Reconciliation with a Love Relationship – or Moving On?

This post is inspired by a question from a reader named Janice, who felt love and a soul connection with a partner, but he has pulled away and Janice says he betrayed their relationship with someone else. She asks The Council what’s going on in this relationship and whether there might be a reconciliation.

The Council begins by stating that what they see in this situation is an agreement in spirit for Janice to have a very short stay in this relationship. A little later in the session they remind her that while this relationship wasn’t meant to be a permanent, she is the creator of her experience and they ask how strong is her desire? The Council asks if Janice can see this reconciliation happening, and is there a joyous feeling? Or does she want a reconciliation because there’s a fear of moving on and not knowing what to move on to?  The Council describes this relationship as transitional, and says it was to help Janice decide what kind of relationship she’d like to have.

They go on to say Janice chose to have many experiences that would make her wonder what kind of person she is. And they ask if this relationship has left her with no hope in her life and she finds it difficult to move forward? Or can she appreciate what she has even though there’s confusion about what’s going on, and is able to move forward easily?

The Council advises Janice to focus on something new and asks her to think about what she now wants in her surroundings, her work, her friendships, and her relationships. What can she imagine for herself that will take her on a new journey with new people? This is what was wanted when Janice planned in spirit to have this relationship.

What Janice planned was that she’d let go of this relationship, find gratitude in it because there’s always something worth being grateful for, and move forward with ideas about the kinds of people in her life so she can learn about herself. The Council says that’s the purpose of this reality for her.

Guilt Over Terminating a Pregnancy

This post is inspired by a question from Vacha about a planned termination of her pregnancy. (We previously posted our session with The Council on Vacha’s question as a single track with minimal comments because Vacha had an appointment the next day to have the abortion and we wanted her to hear the session as quickly as possible.)

Vacha says the abortion feels right to her, but she feels guilty about not giving her baby a chance to live. She has read and listened to several of our other posts on abortion and feels comforted by the thought that this abortion could be planned by her spirit and the spirit of her child, and she asks The Council for information about this.

The Council begins by reminding Vacha that choice is her most powerful tool and this abortion was a choice she planned in spirit before she came into this lifetime. She wanted to make the decision to abort based on how she felt rather than on the opinions of other people.

The Council says Vacha planned in spirit to get pregnant so she could find the strength to wake up to who she truly is as a spiritual being and what she wants in her life. They say the spirit of this child chose to help Vacha become more dependent on herself, her beliefs, and what she wants. The Council encourages Vacha to make her choice knowing it’s what the two spirits planned, and to think about how this abortion will change her life.

When Vacha feels there’s a problem with her health or when she feels there are ongoing issues with her husband, the purpose of this pregnancy is to help her look at these issues and think about how she’d like to change them in her life.

Vacha should begin to plan how she’d like her life to be. The Council says the question here is not whether she should terminate this pregnancy. The agreement between her spirit and the spirit of the child was made because Vacha needs to wake up to the life she was living, decide what would make her choose to live her life differently, and look at the bigger picture.

As Vacha prays and meditates, she should begin to feel the presence of the child’s spirit, the love, support, and light it will continue to send her so both spirits can continue to move forward on their journeys.

The Council advises Vacha to let go of any guilt she has about terminating this pregnancy. She and the spirit of the child are following a plan that was made and has brought her to the exact point both spirits wanted. Now she is to create what she wants in her life moving forward.

Getting Rid of Depression After An Abortion

This post is inspired by questions for The Council from a reader named Sarah, who had an abortion about a year earlier and feels it left her clinically depressed. She’s scared she’ll have depression for the rest of her life, but she’s not comfortable taking anti-depressants.

The Council starts by saying we experience depression when we’re not connected to who we truly are as spiritual beings, and they suggest meditating on this and focusing less on something being wrong with Sarah’s brain. And they add that as spiritual beings we understand we are here to find the joy in our experience, and because Sarah is so unhappy, this depression is pushing her to search for something more.

The Council recommends books and videos that teach how we plan our lifetimes as spiritual beings and they specifically suggest reading books by Robert Schwartz. And they say depression comes because Sarah doesn’t appreciate what she’s created for herself and the spirit she aborted. Many think of abortion as an ending of a life, but The Council says it’s a beginning because this soul is now free to have other experiences, including returning to Sarah in a future pregnancy.

The Council says Sarah had a spiritual contract with this aborted soul who wanted to experience what it was like to be part of an aborted pregnancy. This soul was not interested in experiencing a full term pregnancy but if Sarah wishes to move forward, this soul can return to her in a future pregnancy. And The Council says these two souls will have a closer bond because they experienced this abortion together.

The Council emphasizes there isn’t any need for Sarah to feel depressed about this abortion because everything went according to the way the two souls planned this, and there is great love between these two spirits, and great love in deciding what path to take next.

The Council encourages Sarah to look for books that connect her to spirit and past lives, and they recommend the books of Emmanuel by Pat Rodegast. They also encourage Sarah to do whatever it takes to get into the vibration of love and joy, and from this vibration she’ll be able to create her future the way she wants it to be.

The Council says this aborted soul has continually been sending Sarah love from the moment this abortion was planned in spirit and there is still a stream of love flowing from this soul to Sarah, helping her to get through this depression. The more Sarah is able to let this love in, the less she’ll need to concern herself with a relapse of depression.

The Council closes with a recommendation to look for little moments of love and joy from her spirit and the spirit of her aborted child to move her forward in this lifetime.

Will I Have a Child With My Current Partner?

This post is inspired by a follow-up question from a reader named Wendy, who asks The Council if she’ll get pregnant again with the soul of the child she recently aborted, and will her current boyfriend be the father.

The Council says being the mother of the aborted soul is what is planned for this lifetime whether she stays with her current partner or not, and they add that at any moment Wendy is free to choose otherwise.

If Wendy finds joy in this relationship with her current partner and does the inner work of imagining how she wants this relationship to be, there’s a good chance of her re-creating the pregnancy with this man. They advise Wendy not to rush into making this relationship something permanent or rush and jump out of it when she feels insecure, and look at whether this relationship is fulfilling her desire to have this child.

Wendy says she wants badly to have a real chance with this man and The Council advises her to be mindful every day of what she’s grateful for in this relationship and focus on the joyous moments so she can be in that vibration, which will allow her to create more things to be grateful for.

Wendy says she scared because although she’s always had a partner, she never had one she wanted to create a life with. She’s also scared to bring up that she’d like to become a mother in the near future. For this The Council suggests she meditate to remind herself she’s a spiritual being in a physical body, even if she doesn’t fully believe it yet. When she aligns with this thought it will give her the strength and clarity to move forward. There’s no need to be afraid because she wants this relationship to work out and The Council advises her to let this fear go.

Wendy should be clear when she speaks to her partner about their future to see if he’s in agreement with her desire to become a mother, and see what kind of reactions she gets. Being truthful about her desire for motherhood will help her see if this is the correct partner for her.

Will the Soul I Aborted Return in a Future Pregnancy?

This post is inspired by a reader named Wendy who asks if the soul of the child she aborted will be able to return to her in a future pregnancy.

The Council advises Wendy, now that she has gone through this abortion, to really focus on getting control of her life. She should think of the direction she’d like her life to go in and plan it that way. She should have more confidence in herself, believe in what she wants no matter what anyone says, and move forward. Wendy should resist the temptation of being talked into what others believe and handing her life over to others. She shouldn’t dwell on why this abortion happened, or the idea that she was talked into something she didn’t want. Wendy needs to trust herself more and surround herself with people she trusts, but always ask about her own desire and what direction she wants to go in.

Wendy says she has a son, and The Council says they hope she’s able to find joy and gratitude he’s in her life. They say this is the beginning of understanding her feelings and connecting with joy, and in joy we create the future.

The Council says Wendy has forgotten how to feel her desire and create what she really wants. They say if the desire is real, her universe will help her through this experience no matter who agrees with her or doesn’t agree with her. And when she is happy with her decisions, the right people will help her move forward in her beliefs.

The Council advises Wendy to work with her focus and her feelings to let go of the sadness and guilt around her abortion, and if she’s able to do this, the aborted soul will return to her in a future pregnancy. They say she has a strong desire for motherhood and this soul is waiting to help her fulfill this desire. The Council sees this happening if Wendy focuses and believes. The say it’s all lined up for her to bring in.

Will My Upcoming Abortion Affect My 1-Year Old Son?

This post is inspired by questions from a reader named Tracy who’s about 2 months pregnant and scheduled to have an abortion the week after she posted her comment. After reading our post on Beth’s abortion she felt at ease, but has difficulty believing that karma won’t get her or her 1-year old son and asks about that. This will be Tracy’s third abortion and she asks if these souls have come back into her life. And she asks for advice on her spirituality, which she struggles with.

The Council starts by saying Tracy’s abortion won’t have a negative impact on her son. They say karma is what you believe and wish to create in your many lifetimes. They say there isn’t any monster karma that will make life miserable for her or her son, and ask Tracy to let go of the fear something in the future will affect them.

The Council says each of Tracy’s three abortions was pre-planned by her in spirit before she was born. They were created so she could learn about the gift of life and how wonderful it is to allow souls to come into this life and create the reality that soul chooses. And they ask Tracy what she has learned from each of these abortions.

The Council says these aborted souls have not returned to Tracy’s life, but have helped her understand her part in creating her son’s life. And they say she wants to understand the spirituality of becoming a parent and to be supportive of what her son creates rather than being a controlling mother.

The Council asks Tracy to meditate on the gift she and her son have given each other. And when she realizes she is a spirit helping another spirit move forward on his path she’ll experience great joy and love, not only for her son, but also for the souls she aborted.

The Council finishes by counseling Tracy to bring love into every situation and ask herself how she feels with each experience she creates. And they say to always ask for more understanding, more acceptance, and more allowing.

Are All Abortions Pre-Planned in Spirit?

This post is inspired by a question from a reader who goes by the name, MangoJuice13, who asks: Are all abortions an agreed upon contract between souls before birth?

MangoJuice13 read our post, Was I Correct in Aborting My Pregnancy?, and was interested to learn the reason for the abortion in that post was to challenge a woman named Laura to see how people swayed her opinion or pushed her to do something she didn’t want to do. MangoJuice13 says she’s in a similar situation.

She made a decision to abort out of fear after her partner pressured her. She says she feels guilty and angry, and wishes she had chosen differently. And she asks: What was the purpose of this abortion and what lesson was it meant to teach her?

The Council says all pregnancies are agreed upon in spirit before birth, but all abortions are not pre-planned. They say sometimes the abortion is pre-planned in spirit. And sometimes the souls agree to come together in a pregnancy, look at what is going on in their reality, and decide then whether to abort the fetus or not. And the soul of the fetus lovingly understands and accepts whatever decision is made.

The Council says MangoJuice13’s abortion was the opposite of what’s been discussed often on our blog. In this situation the soul came forward in spirit and said it wanted to experience being aborted, just living in the womb and not coming into this reality. After the soul expressed the desire to experience abortion, MangoJuice13 stepped forward in spirit and said she would help this soul experience this. This was not a situation where MangoJuice13 wanted to experience an abortion to learn something. It was to help another soul have this experience.

The Council asks MangoJuice13 to now look at her relationship with her boyfriend and figure out if it’s the right relationship for her going forward. And to ask if the people around her are supportive, or are they not allowing her to be who she wishes to be. The Council says that is what she wished to experience.

The Council sees MangoJuice13 developing strength, making a decision to get pregnant again, and deciding if it will be with her current boyfriend or another. And that was a purpose of this experience.

Is My Pregnancy a Mistake?

This post is inspired by a question from a reader who gives the name, Anon. She’s recently found out she’s pregnant after trying for 18 months, but now is afraid this pregnancy is a mistake. The same thing happened 18 months ago, but she miscarried. Anon says she’d never have an abortion, but keeps asking the soul to leave because she’s afraid having a child now will upset her family’s “lovely life”.

The Council begins by telling Anon a good question to ask herself is why she’s been trying to get pregnant if she feels the same way about this pregnancy as she felt when she miscarried 18 months before?

Anon says she wanted a sibling for her daughter, but now she’s scared. The Council recommends she practice changing her thoughts from fearful ones to ones of this child adding to the family’s happiness and increasing the family with love. They feel this is what Anon planned as a soul before she was born, but The Council adds there isn’t any reason for regret or anxious feelings if she doesn’t give birth to this soul.

The Council says when you create in spirit you have an idea what you’d like to experience in your human life. Once you are here you forget what you planned and this reality gets in the way. They say perhaps Anon has changed her mind because there is so much fear and she doesn’t know how to get past it.

The Council says to get past the fear Anon must come from the vibration of love. And they say she has the choice in every moment to stay in the fear, or imagine she’s ready to expand on the love she has with her family by giving birth to this child.

The Council says if Anon allows this spirit to be born, she is on one path these souls agreed to. And if she decides not to have this child, this was also part of the agreement. The Council says there is love in both decisions and Anon needs to stay in this vibration of love whatever direction she decides to take.

The Council says currently this child has no plan of miscarrying. They say if Anon tells this soul every day she’s changed her mind and doesn’t want the child to be born, she can cause a natural miscarriage. But they repeat that from their point of view this child currently plans on being born.

The Council repeats if Anon is determined not to go forward with this pregnancy, this is perfectly alright. But they also say Anon and this soul have been together in other lifetimes, they have many lessons they wish to learn together in this lifetime, and if this soul comes into this reality it will give Anon a lot of strength and pleasure.

The Council says Anon is experiencing the fear of the unknown, but she’s been told she knows this soul from before, they will have an interesting life, and they will learn many things together. They say the choice is Anon’s.

The Council says if Anon miscarries, this soul will return to her if she becomes pregnant again because they have many things they want to learn together.

While we like to think these sessions with The Council are important to the the person who asks the questions, this session seems to offer a broader wisdom we hope many listeners will appreciate. Was I Correct in Aborting My Pregnancy?

This post is inspired by questions from a reader named Laura who wonders whether she made the right choice by aborting her pregnancy and asks how she can stop her regretful thoughts, if the soul of the fetus will return to her as a future child, and if she’ll get pregnant again.

The Council says this particular soul agreed in spirit with Laura’s spirit to be aborted to help Laura become stronger within herself, and to understand what Laura decides to do in this reality will always bring her to where she wants to be. And The Council says there was no wrong decision and it went off exactly as planned.

The Council says the aborted soul will not return to Laura as a future child in this lifetime, but they do see Laura having a child in the future when she’s ready.

The Council says instead of regretting her decision to abort, Laura can begin to feel this soul has been released into the light and love of spirit and is always sending Laura love to help her get through the difficulty she’s currently experiencing.

Abortion Will Not Have Negative Consequences

This post is inspired by a reader named Flower who asks The Council if the pregnancy she terminated 3 weeks before involved a separate soul or if it was part of her soul, like it was in our post describing Beth’s situation. Flower is also concerned whether her terminating this pregnancy had irreversible consequences on her etheric body and her karma, and she’s concerned it was an interference with nature.

The Council says there was a pre-birth planned agreement between Flower and this familiar soul from other past lives to experience this terminated pregnancy. They go on to say this abortion has absolutely not had the irreversible consequences Flower is concerned about, but they add that if she continues to focus on this fear rather than what she desires she is capable of attracting something unwanted into her life.

The Council says the etheric body Flower asks about is energy and light and doesn’t hold on to anything negative or dark, and there is no great consequence that would come from terminating this pregnancy. They advise Flower to remember who she is as a spiritual being. And they say everything she’s experienced has been pre-planned and her life is right on track.

Flower feels it would be hard to forgive herself if her concerns were true, and The Council says there is no forgiveness needed. She should give herself a pat on the back for fulfilling her pre-birth plan with this other soul. The purpose of this situation was to turn it around by bringing love into it.

The Council says as Flower learns to let go of negativity about terminating this pregnancy and is able to accept that she and the aborted soul pre-planned this with love, she can do a great service for many people who are also going through this experience. Flower’s love for herself and the aborted soul will touch many others.

The Council says they’ll send Flower love and light to help her move forward through her questioning and create the future she desires, and that their speaking to her was also pre-planned in spirit. She’ll also have the love of the soul that returned home to spirit when it was aborted to help her feel good about herself and get through this.

The Council says this aborted soul will come back into Flower’s life, maybe as the child of a friend. They have worked together before and there’s a fondness, recognition, and there will be much happiness that they will bring to each other when they’re reunited.

The Council ended this session by sending Flower and the rest of us light, and they advised us to know this light is within all of us. And it’s all of us together that will bring the light into this reality so there’s peace and love and the feeling of spirit in each other’s worlds.

Mother Supports Daughter’s Decision for an Abortion

This post is inspired by questions from a woman who goes by the name of Grandma Someday whose daughter had an abortion 3 years ago and the same daughter is currently pregnant with an unplanned child she’s planning on aborting this coming weekend.

After her daughter’s first abortion a clairvoyant told Grandma Someday her daughter would become pregnant again with the same soul from her pregnancy 3 years before and that child will be a lot like Grandma. Grandma asks The Council if this information is correct because her daughter plans to abort this child, but Grandma appreciates her role is to support her daughter’s decision rather than tell her what to do.

The Council sees the spirit from the abortion 3 years ago is the same spirit Grandma’s daughter is currently pregnant with, but after the abortion this weekend The Council says this spirit won’t return to this lifetime with them. The Council adds the purpose of these two abortions was to help her daughter align her life and become more serious in the direction her life takes, and they say these abortions will fulfill that purpose.

The Council says the earlier clairvoyant was correct about the same soul coming to Grandma’s daughter in her first two pregnancies, but The Council sees a third pregnancy with a new soul that wants to live out this lifetime with the daughter and Grandma. The Council says if the daughter chooses to abort the third pregnancy, it was planned it would be her last pregnancy in this lifetime.

The Council says they’re very glad to hear the mother say she feels her role is to support her daughter’s decision in this lifetime because in a previous life she was a controlling mother of the same daughter, and the daughter ran away and didn’t return. In this lifetime the mother wanted to soften her heart, be supportive,  and learn not to be controlling. And The Council applauds the mother for accomplishing this.

Whether or Not to Have a Forth Child

This post is inspired by a question from Jackie, who’s looking for guidance from The Council about whether or not to have a forth child she’s now pregnant with. Jackie says her forth pregnancy was a planned one, but now that she’s pregnant she’s having second thoughts about it.

The Council advises Jackie to examine her thoughts and her life to see what’s contributing to this change from when she planned this child. Is it the people she’s speaking with, is it old fears coming up, is she not sure about her relationship with the father, or something else that’s troubling her.

Jackie says she’s afraid a decision to have this child will end many close relationships in her life, and The Council advises her to think about what she wants for herself. Is the idea of having another child something that makes Jackie feel good? What kind of pressure does Jackie feel from the people around her that makes her feel like she would loose these relationships?

The Council advises whatever decision Jackie makes, there are agreements with the souls involved to be part of this decision. If she has this child and looses these close relationships, this was agreed upon and it’s okay with everyone involved. If Jackie terminates the pregnancy, this was also agreed upon by the soul of this child, and these close relationships would stay in Jackie’s life. The Council says the answer to this decision is in these thoughts. How did she get from wanting the child to being afraid of having this child?

The Council asks Jackie if she decides to have this child, whether she’ll have the assistance she needs to raise it peacefully. Or is she not likely to have this assistance, in which case she might decide not to have it. Which decision does Jackie feel more comfortable with?

The Council reminds Jackie she isn’t here in this physical reality to drive herself crazy or suffer great hardships. If there isn’t great love and anticipation for this child, The Council says Jackie should look at that. Does the idea of terminating the pregnancy feel like a relief to her. Now is the time for Jackie to look at her thoughts and the feelings that go with them.

The Council advises Jackie that in our physical reality there will always be fears and there isn’t any right or wrong decision. She should feel how she is with the thought of having this child, and feel how she is with the thought of ending this pregnancy. The Council says either choice is fine because they were planned for in spirit. It’s just the road Jackie desires to take.

The Council feels if Jackie thinks about what they’ve suggested, she will have an ah-ha moment. And even if she can hold onto this moment for a few minutes, she will know what feels most comfortable and can make her decision. They say it’s normal to waffle back and forth after this ah-ha moment, but The Council says Jackie will get a strong feeling about what to do and she should follow that decision.

The Council feels Jackie is a lot stronger than she believed when she wrote her comment. They say a small part of the anxiety she felt in the previous year is making this decision a little difficult, but they think Jackie will learn how strong she can be if this is her choice. As she begins to look at what she has learned and come through in her life, she will take care of herself differently and her life will change for the better, regardless of whether she chooses to have this child or terminate this pregnancy.

Ask a Question and Spirit Immediately Answers

This session is inspired by a reader named Sam and her questions about a relatively recent pregnancy she terminated. She says there are a lot of loose ends around the termination, and The Council begins by saying these loose ends Sam is talking about are all part of the learning and moving forward.

Sam says ever since she  learned she was pregnant she’s been feeling a sense of wholeness and love for herself and she asks if this love is coming from the soul of her child. The Council says while the child’s soul is constantly sending her love, the love Sam is talking about is Sam loving herself because she has followed her pre-birth spiritual plan exactly the way she intended.This love is part of who Sam truly is as a spiritual being. The Council says Sam stepped forward to help this soul, who desired to briefly experience what it was like to be in a human body, and then leave Sam’s body quickly.

Sam says the father of this child wasn’t really there during this pregnancy and isn’t currently in her life. She asks if there’s any meaning to why he was never part of the pregnancy and termination. The Council says the father also agreed in spirit to help this soul experience a brief physical life, but it was never agreed he would stay with her and be a family. Sam says sometimes she thinks about the father and wishes she could tell him all she’s learned from terminating this pregnancy. She says part of her doesn’t think he deserves to know and part of her thinks she should tell him, and Sam asks The Council what she should do.

The Council says in Sam’s spiritual pre-plan, this soul would play the part of the child’s father and then leave Sam’s life. If she chooses to involve him at this point, they say she’d be drifting from what she originally pre-planned, but they add this is okay. This is part of the choice she has in her current lifetime and they advise Sam to think about this choice. She is able to communicate with the father non-verbally and she should know on some level this communication is received. When this information is needed by him, he will have the benefit of whatever she has spoken to him about.

Sam says she’s learned not to look at this experience as a mistake, but part of her feels sad and she wonders if this is from loosing the child or from what she describes as poor decisions she’s made in her life. The Council says if Sam feels she’s made poor decisions, has she learned from them. If she had the opportunity to make these decisions again, would she decide differently based on what she now knows. And they add that this is what life is about – learning and moving on. They also tell Sam it’s important to look at the choices she’s made that have worked out for her and that she feels good about.

When Sam says she feels like she’s running away from her true self, The Council replies there’s nothing wrong with the way she’s handling her situation and they advise her to be open, accepting, and move forward. She will learn from this experience. They advise Sam to feel good about herself, look forward to having more understanding, and feel that it’s safe to let her energy expand rather than holding it close to her physical body.

Sam asks if she shouldn’t feel ashamed for hiding this pregnancy from her parents, and The Council says she is here to experience the love of spirit and there is no purpose to feeling ashamed. There is nothing wrong with the choice she made to terminate this pregnancy.

At the end of this session The Council makes the point that they answered Sam’s questions long before she wrote them on our blog. But was she able to let the answers in? Was she able to sit quietly and understand that her thoughts and feelings or the things she suddenly understood, is spirit reaching out to her with the answers to her questions?

The Council points out that when you have a question, spirit provides you with answers instantaneously, but are you receptive to them? In Sam’s case she had these answers, but she needed them to come in a different way. So she created the answers through this blog. The Council explains we have yet to fully develop to the point where we trust our intuition, and our thoughts, and our feelings. And they add that this is why we are here in this physical reality.

The Council asks Sam to let go of any shame, any regret, or any thinking of wrong doing on this situation she is coming through. It was pre-planned by her in spirit and she executed it beautifully in her physical reality. And they remind Sam to hold on to the feeling of self love.

Abortion and a Spiritual Crossroad

This post is inspired by questions from a reader named Guadalupe who had an abortion 3 months ago. First she asks if her abortion was pre-planned, and The Council says it was definitely pre-planned. They say she followed the path she had planned with this spirit and there is no reason for guilt.

Guadalupe asks if this soul is her spirit guide, and The Council says not in this lifetime. Maybe in other lifetimes this soul guided or will guide her, but in this particular lifetime this soul was not her spirit guide. When she asks if this spirit is close to her when she thinks of him, The Council says yes. And this soul is constantly sending her love so she can let go of any feelings of guilt about her decision to end this pregnancy.

Guadalupe asks if this soul loves her and The Council says without a doubt there is love. When she asks if this spirit plans to return to her, The Council says they don’t see that in this lifetime, but they will be together again eventually.

Guadalupe asks if there’s disappointment over her decision to terminate the pregnancy, and The Council asks why would there be disappointment when everything went exactly as planned. In response to Guadalupe’s question if this spirit is doing well now, The Council says with a chuckle that where they are this soul is doing very well. And this spirit is working very hard to send her love and hoping she will let this love in and feel it.

Guadalupe assumes she’ll never meet this spirit and asks how to contact it. The Council tells her, of course you’ll get to meet this spirit. And she can contact it through her prayers, meditation, and in her dreams. They advise her to speak to this soul either out loud or in her mind and feel this soul around her. The Council also says Guadalupe should know she gave this spirit the experience it wanted.

Guadalupe apologizes again for ending her pregnancy and The Council reminds her she gave this soul a gift of something it wanted to experience. And they say this soul stepped forward and gave Guadalupe something she wanted also.

Guadalupe asks what lessons she learned as a result of this abortion, and The Council says this situation brought her to a spiritual crossroads. Will she stay feeling guilty and sad, or will she eventually understand what a wonderful thing they both experienced? And does this open her to more spiritual experiences and feelings of love, because that is what she wants in her life?

In closing The Council suggests Guadalupe think of this soul as someone she loves who has moved to another neighborhood, and eventually she will get to that neighborhood and be reunited with this spirit.

The Council Talks About Abortion

During a recent session The Council took the opportunity to speak in general about the subject of abortion because so many readers have asked about it. This post is devoted to that session. An audio recording of this session is included at the end of this post.

The Council notes that most questions on abortion center on the theme of feeling guilty and the need to feel forgiven. And they want everyone involved in making a decision about an abortion to understand that whatever their decision, whether to abort, or have the child and keep it or give it away, all the souls involved have agreed on this decision and there is nothing to feel guilty about.

They say this isn’t easy to understand when you are going through it because your experience in this lifetime is part of your personality and what you believe about it. But The Council suggests when you can begin to believe you are an eternal spirit in your physical body and the creator of all you experience,  this difficulty becomes less burdensome.

The Council says whether you decide to abort a child or not, this is part of an agreement you made with the soul of this child to have this experience and your higher selves are very happy about whatever outcome you choose.

The Council hopes you will experience relief when you hear abortion isn’t a horrible thing and you haven’t killed a spirit or put an end to a life, because we are eternal. They say we come to this Earth reality for experiences that are emotional and physical, and they remind us to always look for the love in each experience. In the case of abortion, you giving love to a spirit that wanted to have this experience.

The Council briefly discusses the subject of giving birth to a child with disabilities, and how you are giving this child an opportunity to experience a life that it and you have chosen.

The Council finishes with a reminder it’s your privilege in every situation to find that you are spirit in your physical body, see others for who they are as spirit, and look for ways to show the love you are.

Will I Have a Child?

This post is about questions from a 43-year-old reader named Sunshine who is single and has a strong desire to have her first child, but her attempts have been unsuccessful so far. She wants to know from The Council if this is possible and if she’s being punished for having two abortions 20 years earlier.

First The Council asks if Sunshine can be okay if she doesn’t become a mother. And they tell her there’s no outside source that’s punishing her for the abortions. She is entirely responsible for any sense of punishment or guilt she feels from this.

When Bob asks The Council if they think having a child is in the cards for Sunshine because they ask if she can be okay without having children, they reply that Sunshine creates what’s in the cards for her, no one else.

The Council asks Sunshine to remember that before coming into this reality she planned to go through these two abortions with the souls involved, and there was nothing disturbing about this to those spirits. They knew they’d be participating in the abortions for the experience and to help Sunshine, and everything went the way it was supposed to go.

The Council says many of the lessons we experience in this life, we plan before we get here. And there are spirits who agree to play their part in these lessons. When Sunshine is able to release any feeling of sadness or guilt or thinking of wrong-doing about these abortions, then she’ll be able to create a new child.

When Bob asks if adoption is an option for Sunshine if she continues to have difficulty getting pregnant, The Council says of course. But they quickly add that Sunshine can have a physical birth if she believes she’s the creator of her reality.

The Council says nothing is impossible if you really want it. Put yourself in the state of joy and happiness, and be grateful for each experience you come through that inspires you to want something even more. The Council says by knowing you can do this and by staying in the energy of joy and love, the creation of it becomes possible.

The Council says many people believe it becomes more difficult to get pregnant the older you get. But they remind us we are powerful spirits who can create anything we want in our lives. They tell Sunshine not to worry about her age and they tell her to work on forgiveness, happiness, gratitude, and moving forward in her life.

The Council sees it’s very, very possible for Sunshine to give birth to a child. And they remind the rest of us who want to create anything in our lives to find ways to feel grateful and happy for what we have. And they advise us to look forward, adding to that happiness, and move ahead with our mind and our feelings, always in the energy of love.

Is the Soul of the Child I’m Pregnant with the Same Soul from My Stillborn Pregnancy?

This post answers Jyoti’s question about whether the soul of the child she’s now pregnant with is the same soul she had a stillborn pregnancy with back in 2013.

When she and her husband decided to try and get pregnant again, she asked that soul to come back. But they also said in case that soul wants to learn more in the spirit world, any willing soul who wants to join their family will be welcome, loved, and cared for.

Now that Jyoti is pregnant she wants to develop the same bond she had with the soul in her previous pregnancy, but finds this is difficult without knowing whether it’s the same soul. She feels guilty if it hasn’t come back, the child may feel unwanted. And she asks The Council if they can let her know.

The Council begins by asking Jyoti why it’s so important that this particular soul return to her and her husband now. They say it has been with her in many of her realities and if it doesn’t return now, it will again. They continue that it’s a wonderful idea to welcome any soul that’s willing to become part of their family. And they wonder about the wisdom of telling Jyoti rather than letting her have the baby and figuring it out for herself.

But because The Council sees this is such a puzzle for Jyoti and so much on her mind, they feel in this instance it’s helpful for her to know it is the same soul from her stillborn pregnancy two years ago returning to her.

But The Council hopes Jyoti will eventually be open to welcoming at least one more soul, because there’s someone else who would also like to be part of her family. What’s important to understand is that any soul that would come to Jyoti is part her soul group. She has a special bond with each of these souls.

The Council says each of us knows all the souls in our lives. And they wish Jyoti much peace, wonderment, and excitement on what she’ll experience again with this soul, and be welcoming to the other souls that wish to be with her also.
