pleiades was to help people in other lifetimes, even in the smallest way.
In addition to her Pleiadian lifetimes SoulPeace lived lives where no physical body was needed and only emotion was experienced. This should translate in her current lifetime into a great understanding of what people go through and the different emotions these people experience. By understanding these emotions and how they effect the way the body and the beliefs develop, there is a lesson for SoulPeace to heal not only the body, but also people’s emotional problems. This is the healing SoulPeace intends to do at this point in her life.
The Council says SoulPeace spent many lifetimes in Atlantis. There she learned to change form, work with elements (air, fire, water), she was a keeper of records, and a traveler to different parts of Atlantis bringing messages and new discoveries from one place to another. She was there when Atlantis sunk, and if there’s a fear of water in her current lifetime, it’s from when Atlantis sunk.
The Council closes by saying SoulPeace doesn’t need to become a doctor or a nurse to fulfill her desire to heal people. Just listening to people and feeling what they’re saying, with a simple touch or some well chosen words you can heal these people. You’ve done this before and can do it again.

Why Am I Constantly Stuck in Negative Situations?
This post answers questions from a reader who goes by the name, cmw787, who says her life is on a downward trajectory and has been for years. She’s doing everything she can to fix her life, but she’s unable to do it. Cmw says it feels like every day will be worse than the day before, she’s living every day in misery, and she’s praying for death.
The Council begins by asking cmw how she thinks she can change her life when she expects every day to be worse than the day before and she’s praying for death? The Council says this alone will keep her vibration from raising higher so she can begin to change and bring in the sort of life that she would like.
Cmw says she’s sick of being lectured on the law of attraction. She says she’s practiced it and lived it, and it’s not working at all for her. She doesn’t understand why this is happening to her. The Council notes that cmw doesn’t want to believe in anything that’ll make her life better.
Cmw says she was contacted by people who came to Earth from the Pleiadian star system about 2 years ago, but she doesn’t understand what they want from her. The Council says Pleiadians are very loving and they’re trying to get cmw to focus her thoughts differently so she can raise her vibration.
The Council tells cmw it’s not wrong for her to want to know about herself, but she insists on looking only at what’s negative and trying to understand that. They say understanding isn’t necessary for cmw. What’s necessary is to change how she thinks about her life. She should ask herself if meditation will help you? Ask if helping other people will help? Will having a different perspective on your life help you? Will it help you to focus on something to be grateful for 10 minutes every day? If you do these things it will begin to change your vibration. The Council feels if cmw continues to focus on why her life isn’t working the way she wants won’t make her life any better.
The Council tells cmw she has the talent to become an oracle because in previous lifetimes she was a teacher in Atlantis, Lemuria, ancient Egypt, ancient Rome, and ancient Greece, and in her current lifetime she’s questioning these talents. Meditate on these time periods and ask for information. More information will come. As you tap into these past lives you’ll change your vibration without even knowing how you did this.
The Council says as cmw taught in these ancient places, there were some students that found it difficult to work with energy and change matter, and cmw had difficulty understanding this. So coming into her current lifetime she created a life where she has doubt and negativity to learn from it. She wanted to see how difficult it can be to change negativity into a higher vibration, and see how difficult it can be to go from expecting things to go wrong, to hoping they go right. The lesson was to go through these difficult times and when it seems the most difficult, to grasp onto the littlest thing and begin to change it with something more positive.
Cmw asks The Council what her soul purpose is, and why is she constantly stuck in negative situations. The Council says it’s because her belief is more negative than positive. Your purpose is to find a more positive way to live your life. The Council asks cmw to try to improve her life again, even if it’s with the tiniest seed of hopefulness, and she’ll find a difference.
The Council advises cmw to surround herself with a few crystals that she picks out for herself and begin to meditate, even if it’s just for 10 minutes. In Atlantis you worked with changing energy and taught with crystals. Familiarize yourself with this again and be patient. As you begin to change your thoughts the tiniest bit, you’ll notice experiences in your life will improve.
The Council says as cmw reads about these different ancient cultures she’s been part of, just by taking her thoughts off negativity and putting them on these better feeling times, she’ll connect with this higher vibration and her journey will turn in the direction she wishes.
The Council sees a positive outcome for cmw, but she needs the discipline she taught in these other lifetimes to concentrate on more positive thoughts. If she’s able to read about these ancient times, and surround herself with crystals and meditate, her life must change.

Who Am I and Where Am I From?
This post answers questions for The Council from a reader named, Donna, who asks, who am I and where am I from?
The Council says you’ve come from the star system, Pleiades, and many like you who are here from this star system don’t know it.
Pleiadians are here to teach and guide other people to evolve, they have a peaceful nature, and their are millions of them on Earth.
The careers of all of Pleiadians on Earth are in the healing fields, counseling, and people working with energy. They can heal you by the way they talk to you, by the guidance they give you, and by the touch of their hand. Pleiadians were also guides to people in Atlantis and Lemuria.
Pleiadians easily connect with other people, animals, and plants. This is part of their gift because they’re evolved. They need to be around nature and don’t like to be in big groups. They are more quiet and like to deal with people one on one. Many Pleiadians are disappointed because they can’t seem to do what they intended in their physical bodies.
The reason Donna has chosen to incarnate on Earth at this time is to help the people around her. Her interest in the Pleiadians brings her closer to the calm, healing energy and the light she’s here to share with others, even if it doesn’t wake her up to her mission in this lifetime. This is a beautiful purpose for being here and if she hasn’t done this yet, this will strike a chord within her, and she’ll start looking at and connecting with people, animals, and plants differently.
Donna mentions that her energy healer says she’s not from Pleiades and The Council laughs and asks her to choose which way she wants to believe. And The Council adds that it’s okay whether or not she believes them.
Find the softness, the love, and the light within you and shine it on other people. You teach other people to be giving and loving by the way you speak and act. This is the purpose of all Pleiadians. You’re here to guide us, help us evolve and feel peaceful, and help us connect with our higher energy.
You’re also here to take care of yourself. And as you do this, you’ll find others who wish to take care of themselves and are looking for answers. The more you connect to this – if it hasn’t happened already – you’ll find more and more people coming to you for guidance and help.
It’s good to read about the Pleiadians and their work on this planet, as well as the Sirians, Arcturians, and people from other star systems who have come to Earth. Read about Atlantis and Lemuria and how the people from the Pleiades guided and taught the people in these times. The book, Starseed Transmissions, by Ken Carey will be helpful. As you read, your knowledge will increase and you’ll find yourself on a path that helps and enlightens others.
The Council closes by wishing joy to everyone on their journeys. And they ask us to always search for more questions and answers to help us grow and bring us along on our path, and help us bring the love that’s in spirit into the Earth path, which is the purpose for all of us.

What Is My Friend’s and My Soul Purpose?
This post answers questions for The Council from a reader named, Christine, who asks what past lives she and a friend have shared, and what their souls’ purpose is. They both feel they’re on the road to nowhere, but feel there’s a divine reason they’ve met.
The Council begins by saying the road to nowhere Christine’s talking about is temporary. The Council says Christine and her friend are two spirits that came together to help each other find their way.
The Council advises Christine and her friend to go to the ocean and daydream or meditate. In a past life in Atlantis Christine and her friend taught children survival skills by the ocean and how to create energy with crystals. They knew that the ocean cleansed their vibration and that while in the ocean it’s easier to open up and bring in clearer thoughts, it’s easier to heal, and easier to connect with spirit. If possible, they should vacation by the ocean and go back as often as they can. The ocean is cleansing for the spirit and will allow them to open to new ideas.
It’s very healing for the two of you to be near water. It’ll bring clarity to what you’re drawing to yourselves and will bring the experiences you want to have and learn from. There’s a desire for both of you to learn from different people and different places and The Council advises looking in this direction.
The Council says there’s too much focus on going nowhere, not moving forward, being stagnant, and not knowing why the two of them are together. Your life purposes are closely aligned and you’re together to experience many different cultures and groups of people by traveling. Talk to people as you travel and feel their energy. As you talk to people you’ll get ideas how you can move about in your own lives.
There was a lifetime in France where Christine and her friend were sisters who ran a neighborhood pub. In that lifetime they also wanted to learn from other people, but in their current lifetime they’re taking this idea further. There’s a desire for much travel and to learn from many different people, not just the people in one area.

What Is My Soul’s Purpose in This Lifetime?
This post answers a question for The Council from a reader named, Maria, who wants to know her soul’s purpose in her current lifetime.
The Council begins by saying every soul’s purpose is to bring the love we need to see ourselves and others through the challenges we face. Then The Council looks in the Akashic records for more specific information for Maria and provides details of four particular lifetimes before focusing on her current life purpose.
In the first mentioned lifetime Maria worked in the great rooms of knowledge in a library of the ancient civilization of Lemuria. The Council advises Maria to read books about Lemuria, which existed around the same time as the civilization of Atlantis, and to focus on how peaceful it was. Maria worked in the quiet, helping people to find their spiritual path.
Several lifetimes after this life in Lemuria, Maria wanted to be among crowds where the excitement was. And so she worked in the marketplace in Ancient Rome. This was experienced and she found it wasn’t exactly what she was interested in. Even though she enjoyed the excitement of the people around her, this lifetime wasn’t enough of a challenge for her.
Next we move to a lifetime in the streets of India where there isn’t enough food, the environment was unhealthy, and there were other hardships. In this lifetime Maria again wanted to experience being around many people to see how she got along, but daily life was a challenge. When Maria finished this lifetime she thought it was very interesting, but it wasn’t quite what she wanted to bring love into and it didn’t feel like it was enough for her spirit to grow. She wanted a more challenging life.
Now we move to a lifetime in England where Maria is arrested for breaking into people’s houses and stealing. She’s given a lifetime sentence without opportunity for parole and was to live in a cell with other people who’ve picked a similar challenge for that lifetime. Knowing she had no freedom and was unable to improve her living conditions, Maria began to pray and meditate and showed the people around her how they could be happy in this very unfavorable place. At the end of this life Maria realized it was difficult, but she helped people connect to their spirit and to God, and they knew there was more to their existence than just being in that cell.
Now we come to Maria’s current lifetime. She wanted to take it easy this time around, almost like going back to her life in Lemuria. She wasn’t interested in the crowds and hardship in this life. She wanted to be among books and learn to connect spiritually with plants and animals. She wanted more quiet in this lifetime. These things will help Maria connect with her spirit in this life.
The Council advises Maria to avoid large offices where there’s lots of pressure. She wanted a calm, quiet life so she could regroup within herself. She doesn’t need to be a hermit and small groups of people are OK. She should read books, particularly about Lemuria. She’ll feel a connection to Lemuria and have some memories. She should go to the forest and parks when she can. Stay in a place of connection with spirit. Pray or learn to meditate and her life will be happier, more connected, more strength, and she’ll have more confidence.

A Past Life Connection with the Great Pyramid
This post answers questions from a reader named is SoulSeekingKnowledge, who says they’ve been drawn to the subjects of pyramids and Egypt since childhood. For the last few months they’ve been drawn to spiritual and metaphysical books and have a tremendous thirst for knowledge. They ask The Council if there’s any past life connection with pyramids or Atlantis. They feel like there’s a purpose in this lifetime connected to lifetimes in these places, but they’re not understanding the purpose.
The Council says this goes back to being in a school for priests in a lifetime in Egypt. At the age of 5 they were brought to this school for a life in the priesthood. Your main focus in this lifetime was on energy. As you grew you learned about medicine and the stars, and advanced quickly in your education. You began speaking about connecting with the Gods and Goddesses of Egypt, and that you were able to hear them and get information from them.
You trained to work in the Temple of Bast and of Osiris. As you learned more, you wished to become a teacher of younger students and show them how to develop their abilities. At a certain stage of this teaching, before you could formally become a priest, you had to spend 24 hours alone in a sarcophagus with the lid on inside the Great Pyramid. Many students lost their minds while trying to attempt this.
The Council sees you in the sarcophagus trying to work with the energy and staying calm for the 24 hours. Your mind opened more than ever and you connected with energy that gave you more information than you were able to understand and work with. When they came the next day to let you out of the sarcophagus, your mind had become very disturbed by what you experienced. It took you many years to come back to a level of wholeness where you weren’t afraid to be in the dark, be alone, or afraid to use your ability to hear and see beyond the reality most experienced.
While you had many interesting lives in Egypt, The Council sees this particular life with the sarcophagus is the one that’s effecting your current lifetime. You’d like to develop your psychic abilities and learn to meditate in your current lifetime, but you shouldn’t go too quickly. As you accomplish these skills, you’ll achieve what you intended in that Egyptian lifetime.
SoulSeekingKnowledge says in their current lifetime they have a fear of darkness or evil and hear strange things when they’re meditating, and they ask how to overcome these fears and progress in their meditations. The Council says the lifetime in Egypt with the sarcophagus helps explain these fears.
When you meditate now, The Council asks you to go very slowly so you don’t pick up negative energy or things that frighten you. Always remind yourself you are a strong and powerful spirit and you will let into your mind only things that travel in white light. You’ll only allow things to come to you that are acceptable and comfortable to you and all else cannot enter. Meditate on peace, wholeness, and love. If you think these thoughts before you meditate, your meditations should be much improved.
In an extended closing The Council wishes blessings to all who write questions and are able to follow The Council’s guidance. They say this guidance will help many more who have similar questions and they send blessings to all who find this guidance helpful.
The Council advises everyone on this path to share their knowledge, their love, particularly of our planet, the animals, minerals, and plants. Send love to everything and your life has to change.

Moving to Cambodia and Leaving a Cat Behind
This post is inspired by questions for The Council from a reader who goes by the name, Just Me Again. She’s planning a move to Cambodia next year and she has to leave her cat behind. She’s found someone who’s willing to take the cat and she asks if this is the right person. The Council asks her to search her heart to see if she’s comfortable giving her cat to this person and if there’s a loving vibration there.
She asks what she agreed to offer her cat in this lifetime, and The Council says when we come together with the soul of an animal, there’s no agreement or plan what you will do. You come together because you need each other. It’s a coming together to support each other in the feeling of love.
She asks about previous lifetimes with this cat and The Council says they can’t see a previous lifetime.
She asks if the cat understands why she has to leave her behind and if she’s ready to move on. The Council says the animal knows it is loved, but may not understand the reason she’s leaving the cat behind. The cat will know if it’s being left in a good place, and the love it feels for Just Me Again will continue.
She asks if she had a previous lifetime in Cambodia and if it’s the right move and time for her to go. The Council says within a year it will be a good time to move there, but they don’t see an immediate move.
She asks about a Cambodian woman who said Just Me Again was her doctor in a previous lifetime. The Council sees her aiding soldiers in a war in one lifetime. In another, back in Greece she was considered a doctor with very advanced healing abilities that she brought with her from Atlantis, and The Council believes she may have healed the Cambodian woman in this lifetime.
Lastly she asks The Council about a flower essence blend she feels guided to make for tourists in Cambodia. The Council says to meditate on the blends. They feel there will be 5 different ones that she’s already created in her spiritual reality. And they recommend she soften each blend with a bit of Rose.

Soul Sisters and Lifetimes Together
This post is inspired by questions from a reader who goes by the name, Soul Sister. She says last year she met a woman at a course she was taking and they felt an immediate connection, like they had known each other before. This woman told her they were ‘soul sisters’ and she wants to know what this means. She’d also like to know if they’ve shared a past life, and the circumstances if they did.
The Council starts by saying a soul sister is someone you recognize from another lifetime by their energy, not necessarily their face. You know you have been with them before and you usually have come together to share an experience in this lifetime.
The Council sees these two souls were together in Atlantis working with energy, and they ask Soul Sister if she has an interest in energy healing, crystals, and the power of the mind in this lifetime because that is what they did in Atlantis?
Then The Council says there’s a big jump to a lifetime in France, maybe during the 1500s, where these souls were together in a convent as nuns connecting to God through prayer. In both these lifetimes they were interested in looking for what it means to be spirit in a physical body.
The Council says there was also a lifetime as children whose mothers worked in a bakery making bread and cake for royalty during Renaissance times.
These are the lifetimes affecting their current life and The Council says if they experience a spiritual connection, it’s from the first two lifetimes. And they would be very happy supporting each other going forward learning more about who they are as spiritual beings.
The Council suggests any activities that have to do with energy, healing, crystals, meditation, prayer, the mind, gratitude, and beliefs will be helpful to these two women.

How to Work with Crystals
This post is inspired by a question about working with crystals from a long time reader named Jan who’s particularly interested in glass-like Andara crystals.
The Council begins by advising you to buy Andara crystals from someone who’s reliable and knowledgeable about them because they look like glass and many are not the real crystal. And they say when you hold one of these crystals you should immediately feel a warmth in your hands.
They talk about the ways crystals were encoded with information and knowledge in Atlantis, where Jan experienced working with them in another life. And they talk about meditating with crystals to receive the knowledge held within them.
The Council says Andara crystals are excellent for healing and developing psychic abilities and they recommend a way of working with them on the body for healing and for grounding.

Discovery of Records from Ancient Civilizations
During a recent session to answer a reader’s question about spirit’s intention for the roles of men and women, The Council casually made the following comments about historical records that will be discovered and bring to light many things not currently known about gender roles in earlier times.
“In Jesus’ time many many of the great healers and great teachers…were women, and so many records from that time will come forward, where many women were great leaders, where the women were the rule makers.”
…
Regarding the current perception of male dominance throughout most of history:
“With the knowledge that has been accepted, with the documents that have been found, and yet there is more that will be found, where we will learn more of the interchangeable roles of men and women.”
…
“In the times where Jesus walked the Earth, one of his greatest teachers was a woman named Judith, and so much of what he learned as a child came from her. And yet very little is known of this at this time, but there is much to be discovered.”
…
“Judith was also a teacher and friend of his mother, Mary. And she taught many of the women in that time to be great healers. The men at that particular time in history were not the healers until Jesus came to the forefront, and so that will be discovered also.”

Jan & Will’s Telepathic Communication
This post is inspired by a question from Jan about an important friendship with a former student named Will who became like a son to her when his mother passed away. Jan describes feeling a spiritual connection with Will and believes that as spirits before they were born into this lifetime they planned to be in each other’s human lives.
But as Will developed from a child with autism into a young adult he proceeded to withdraw from friends, family, and finally Jan, to the point where she hasn’t heard from him in over a year and hasn’t seen him in three years. After reading one of our blog posts describing The Council’s advice to a reader experiencing a similar separation from her biological twin brother of 70+ years, Jan asked The Council for their view of her friendship with Will.

The Council
Cynthia is able to communicate with a group of five non-physical spirit guides in a manner similar to the way Esther Hicks communicates with and speaks for the spirit guides, Abraham, and Jane Roberts communicated and spoke for the spirit guide, Seth. I (Bob) basically interview The Council as they speak through Cynthia during what we refer to as a session. Sessions generally last 5-15 minutes and are usually audio recorded. During the session Cynthia is aware of what The Council is saying and she also receives visual impressions and other types of telepathic communication from them.
The Council’s Basic Guidance
Since we began these sessions with The Council around 2009 they consistently emphasize a few basic ideas that we attempt to summarize here:
1) You are an eternal spiritual being in a physical body.
You are the energy and vibration of continuously expanding love, intelligence, and joy.
Your physical experience in your physical body and your psychological experience of your personality is a small part of the totality of who you truly are.
Let yourself imagine from time to time what it might feel like to experience more of the wondrous totality of who you really are, and don’t be surprised if you are able to experience this more often.
2) You are the creator of all that you experience.
As you open to the possibility your true nature is greater than you ordinarily perceive, it becomes easier to consider the possibility that this expanded you is truly the creator of everything that you experience.
If you’re used to thinking of yourself in a more limited sense, the idea that you are the creator of your experience may be difficult to understand. Our post, What About This Idea That We Create Whatever We Desire, offers insights into this idea.
3) You are here to expand the love you are into physical reality.
You chose, as a spiritual being, to come into this physical reality to experience the joy of expanding the love you are as a spiritual being, into this physical reality. This is your purpose for being here.
