Coping with Triggers: Insights for Sensitive Souls

Christea: Hello, everyone. My question for The Council is: How can I navigate life as a highly sensitive person? It often feels like I’m playing life on extra hard mode. I get triggered multiple times a day, and spend most of my time just trying to cope.
Council: When you take the body and put some math into it, it changes the perception. It changes the feeling. So when you get triggered during the day, it would be good to say (and maybe write it down), “Okay, this is the second time today I’m triggered. What is triggering it?” Then when it happens again, “It is the third time I am triggered. What is triggering me? So you are putting numbers into what’s happening.
Sometimes you can figure out what triggered it, and why, but when you put the numbers in and say, “Oh, okay, today I was triggered 25 times. Let’s do it again tomorrow.” Start counting again. How many times am I triggered? It is just a number. Look at the trigger. See what the pattern is. Is it the same thing over and over? You will see where it comes from and what is needed to change it. But first, when you start this, add the numbers.
Christea: Sometimes it takes me days, or even weeks, to recover from experiences that seem common or minor to other people. For me, these stressors always seem to strike at my core and completely shake me up. My body also tends to somatize stress very easily, so I end up not only mentally and emotionally shaken, but physically as well.
Council: In a lifetime in the 1400s, when there were these great witch hunts, you, unfortunately, were a young child about 13 years old, and had to hide most of your lifetime from being captured, or burned, or hanged, or drowned as a witch.
So you would get feelings in your body, and you might not know why you are so nervous. What is affecting my body? It is the wounds from that particular lifetime. And so be aware of that. That will help you when you go through it, like, “Oh, okay, I’m really being triggered. I guess maybe I was hiding in a forest, or under a house, or somewhere else. That’s why it’s affecting my body.” And then you go into the saying, “That was then, this is now. It is different, but I’m feeling it to recognize it, and let it go by knowing it is not happening now.”
Christea: On top of the mental, emotional, and being physically ill, I live with several chronic ailments which make daily life even more challenging.
Council: And that would all come from the memories, the fear that you experienced in that lifetime. It will go to different parts of the body. Learn what parts of the body are set off by different emotions: anger is the liver, and the heart is anger, and the legs are fear, not going forward, being captured. Learn about the body, and then you will understand why it’s affecting this organ, that organ, this part of the body. It will all come together.
Christea: These chronic ailments weaken my sense of vulnerability, make everything even harder to bear, and dims my sense of hope. I feel so unstable and exhausted all the time.
Council: We would change that word, unstable, and say, unsafe. That was you in that past life.
Christea: This situation has caused me a lot of frustration, and has eroded my trust in myself, and my hope.
Council: How can you possibly trust? In that lifetime, could you trust others? You didn’t know who to trust. Could you trust yourself to save yourself? Was that possible? So all of that is wrapped together, and that’s where your answer comes.
Perhaps when you study about the witch hunts and what happened, maybe it will set off a memory. Things that you need to know will come forward. But in this reality, you are meant to be safe, you are meant to be healthy, so just find the answers that would make you afraid. Why would you be afraid? So many reasons. And fear will affect the body.
So go into that past life. Find the fears. Imagine what it could be. And then keep saying to yourself the famous saying, “That was then, this is now. I’m here. Once I calm down, once I know I am safe, I don’t have to hide, the physical ailments will disappear.
Christea: How can I stop feeling so vulnerable, and start building strength, health, and a greater sense of empowerment?
Council: Well, what we just told you. And, of course, eat better, and rest, and do all of the normal things that would make you feel better.
And so we wish you love, and peace, and happiness on your journey. And just enjoy. Find things to enjoy, and the rest will take care of itself.

How Do I Eliminate Scrambled Energy And Tension In My Body?
This post answers questions for The Council from a reader named, Hans.
Hans: Hi, Cynthia, and The Council. I would like to ask about the morning tension that I’ve been experiencing for the last decade. In the morning it feels as if my energy has been scrambled, and there is a general tension in my body, especially in the stomach. Luckily I’m able to do energy healing sessions with myself, and it takes me about an hour and a half every day to get clear again.
Council: A lot of that scrambling, what we see, is from coming back from travel that you have at night (in your sleep), places you’ve been, and it’s trying to get your energy to a way that is needed here.
Also, starting about 5 O’clock in the morning, it is usually when, where you live, mostly on this planet, things become awake, and a lot of energy starts to flow as each soul is getting awake, and it jumbles a lot of energy. So as the world is waking up, because you are so sensitive, you are picking up this energy. So we do advise you to do the chakra breathing in the morning. That will help, but it is all this change in energy that is causing this disturbance.
Hans: But sometimes the tension remains the whole day. I’m quite a highly sensitive being and try to take good care of myself, but the morning tension keeps showing up. This can be very frustrating and discouraging. Can you shine your light on this and give me good advice on how to overcome it? Thanks a lot in advance. Regards, Hans.
Council: Well what we find does help a lot of people, as you’re going to bed, you (funny you said, “Shine your light,”) put a light around yourself as you go to sleep. And when you wake up, it should be a lot better. But think that this light has been around you, and that will help you ease into the energy that you’re picking up from everyone, and yourself from the travel.
Also on a physical level, there’s an exercise for the brain that they use for a lot of people who have had strokes, and it helps for so many reasons. But before you go to sleep, so you have a better, more restful sleep, and this is called the Cross-Crawl, which means you lift one arm and the opposite leg at the same time. So you can sit down or lay down and raise your left arm and your right leg at the same time. Then you switch. Then you lift your right arm and your left leg. And you do that 10, 12, a few times, and that reframes the brain. It gets your brain to work better. It aligns it with your body. So you can try that also before you go to sleep.
We are sending you all love and light that is very much needed right now. Many, many people are having old, old issues coming up, old problems that many of you are trying to heal before you go forward into a new life and into better experiences. So we say, meditate. Meditate, meditate, meditate.

Why Did I Plan This Great Work Opportunity?

Anonymous: Hi, Cynthia, Bob, and The Council. Thanks so much for your work, and Happy New Year.
I had a lot of difficulty for the last few years with a manipulative manager in my last job, and went through a traumatic workplace situation recently in which I was nearly buried under a lot of misinformation and misperceptions about me. I responded to this with documentation refuting some of the claims, and then was soon laid off, which was a relief given the situation. I also have what seems like a great opportunity lined up that I will start soon, which came essentially immediately.
Council: And we would say to go into this new job, not with a fear of having trouble again or misinformation, but to see it as a gift that the universe has sent you. And you will work with very nice people, and you will love your job. Start that thought immediately. See it and feel it.
Anonymous: I was wondering if you had any clarity or insight into this situation as to if or why I might have planned this? Thank you.
Council: It’s an old past life where you had troubles, were very misunderstood, and you were not in a great household. Part of it (we see here), there was a lot of learning. Some things you weren’t interested in, and you seemed to get into a lot of trouble because you wanted something else, and in that particular life you were supposed to just be grateful for what you had. So it’s the tail end of healing this.
So it should not be hard for you to put an end to that lesson by starting off going into this new place very excited, very happy, that you have met the right people, the right job, and you will be very happy. Do not start thinking: suppose this happens like the last job, or I’m afraid to say this, or I’m afraid to say that. If you do, you will bring that lesson with you. You need to go in there with positive, wonderful, happy thoughts.
We are sending you all love and light. That is very much needed right now. Many, many people are having old, old issues coming up, old problems that many of you are trying to heal before you go forward into a new life and better experiences. So we say meditate. Meditate, meditate, meditate.

What Can I Do About My Husband’s Debt Problems?

Lost89: Hi, Bob, Cynthia, and The Council. I hope you guys are doing well. I have been so depressed and lost for the past couple of years. Nothing has been going right for me. My husband has made very poor decisions regarding our finances. We are in a huge debt now because of him. The situation keeps getting worse. I try to make him see reason and control his habits of spending money in an unwise manner, but he just doesn’t seem to understand. He keeps getting into more debt.
Council: We’d like to say here that this is a lesson from, we would say, three past lives that are affecting him now. And that’s why it’s so hard because he’s having a hard time with this lesson. And there was one life back in ancient times, and he had nothing. He was a slave who served. And his attitude, how he handled that, was being unaccepting. He could not find gratitude that he was a servant, but in a very good house. He wanted to be free. He wanted lovely things that he saw around. And he died in that same position of having nothing. And at the end, he didn’t even understand and was upset about that.
And then many years later, he brought it again. And it would be in a time that you would call the Old West in the United States. And he was not only a gambler there, but he was a drinker, and in a lot of trouble, and killed a lot of people. And he always wanted to gamble. More, more, more. More money, more money. He didn’t feel it was enough because he was carrying the feeling from the prior life. So in this life, the Western, he was shot. He was murdered. And he was shocked. When he was shot, he was not ready, and did not have the time to have a thought about what happened, and try to change his life.
And then we come further into the 1930s, and he was in Germany and had a beautiful house, and it was the time when the Germans were taking over and using the extermination camps. So the beautiful house that he finally achieved, the money, the paintings, the clothes, everything he wanted in the prior lives he had, but he lost. It was taken from him. So once again, he had a feeling of not having enough and not being safe.
And so when his life ended in that lifetime, he has brought it forth this time because his soul really, really wants to heal this. And from what you’re saying, he’s having a hard time again. And unfortunately you have to follow the rule of: let him be. Let him learn by himself. Let him see how it’s affecting your life and his life. And so he really wants to and needs to do it. And he will create a way either to fix it, learn from it, or carry it forward again.
And so that’s why it’s such a hard lesson. And you are part of it because you agreed to help. And so you are helping by being there, but you will help even more by allowing him to do what he can. Now you, in any way you can, make as much money as you possibly can, but always keep some for yourself. And so there is always some money, but he may not know that.
And so we ask you to learn how to meditate. If not, then daily sit in a chair, even if it’s only for ten minutes. And see, now that you know what is happening, see it changing. See that image. Feel in your body how happy you are when you see he’s beginning to change. And that’s how you heal it.
Lost89: We are starting to even get letters about lawsuits from the Supreme Court of Creditors.
Council: Yes, this is part of it.
Lost89: He bought an expensive car that I didn’t want and that we didn’t need. We barely have any money to even buy groceries and pay rent because all our money is going toward debt and expenses.
Council: Now when you get these letters, when you get the bills, even if you think it does no good, sit down with him and show him. Say, “Read this,” or read it to him. “Look what’s happening.” Point it out. That is part of your job. You can point it out and say, “What is your plan? What do you want to do about this?” So by you doing that, you are putting the lesson in his face. So every time there is a notice, every time there’s a bill that’s not paid, you stop him, and you sit down, and you show him. “Okay, here’s this again. What are we going to do?” And that’s how you teach him.
Lost89: It seems like no matter how hard I try to save money, things just keep getting worse. It’s always one thing or another. Please help put some insight and guidance to this matter. Thank you. Love and light.
Council: You must do it energetically first. And because you wanted to be there to help that person, and it helps you grow when you learn to accept, when you learn to be nice, even when it’s so hard for that person. You will be working on issues that are coming forward with you. So we would say, take these steps, and you will see a change.

Chakra Breathing and Energy Healing for Morning Relief

Is The Stacking Method Necessary In Kinesiology?

Christine: Hello, Bob, Cynthia, and The Council. Thank you so much for everything you do. I get so much out of reading your posts. I’d like to ask a question, please.
I am a new Kinesiologist, and as you would know, this modality involves the practice called “stacking”. So when there is an indicator muscle change, the information is taken into the proprioceptors of the Kinesiologist by moving the hips and the jaw as a way of storing the energetic information to be corrected, balanced, and/or released.
Council: And we would say right here, let’s go over this. Is this comfortable for you to do? Do you like doing this? Do you believe in it? Is it something you want to do, that you feel you have to take the client’s energy into yourself?
We would try to say there is no reason for you to take on anyone else’s energy to help them. You look at the area that is in question and you do the healing. And the healing can just be where you touch that area, you touch that muscle, you touch that joint, you touch that bone, and with your intention send healing energy to that part of the body, and it will respond. You will see more of a response than if you go forward with the stacking.
We would not advise to do the stacking. But you being the creator, you will create in your life what you want. And our question to you is: Are you comfortable with this? And follow that feeling. When you can pay attention to your feeling and give yourself a chance to believe in it, then you’ll see more and more how those feelings are right for you.
Christine: Is this really necessary?
Council: No, not at all. It is so simple just to see with your intention this part of the body. See this person whole, and well, and happy. That will do more than any sort of hanging upside down, or holding your breath when you do this, and all the other modalities that other people have come forward with.
It is your responsibility to learn as many modalities as you can, and then put together your own way of what works for you, what makes you comfortable, what makes you happy, and what shows you that it is working? And so that is a major lesson. Find out what works for you, and go with the way you want to do it. And no one else has to do it your way. But you will see, when you follow what works for you, you will have many, many wonderful experiences.
Christine: I find it cumbersome, and it looks odd to the client.
Council: There you go. You have answered your own question. And why would you want to do that if it makes the client uncomfortable?
Christine: There are a few Kinesiologists that don’t do it because they believe it works without it. Is there an easier way of collecting the energy of the indicator muscle changes before doing the correction?
Council: You do not need to collect any energy. Just tune into what needs a healing and work with that.
Christine: Or is it completely unnecessary? I want to be a good practitioner and help people as best I can. Do you have any other advice?
Council: Exactly what we just told you. It is your lesson to learn what you like and what works for you. And play with this way to do it, and that way to do it, and maybe take something from another modality and add it to what you’re doing with Kinesiology. Play with it. You will surprise yourself.

How to Set Boundaries with Toxic In-Laws for a Healthier Life

Starfish: Hello, Bob, Cynthia, and The Council. Thanks for doing all the amazing work. I have a question for which I’d like to seek The Council’s guidance.
I’m having issues with my husband and in-laws that are causing a lot of mental anxiety, and lung-related issues for me. My husband is too attached to my in-laws, and is not able to have healthy boundaries. My in-laws have certain toxic traits, and they come to have an extended stay with us, causing a lot of disruptions in my health.
Council: Has this always been this way, or are you just aware of it now? So we’d ask you to take a look at this.
Starfish: My husband prioritizes his parents and is not able to see the wrong behaviors done by them. I want to check if it’s possible to have a future for me where I can stay with my husband happily, and not have to deal with or live with my in-laws?
Council: And so we would say this would all be up to you; how you see it and how you work with the energy. It is possible for you to speak to your husband about this and come up with something that would work for the both of you. If there’s no cooperation on his side, then we would say, well what can you do? Can you have your in-laws in your home and not spend too much time with them? Are you able to look at how they behave, then do the work, and try to learn what makes them like that? What are they trying to accomplish?
There’s always a lesson in these difficult challenges. And so we would say, play with that and see what comes out of trying to learn from it. But again, you have to do the work of meditating and seeing the way you want it.
We feel right now you are more on the path of: Can I leave and make a good life for myself, rather than trying to fix it. And there is no wrong answer. The choice is always yours, but it is now time for you to realize the choice is yours. What can you do to try to live with this behavior? Can you talk to his parents? Can you tell them this is upsetting, and will not be accepted anymore? Can you be honest and have this kind of conversation?
But to be there and let it go on, and not say anything to your husband and to his parents is just sitting in this lesson, and we do know what happens. If you don’t fix it now, if you don’t learn from it, you will repeat it in another life until you get the lesson.
So we would suggest that this time do everything that you can to learn from this lesson. If you still feel that it’s not for you, then you make the decision to leave. But always know it is your decision. This will not come from anybody else. So if you see yourself not being able to communicate with your in-laws, you will create that. If you can do the work and see things getting better, then that will happen. But what are you doing with the visualization? How are you working on this?
Starfish: The other option is for me to move away from my husband and create a different life for me and my son.
Council: Yes, you can do that, but then again, look at the whole picture. Is that what you want? How will you move forward? In what area? How will it help you be a better mother? How would it help you make your child happy and give him a good environment? If it will make things difficult for you when it comes to finances, how will you handle that? What will you do with it? How you handle things means a lot. So you don’t want to take your child and move away, not have the right finances, be nervous, maybe take it out on the child, or be worried all the time. Make a plan. If you decide to leave, where will you go? How will you work? How do you see your life moving forward? And this again is visualization.
Starfish: Can The Council please guide me on which path me and my son will find happiness and peace? I want to understand whether it will be on the path with my husband, or leaving my husband.
Council: And no one can make that decision but you. We can not tell you, “Oh yes, you will be happy,” because we don’t know what will be going on in your mind in the future. Are you thinking the wrong thoughts so that you’re creating the wrong outcome? It is always, always up to you. You decide what you want and then do the work of what you want. Will you stay, or will you go? It is entirely up to you. You are the creator.
Starfish: Looking at my anxiety issues and lung disorder, I don’t think I can deal with my in-laws in the same house with the current attitude of my husband. My son and I have suffered a lot in this relationship and I don’t think I can suffer more, and I don’t know how to create a future with my husband without my in-laws’ influence. Sometimes I think my in-laws are here so that I can see the true colors of my husband and move on.
Council: Oh, no, no, no. They are here to see the true colors of yourself, and how you will respond to all of this. And remember, this is something you wanted to learn to grow from it. So this is always about you. And it’s easy to blame the husband, or you know, go off in different directions. It is always about you learning about you.
Starfish: Also, I’ve been told by The Council that if I move away from my husband, my child is going to learn different lessons without his father.
Council: How wonderful. Then there are different lessons.
Starfish: Can The Council please guide me on what will be my and my child’s lessons without the father?
Council: Without the father there will be many other lessons. And again, it’s what you create. Do you create a good home environment? If not, then one of the lessons will be for you or your child how to live in that, how to create it differently, how to move forward differently if it’s not what you want.
And so, until you decide what you want, you will not create the environment that you want. And so we can not tell you to do this or do that. First decide what you want, then devise a whole plan on how to do this where you are truly comfortable.
So your son and you will have different lessons, but that was all chosen, that was all pre-planned. Now which way your decision takes you will allow what other lessons you need to learn, and that you need to go through this lifetime to learn from. And it’s that simple.

Council: It is our duty, shall we say, it is our work to help the souls that are in a human reality to learn that: #1, you are the creator. We are not here to give you answers. We are here to show you how to get the answers. And so we say, take your time. You can go back and forth with your decision until one day you will decide: This is it.
And so we all send you all the love from spirit for you to take in, to feel it, to picture it, and send it out again. And then you are on your way to healing not only America, the United States, but the whole planet. This is your purpose.

How Can I Find Happiness and Children After Divorce?
This post answers questions for The Council from a reader named, Eva, in response to our post, Should I Give This Man Who’s Come Back Into My Life A Second Chance?
Eva: Dear Bob, and Dear Cynthia. This is a follow-up question on the same subject, and I would really love to hear from you again.
I ended up getting a divorce, and that was something inevitable because my ex-husband and I kind of realized we would never be able to work things out.
My lover from the past, who has also gotten a divorce, has a very energetic role in my current life, and we’ve decided to be together and to try to have a child of our own. Do you think that the universe will give us a second chance? I really can’t describe the obstacles that we have overcome in order to be together, and that we both share the thought that we should stay together no matter what.
At this point I’d like to add that it seems my ex-husband has accepted this reality and doesn’t create any problems.

Bob: So do you think that the universe will give Eva and her new partner a second chance?
Council: So we see you say you got a divorce, and this man (your current partner) also got a divorce. And we see what you would like for yourself is a permanent family. And where we would never tell you what to do, you should be very clear with your new partner about what you want.
And have the two of you talked about marriage? Because sometimes people stay together, but one wants marriage, and the other partner doesn’t want to go there for whatever reason. We would say, be very, very clear about what you want at this time and with this person.
Can you make this marriage work? Of course you can. You know how to do it. You focus on what you want. You concentrate on the both of you going forward with the dream you have for however you want to see it and change it. Your ex-husband not interfering now is a good start.
So we would say, what is it you want? Do you want to be married to this person? Do you want a permanent home? Then you should state that, and make that very clear, and go ahead and move forward and do it.
If you’re a little iffy – we’ll stay together no matter what – we can see in your energy there’s a little tiny bit of doubt there. So once again, you would be the creator. If you want this, and if your partner wants it, then we would say, make it clear what it is that you want, and move forward with happy thoughts, with happy images, and then you will create it.

How Can I Overcome My Fear Of Being Known?
This post answers questions for The Council from a reader named, Saturn.
Saturn: Hi. I want to ask about how to heal my reserved side of myself. I’ve always been very closed off and scared when I meet new people. This frustrates me as my personality is not actually like that, and people usually misunderstand who I am because I’m unable to express my true self.
Council: Your true self is to be quiet and not express yourself a lot. It’s your purpose in this lifetime to accept yourself the way you are, and not try to change and be the way different people want you to be, so you can be 10 or 20 people fulfilling everybody else’s thought of who you are. So we would say, relax into you, being quiet, being reserved. Accept yourself. It’s a wonderful place to be.
And we would also like to put out there that being this way, you will teach other people about how others are that are reserved and quiet, who they truly are. That they are nice, or they are mean. You will teach them. And that’s the purpose that you have all agreed to. So whoever you meet, you have pulled in to show them that perhaps being quiet is a nice gift.
And if you accept it, and can smile, and talk when you feel like it, others will see how true that is. Being quiet is a nice gift. And they may want to get to know you better, but not forcefully. They will learn to accept what you have to offer.
Saturn: This might be because I grew up in a strict childhood environment, and trauma caused me to be repressed. People sometimes think I’m too serious or that I’m judging them, even when I’m not.
Council: So can you accept them? Let them think what they want. Let them judge you. That’s none of your business, what they think about you. You are only to be who you are and accept yourself, and then they will learn to accept you.
Saturn: I have no intention of making people feel hurt or uncomfortable…
Council: That is a good thing.
Saturn: …yet I still am, with just my presence of being too distant and cold. But I remember even before that as a very small child, or even as a baby, I have always been afraid of people truly seeing me. I feel this fear to the depth of my soul, as if it is me, but I know it’s not. I wonder if this issue is due to past lives, and how can I be more open from now on?
Council: So yes, we would say the discipline and being afraid of showing yourself has popped up for you in quite a few lives, but that was all created to bring you to this point. And so, an enemy, from a soldier, from an authority figure when you were young, and so your thought is to be quiet and to hide. Well now your job is to sort of connect the dots and know that was then. These feelings are here for you to heal them, but the feeling of being afraid and having to hide is not now. That was then. Connect the two lives, and when you do that, you will see a change happening.
Bob: Any more advice on how Saturn can be open from now on?
Council: A little at a time, but don’t do it under pressure. When you start to accept yourself, you will come out of your shell, you will be able to talk more, to communicate more, but it must come from you first accepting yourself and knowing it’s okay to be the way you are.

Can You Help Me With My Physical Symptoms?
This post answers questions for The Council from a reader named, Lorraine.
Lorraine: I have trigeminal inflammation, fibromyalgia, and chronic fatigue. I’m following a medical medium protocol with this, and I feel I need more help because this isn’t helping me get better. Can you help me?
Council: Well these conditions that you have are all stress-related. It’s all about what you’ve come through in your past. And we would say this condition, the way we’d explain it to you, is as if your whole body was a light switch, and it’s as if you had your hand on the switch turning it on and off, on and off, on and off. That’s what your nervous system is doing right now. This is quite common in people who have had a lot of stress and don’t feel well. There’s no medical diagnosis for these conditions because they are nerve-related in the body.
And so first of all, we hope that whoever is advising you in your reality, a Vitamin B Complex would help your nervous system.
We would also say that this condition needs adjusting your head and neck, so if you can find a good Chiropractor to work on that, the nerves from the head and brain stem all the way down your body are on this fight or flight vibration.
And so it’s just periods of time that have been building and building. And now your system doesn’t know how to shut it off, which leaves you incredibly drained, and having feelings of burning in your body, tingling, and shooting pains. All of this is from these conditions. Even a breeze from a fan or the wind can make your skin hurt. So #1, you must work on your nervous system.
Now we would say for you, we would ask you to imagine a beautiful dark navy blue all around you. If you have a good imagination, picture yourself going into a room and putting on a long cloak with a hood that is of this dark navy blue. And when you put it on you, it calms your skin, it calms your nerves, and it calms your body. And tell your body this is what we’re doing, and this will help.
We would say for you right now to definitely do the chakra breathing exercise every day to get those chakras to work right. We would say five or six of them out of seven are not working right. So a lot of work is needed here. But work with the mind, work with the colors, and work with the vibration of the chakras, to get that energy working.
We would say music is very important and very soothing. So perhaps when you sit in a chair or lie down and picture yourself putting this navy blue cloak on, you can play beautiful music in the background.
Well, where do you go when you wear this cloak? Are you in a forest? In a peaceful place? Or are you just sitting in a room, sitting in a chair relaxing, and your body is loving it. Constantly tell the body, “This is healing and you are loving.” You are loving this cloak being around you. And little by little, you talk to the nerves, talk to every bone, talk to the fascia, talk to the nervous system, talk to the veins, talk to every organ in your body. And you say, “Now, finally, we are going to feel better. Finally, we are going to heal, and we have in our power the way to bring this healing about.”
This is very doable. It’s a very stressful period to be in. It can seem like you don’t know where to start first, but if you follow this guidance a little bit at a time, you will see the improvements.

Please Elaborate On What Life Was Like In Lemuria
This post answers questions for The Council from a reader named, Eden, in response to our post, Do My Favorite Aunt And I Share A Past Life Connection?
Eden: Wow! That’s fascinating reading what The Council wrote about what was taught in school in Lemuria. Could you please ask The Council to elaborate a bit more about what life was like in Lemuria during the time of Atlantis? What other topics were taught in school?
Council: It wasn’t the regular school like you would have now where you would learn reading or you would learn math. In Lemuria and Atlantis, it was mostly about creating. It was learning about energy, how to create life forms with energy, and how to change the shapes of things from energy.
And that is how they did a lot of their building. Their buildings were created first by energy. Communities would get together and they would decide what they needed a building for and what it would look like. So they would all get together and think of this and create it, and direct their focus of this at a certain area where they wanted this building to appear. And it would appear first as just a shadow, then as energy. And as the intention became stronger, it became solid, and everything that was wanted inside is created at the same time.
So in Lemuria there was a lot of building and a lot of community work. There was a lot of taking care of the children, and having them believe in themselves, in their power, and how they’d go forward to increase their lifespan, and increase the power that they could bring to themselves. Unfortunately, that became a problem. And as some became greedier and greedier, the energy that was brought in to put into crystals, to put into homes, to put in bodies, became too much to be able to exist in that form. And so that started the beginning of the fall of Atlantis.
And so, a lot of focus was on energy, the colors of energy, what you could do with the different colors of energy, and how you would wrap your thought forms in this energy to create what was wanted.
So it was communities, it was teaching the younger ones, and also teaching the children how not to accept any physical illness in their bodies. It was a great community of healing, and there was beautiful, beautiful loving energy that came in. And then unfortunately that began to change as some people wanted more, and more, and more, for their own powerful gains. That was the life there.
Bob: Is it possible to estimate how long it would take from the initial thought, to the shadow stage, to the final…
Council: While doing that in that environment, there was no time. They knew how to stop time and just focus on creating. Once it was created, then the time began to move again. It was all energetic. It was all to do with how they could manipulate time, and how they could manipulate energy. And so, where it could take them a few minutes, or maybe half an hour in your time, to create a gigantic building or hall of learning, there is no way to say what it is because they were able to stop time.
Eden: What did people do for work?
Council: They bartered. They worked with each other to help each other in their homes. They helped create things for each other. Their work was developing the lands, and we would say, developing the size of their geological shape.
So everything was not where you went into a store and bought some things, and someone was working in a store. It was out in the open, constantly working for one another, helping someone learn how to do something they didn’t know how to do, or create something they did not know how to create. It was about how to help someone get in the right vibration to create, the right vibration to grow trees, and the right vibration to do it on your own in your yard – create flowers, create bushes, create pools of water. And so it was constantly helping each other in every area that was wanted.
Eden: Was money used as a form of exchange?
Council: We would say maybe in the beginning there was a lot of gold. They also could create gold, so no one was poor. If you needed what they thought of as money for some time, they would create the gold.
Eden: And lastly, could you please also ask if I had a lifetime in Lemuria.
Council: Yes, and you were one of the healers who taught children how to heal themselves and each other. You allowed them to play, and fall down, and get hurt, and then while they were in that vibration of being upset and crying, you taught them how to change it.

Why Am I So Attached To The Person On My Mind?
This post answers questions for The Council from an anonymous reader about a person who’s on their mind.
Anonymous: Please help me understand why I’m so attached to the person on my mind. I have many theories, but I’m at the point where I need a definitive answer from Spirit. I hope that this is meant to be, and The Council can help me.
Council: We hope that if this is what you want, you know what to do about it. You are already doing the work in your mind to see it and experience it the way you want it to be, but we see here with this particular person, there are many, many lives together. The most important is in an orphanage in the early 1800s where you both lived. We find, for some reason, spirits that go through living together in an orphanage, that live a life of being abandoned and alone, seem to bond together, and they love coming back – they just love it.
There was also a life – just for fun we’ll tell you – when the Emperor Tiberius was alive and you were Roman soldiers in the Pretorian guard. We see in this life you were together again, both males, wanting to be in direct contact with the Emporer. That was wanted and worked for.
We see another life as farmers in Ireland, working the crops and taking care of the animals.
And so there were a lot of times coming together, and just having fun, and learning other things along the way. So again, in this lifetime there was no real commitment for you and this person to go into a loving relationship. And so if you’re enjoying this, then take hold of it and create it now the way you want it. But yes, this person on your mind, you share many, many lifetimes.
So you are in a good place that you recognize it and that there’s a familiar feeling. Right there should tell you, so now you don’t just handle it, as in let’s see what happens, or I’ll go with it, or maybe I’ll try to make it happen. Yes, you can reach out and try to make it happen, but first do the inner work with the imagery, the thoughts, and the feelings, and then you’ll create it the way you want it to be.
And so we send you blessings, and happiness, and light, beautiful energy to carry you through your days, and to meditate, and pray, or have a few moments a day to have happy thoughts. And move forward in your life knowing every single thing that you are experiencing, you have brought into this reality to be of service, to learn from it, and to bring healing and love into your reality.

Taking A Live And Let-Live Approach To Life
This post answers follow-up questions for The Council from a reader named, Questioning, on the idea of allowing, and following up on our post, I Feel Like Women Should Not Tolerate Or Allow Sexism.
Questioning: I would just like to add that I have the same follow-up questions as the anonymous reader for your post mentioned above, particularly regarding the idea that taking a live and let-live approach will not affect you yourself. What if that person is a politician who enshrines limiting women’s rights into law?
Council: Well #1 we see here, if you know this about this politician, when it is time to vote, you would take a stand and not vote for that politician. And when you know beforehand this is what this politician wants to do, you would immediately start seeing it differently in your mind.
Again we say here that all spirits at this time are trying to learn how much of their life they can control with their thoughts, and how they can control everything around them. And so the way to do this is with anything that happens in your life, start seeing it differently. And as you begin to see little things happen, you can handle the big things. But when it’s a public figure, of course you would always work first, because it happens in vibration first, and then take a stand and do what action is needed in your physical reality. And that would be your way to vote.
Questioning: If you lived in that politician’s territory, it would affect you no matter how much you tried to distance yourself, unless it didn’t affect you because you tried the approach discussed in your post, If We Focus On The Reality We Desire, Can We Not Be Touched By Chaos?
Council: When you truly desire something and really work at the imagery, this particular episode in your life will change. Now what many people do not understand is that you control what is in your life and what you experience. The person next to you could imagine it very strongly and it will appear different in their life. So it’s always separate.
And the way to apply this method is to know that what you are doing, what you are creating, will touch you in this reality in what you are focused on now. Don’t forget, as we have said, there are many other parts of you that, at the same time, are experiencing other realities. So what you work on in your current reality, in your consciousness at this time, is what will be created.
So when you work at this, it will begin to change, and it will not touch you, or it will appear differently. Your higher self will help make this experience different for you, the way it touches your life, but the strong belief that it will come out in a positive way that you experience, is what will happen.
Questioning: [Still regarding the politician…] Or unless we pray for more gender equality, in general, with a light heart, as discussed in your post, How Can My Positivity Outweigh Other People’s Negativity?
Council: That’s a wonderful thing to do. Any positive thoughts, prayers, and beliefs in the positive way it will turn out is what you work for.
Questioning: Am I correctly understanding how these issues and approaches fit together in The Council’s view?
Council: The thing to remember here is, by your question, what you are ready for, that this is coming up is your higher self wanting you to experience, even at the smallest amount, that with your thoughts you can change anything – the littlest thing to the biggest thing. It’s what you imagine, what you think, and most of all, what you feel. That you feel that you already have it. How wonderful it is to experience it the way you want it. And when you can get to that point, that is what you will experince.
So the bottom line for you is, no matter what it is, the working of your mind and imagery is what will change it and bring everything to you the way you wish to experience it, whether it’s public figures, private relationships, or anything you want. It’s all up to you, and that’s why you are here right now, to learn this.

How Can I Move Ahead At Work?

Anonymous: I’m feeling stuck and overlooked at work. Any thoughts on how I can move ahead at the organization I work for? I’m trying very hard to stay positive and engaged, and I do think I want to stay there, but I need to see or create a path forward.
Council: What we see here is very interesting. You were saying that you think you’d like to stay there, and yet we see what you were trying to create in your current reality was a lot of movement, a lot of meeting different people, learning many, many different things, and just liking the freedom (and freedom was a big choice for you) of moving forward.
So while we can say if you want to stay there – and that is possible if that’s what you truly want – then we’d say to get ahead, try to learn different parts of jobs that relate to what you do, but expand on what you do. We see you trying to be in a helping capacity – maybe teaching or guiding – in any sort of business at all, and taking a leadership role. So play with the idea of learning what other parts of the organization you work with will expand on your particular job. Ask about different programs. Ask about learning more. Showing an interest will bring your attention to higher-ups who could find an interest in you. You can do that.
And yet we would also say to check and look at different kinds of jobs. If you could have any job at all, what is it that’s interesting to you? What is something new that you’d like to learn and go forward with? But there was always the thought of being in a healing or a teaching capacity going forward.
And so if you wish to stay where you are, you can do that, but expand on the job, always in the area of teaching and guidance. Or take a leap of faith eventually when you feel you’re in the place you want to do it, and perhaps learn a different job and leap to a different company.
Anonymous: Is something holding me back?
Council: The safety of having a job and being in one place, and yet that’s the opposite of what you truly wanted to experience. You wished to be independent and always be learning new things, and then taking it further and guiding and teaching. That’s what you planned to do before coming into this reality, but that can always change. You have the freedom to change what you want and how you want to experience it.
But whatever it is, pretend, move forward, imagine something completely different. What does it feel like? What does it feel like if you’re surrounded by people and you are showing them how to do things? The teaching and the guidance are important in this reality.
Anonymous: I feel capable but invisible. Thanks for any guidance you have.
Council: So feeling invisible is you not getting the feeling of what you wanted, which is being seen by other people through teaching. The teaching and showing people, even if you took it in the direction of working with children, it’s wanting to be paid attention to so that you can learn better ways to do things for other people, and finding easier ways. And that is what you were interested in.

How Can I Fix My Problems With My Teeth?

Anonymous: I know this is an old post, but I wanted to say that I tried being loving, and sending love, and being kind, and trying these things, and trying to do better at these things, but it still hasn’t helped my teeth.
Council: We would wonder at this point, so did you stop? You say you tried. There is no try. We believe it’s in a movie that’s in your reality. There is no try. You do, or you do not.
So are you still trying? If you try for a little while and then get discouraged because it doesn’t happen and you stop, do you think that’s going to push you forward? It is a mindset. It is a way that you convince yourself how you want to be, that your goal is you want to feel better and have fewer problems with your teeth.
So we would say it is still your turn, in this reality, to have good thoughts, to have good words, to think loving thoughts about the people around you, and to have happy thoughts. So we say to you, are you still doing this?
Anonymous: I know I have no desire to have these problems, or to have them so I can heal them, because I do not want them. My mental problems and teeth problems have ruined my life. I do not want them.
Council: And so we hear you say several times how you do not want them. That thought, saying those words, will not get your teeth problems to go away because you are thinking about something that you do not want.
It’s now time for you to focus and think about what you do want. How do you see yourself the way you want your life to be? Imagine it, feel it. That’s your purpose right now.
Anonymous: I’ve tried so many things and nothing works. I don’t know what to do anymore. I’m sorry, but thank you for trying to help.
Council: We would say it’s not only very important about how you think, but also about what you say. And we’d like to put out there that a very good exercise for you right now is to start with smiling. Just smile. Ask yourself to smile many, many times a day. When you smile, your vibration changes. It becomes more positive.
And then after you smile, think of what you want. Say good words. Find something good to say about other people. Find something good to say about what’s happening to you. Those words come out of your mouth, and that energy will affect your teeth, your gums, your throat, and your mind.
And so it’s best for you at this time to keep doing the positive steps. And so right now, to make it easy for you, we ask that you smile. Take yourself to a mirror sometimes and smile. Get in the vibration of looking for good all around you.
And so there will be no more trying or not trying. You will do it. When you do it and you stick to it, you will see the change for the better.

Council: We like that saying, do or do not, there is no try. Very clever.

How Can I Heal My Relationship With My Brother?
This post answers questions for The Council from a reader named, Wairua47, after they read our post, Why Is My Son Estranged From Me?
Wairua: Thanks for answering this question about estrangement in the earlier post. I have a very similar situation with my brother, so these answers are helpful. I’d like to know the cause of my situation, and in what area are there lessons to learn?
Council: There are lessons in every part of everything you experience.
Wairua: And are there any possible solutions to help heal what I thought was a great relationship with my brother. We’re both in our 40s and it turns out he may not have been honest with me over the years about our sibling relationship. I have no idea for how long.
Our relationship has recently turned extremely toxic by his wife who apparently thinks I’m the worst person on the planet, and she has started airing 25+ years of supposed grudges against me. Most of these grudges make absolutely no sense to me and seem insane.
Council: Remember here that you and your brother have allowed this to come into your lives to experience it. So even if his wife is causing problems, it’s his place to deal with it in any way he can. Even if he doesn’t believe what she’s doing, he’s trying to find a way to deal with that. You, on the other hand, are blaming her and maybe blaming him. You don’t know what’s going on.
We’d suggest, at this time, that you have the best relationship with your brother that you can have right now. What would that be like? Would it be when you speak with him not to bring up the complaints and don’t mention his wife? When you act like that, do you have a better relationship with him? And so remove what you think the problem is and see how your relationship goes.
Wairua: When I message my brother he usually ignores me. But when I call him on the phone he appears to enjoy speaking to me and has good things to say, be he seems to avoid questions about all the stuff his wife says.
Council: And again we suggest you not bring that up. It’s very difficult for him to deal with it at this time. And so he may love talking with you, but he doesn’t want to go into the problems, and that’s the way he needs to handle that right now.
Wairua: But then, after every nice phone conversation with him, I always get some upsetting, or angry, or accusing messages from either his wife or from him. Obviously I’m not actually sure who’s actually messaging me. This has been continuing for months. He never seems to try to get in touch with me unless there’s a complaint, and recently I’ve asked him multiple times to call me about the last complaining message, but he just ignores me so I’ve given up trying.
Council: So if you were to get a call from him with a complaint, you can say something simple like, “I love talking with you, and when we don’t talk about complaints the conversations are better. So I won’t bring it up and I would appreciate if you don’t bring it up.” And this way it stays on sort of an even keel where you can somehow have the relationship until you realize something different about it, or your brother realizes something different.
So again, allow yourself a good conversation. Still call your brother when you want to and enjoy that. And if there are any complaints after your conversation, you don’t mention them.
Wairua: I’d love some help. He’s my only sibling. We have no cousins or other family and he means the world to me.
Council: We see here, the way this is going, it has a very good chance to heal, so don’t push it and don’t complain. And allow yourself, your brother, and his wife to do whatever they need to do, and it will flow.
And so we wish you all a great journey, and to find love on your journey everywhere you can. Show it every day you can, feel it for yourselves every single day, and you’ll begin to change your life.

Creating What You Desire
This post answers questions for The Council from an anonymous reader who asks about karma, a terminated pregnancy and the spirit of the fetus, and light she sees in her head.
Anonymous: Recently I had to undergo a periodical PAP test. The results came back negative, but there are some cell changes and I might need an operation. I’ve had terminated pregnancies. Is this potential operation karma for these terminated pregnancies?
Council: There’s no karma for this unless you’re – in the deepest part of you – feeling guilty and creating what you’d call karma.
And so this is part of an experiment, we should say, that you can create this in your body and then watch it heal, and know that everything is fine, and you create it that way. And you don’t think of surgery, you don’t think of something happening, but always thinking you’re moving on and feeling well. That is very important.
The more you think of karma, the more you’ll create physical and mental handicaps for you to face. And so just remind yourself that everything you’ve gone through, whatever you’ve done in the past, it’s just an experience. What have you learned from it? And you’re moving on with a light, happy thought.
Anonymous: I was writing before about the spirit of the fetus that I had a very strong connection with. My biggest dream is to see each other.
Council: You will always, at one point, see each other, whether it’s in this life, in between lives, or in another life. There will always be the recognition.
Anonymous: You wrote in a previous post that I’ll see this spirit and it will come back to me. Is this still the case?
Council: We’d say of course it’s always up to you. If you believe it will happen and you’re calm with the thought that you’ve both agreed to this, then yes, it will come back to you. If you begin to have doubts, then there will be something you can create where you don’t come together again.
It’s so important for everyone who hears us, what we’re trying to get through to you is that, yes it’s wise to ask this question and that question, and maybe get some help, or maybe get a reminder, but you are the creator. If you come from a place of doubt or fear, you’ll have a hard time creating what you want to create.
If you can just flow with a nice, calm, happy vibration, and think of everything the way you want it to be, you’ll bring that to you, and that’s how your life goes. And you could be creating something today, and tomorrow, and the next day you have doubts and it stops. It slows up. It doesn’t move. It doesn’t come into your vibration because that happy vibration of you having what you want doesn’t match what you’re thinking. You have to match up the vibration of what you want to how you’re feeling now.
Pretend you have it. Visualize it. What does it feel like? How do you see it? How do you want it? And that is what brings it to you.
Anonymous: I think about the spirit of the fetus and wish for it every day. There’s so much love when I think about this spirit.
Council: And then that is what you should concentrate on. Think of the love. Think of seeing each other again. Think of having this life together. That, and only that, will bring it to you.
Anonymous: Now I’m thinking that I had the best gifts for me, the pregnancies, and I didn’t accept them. I want family and kids very much, and I wanted it back then, but felt so insecure with my partner at that time.
Council: It was an experience that you had. Where does it say you cannot create it again?
Anonymous: Will I get better from this?
Council: It’s really up to you. It’s important for you to understand that we don’t make it happen. We don’t give you the power to have this happen. It’s all up to you, your thoughts and your feelings, and lining up the vibration, feeling good, and seeing what you want.
Anonymous: Will I get pregnant?
Council: Again, this is up to you. If you see it, if you stay with it strong enough, imagine it, and feel it, feel it, feel it.
Anonymous: Will I be given another chance to have kids?
Council: (Humerously) Oh, we’re always giving you the same answer. It’s up to you. It’s important that you understand this. We can’t tell you, “Yes, you will, or no, you won’t.” What we can tell you is, if you do such and such then this will happen. If you come from another place of doubt or fear, you think you messed up and you had a chance but now you don’t, how can you create from that?
You will never ever – underline that, put it in capital letters and bold colors – YOU WILL NEVER CREATE FROM A PLACE OF LACK. It doesn’t match the vibration you want.
Anonymous: Why am I experiencing these issues with my health? I do Wim Hof Breathing and pink light meditation. What else can I do to strengthen my immune system?
Council: Always work on the chakras. Do the chakra breathing. Meditate. Meditate that you are in a place that you love – in the mountains, on a beach, in a forest – and you are feeling wonderful. And feel it. What does it feel like to be at ease, to feel great, to be so happy with your life? That’s what will help your health.
Anonymous: I have another question. I see light in my head, especially lately. It’s a very good feeling. What is this?
Council: (Humorously) The light bulb has come on. It is you. That light that you see is you. It’s part of your energy field. It’s who you really are. It’s your higher self. That light is helping you to feel good. It’s there to show you there’s so much more than what you experience every day.
So that light, bring it in, sit in it or lay in bed and just feel it. Get to the place where you can feel it. And that’s how the vibration will become stronger and stronger for you to create the life that you want.
Anonymous: What can I do with this light?
Council: Anything.
Anonymous: It appears to me ever since I was spending a lot of time doing spiritual practices ten years ago. Sometimes it’s stronger, as it is now. I used to use it for making the right choices, imagining in which situation I see more light. Maybe there’s something it’s trying to tell me?
Council: So play a little game and think of something that you want, and ask your higher self to show you the light that’s around that which you want to create. And see how strong that light is. And make it stronger and stronger and stronger. That also will bring it to you.
So use the light to feel good. Use the light to get answers. Use the light to just create and to feel who you really are. You are this light.
Anonymous: Thank you so much for your answers.
Council: Wonderful. Remember you are the creator
And so we wish you all love, happiness, and excitement on your journey. And think of wonderful, wonderful things to experience. It could be the littlest thing. Focus on that and be in a state of gratitude for everything that you have, and everything that you’ve passed through. And that vibration of gratitude, little by little, will begin to change your life.

A Past Is Life Affecting The Health Of Your Current Life
This post answers questions for The Council from a reader named, Shree.
Shree: I had a stillborn child last year. Her name is Moksha. Will I have another baby?
Council: Yes, we can see you are creating where you will have a child. And we’d like to ask you, when you think of the child you lost, is it hitting on any memories? Is it giving you any scenes that don’t seem to make any sense to you now? But we’d say to stay with the feeling and see what you bring forward from this. And this spirit just came along to give you this particular experience.
Shree: Is Moksha waiting for me to get pregnant? I feel that she’s moved on.
Council: No. We see that you will get pregnant, but this particular soul has now moved on.
Shree: Are there other souls waiting?
Council: Yes there are, but we’ll tell you about your health and what you’re going through now. You were in human form in 1918 during the Spanish influenza. You lived through this pandemic for a year. During this time you helped many people and nursed many people through this – pregnant women that died, children that died – and you wanted to be of help and support, and try to make them better.
That whole year you worked without much rest. You were fatigued beyond what the human body could endure at that time, and yet you wanted to help. Finally, after one year you came down with influenza and were very sick. You had fevers, and you were sweating, and you were freezing, and you had pains in your whole body, and then finally you exited that particular life.
And so in your current lifetime you have carried these subconscious memories with you. It’s just to show you that past lives are very real and you can, at this present time, go through it again to learn from it and to change what you do in your present life. Your time here now is to focus on this present life.
Shree: Also, did I take my life after a stillborn pregnancy in a previous life.
Council: No, we don’t see that, but you were very traumatized by seeing many young children and babies die from this influenza.
Shree: I’m feeling lost most of the time. I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do with my life. When I want to do something, I can’t seem to push myself into doing it.
Council: Yes. The fatigue is still there.
Bob: From the life with the Spanish flu?
Council: Yes.
Shree: Is this ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), and how do I fix this?
Council: You fix it by acknowledging that what you’re going through now comes from another lifetime, and that in your current lifetime you’re supposed to do everything to take care of yourself, which you didn’t do in that other lifetime. You gave, and gave, and gave. And so in your current lifetime it’s your desire to give to yourself and take good care of yourself.
And when you get this fatigue, it’s just part of that life coming forward. So when you get fatigued, we advise you to rest and listen to your body, but know that there’s nothing medically wrong. It’s just a past life that you’re trying to heal by finally taking care of yourself.
And meditation – the chakra meditation or the advanced meditation where you start with your toes – feel your toes and tell them they’re healthy. And now move to your feet and concentrate on your feet and send them love, and tell your feet they’re healthy. And then your legs, and then your stomach, and you go all through your body every day, feeling good, acknowledging your body is different and is no longer living in that past life.
Bob: It sounds like you’re saying that her symptoms don’t fit the definition of ADHD.
Council: No, not at all. This is a very big memory that’s brought forth in her body.
Shree: I’m so fatigued and tired, and I’ve been getting night sweats for a couple years.
Council: Ah, there’s that past life again.
Shree: Doctors are telling me it’s my mental health and sleeping problems are causing all this.
Council: It’s your past life that’s causing all this.
Shree: Why do I feel there’s something more to this?
Council: Because you need to recognize that you are safe and healthy, and to acknowledge from this information that you were of great help to many, many people. You did wonderful work attending to other people and helping them pass over, and it was exhausting. And so you brought this into your current life so that you could turn it around, and now be supportive and helpful to yourself, and acknowledge what a wonderful job you did in that other lifetime.
Shree: Or is all this in my head?
Council: (Laughing) Well, it’s in your head. That’s where your memory is, but it’s very real. Your mind recognizes it, your body recognizes it, so now you need to connect the dots and say, “That was then, this is now. I’m not going through that, but I’m bringing it forth to help me take care of myself, and acknowledge that as a spirit, in other lives I was very helpful, and now I need to take care of me.”
Shree: How can I overcome this, as it’s affecting my day-to-day life?
Council: With the meditation and perhaps with reading about the Spanish flu, and it might bring forth more memories where you can visualize you, and what you did, and what was going on, and just know that this is a memory.
Shree: On the subject of heartfulness meditation, I know I’m supposed to meditate, but again I can’t seem to push myself to do it.
Council: Start with the chakras, or if that’s to difficult, begin with the toes and work your way through your body, telling it to relax and telling it you are healthy this lifetime.
Shree: Looking forward to your guidance. Lots of love, Shree.
Council: This guidance will work if you follow it. And so even if you are exhausted and you can only do Step 1 of the chakra breathing, that’s fine. Do Step 1. Maybe for several days you just do Step 1, but then go to Step 2. You will bring yourself through this
Bob: Are you suggesting that after Shree’s done Step 1 for a while and then she goes to Step 2, does she do Step 1 and Step 2?
Council: Yes. And the change will become very clear in her body.
And so we’ve enjoyed this again, and we send you all blessings, and love, and happiness. And enjoy what you’ve created. And if you don’t like what you’ve created, then change it. Change it with your thoughts and how you think. You are a great spirit that’s here to learn many, many different things. And you’ve all created this time to come in knowing it would be difficult, knowing there would be a lot of chaos, but you came in to hold the beautiful light, to love no matter what, and you will see your lives change.

Is The New Man I Met Right For Me?
This post answers follow-up questions for The Council from a reader named, Sophia, in response to our post, Letting Go Of Struggle And Handling Your Situation Differently.
Sophia: Thank you for your answer to my question about my partner smoking weed (marijuana), and me thinking of terminating my pregnancy. I did end my pregnancy and I broke up with my boyfriend. It was very difficult for him, and not easy, but liberating for me. He stopped smoking marijuana and he still wants to be with me. He started meditating and working on finances.
Soon after the breakup I met a guy who got me very interested because it seems like we have a lot in common. We feel very close to each other. Our parents live just 18 kilometers away. We both like to stay active. We grew up working hard. We have the same approach to work and living in a village. Our personalities are similar. And we both are interested in spirituality and self-growth, which is a very important point for me.
Council: So what we hear is a lot of … again … we, we we. Before it was the we with the person who was smoking marijuana, and you were pregnant, and you didn’t know if you wanted to have the baby. And so now that is terminated. And now you meet this wonderful person, and you have this in common and that in common. And we say, “And what about you?” What have you learned about yourself during the time you ended one relationship and started another? Jumping into another relationship you can create difficulties, and you can create a relationship not working out if you haven’t learned about yourself.
So we’d say, go back to the time when there was no other person in your life. What is it that you wanted for yourself? Not a relationship, but what is it that you want to be? How do you want to be? How do you want to live? And so you will grow from that, and then, again, you can pull in one, two, three other relationships. Whatever it takes for you to see, is this what I want? Is it not something that another person wants?
Don’t be in a relationship just to be in a relationship. Look at it. Is it the same? Does it have similar traits that your first relationship had? Did it work out and then all of a sudden it didn’t work out? So that person has a problem and you have a problem. And again, you are in something that isn’t going simply the way you want, where it’s easy and loving, and that’s it.
Everyone has baggage and everyone has to learn something. And so you need to learn about yourself and this other person needs to learn about himself. And in that time it’s good for you to not, what is the saying, put all your eggs in one basket. Allow this person to be who he is. Allow yourself to be who you are. And do not want your life to be without challenges because there are always challenges, and we learn to grow from them.
And so we’d say to enjoy what you have. When it turns difficult, is there anything similar in it that you had in your other relationships? Are you willing to learn from this? Are you willing to hang in there and see if it changes? Are you ready to run because it’s too much for you at the time?
And so right now your purpose is to learn about you, what you want, and what you don’t want. Where is your understanding of yourself? Where is your understanding of this other person? And so when you examine all of this you begin to know, I don’t have to stay in this relationship, I don’t have to jump into a relationship. And if this one doesn’t work I have to find someone else right away. This time is about you so that you don’t keep creating the same relationships that are so fun, that are so loving, that you want the same things in the beginning, and then, puff, out of nowhere it goes downhill.
Sophia: Since we met it all went so smoothly and quickly that I thought he was the one for me. It all seemed very positive. Everywhere we go it seems like people want to get closer to us. So what happened after it all went so quickly that he got scared of a relationship, and hasn’t healed past relationship trauma?
Council: It’s part of his life’s purpose. It’s part of him having to maybe learn why there’s a fear of relationships. Is he ready to jump into another relationship? Maybe it’s wonderful in the beginning, but when it gets very serious he can’t handle that right now. That’s for him to work out.
You, on the other hand, should be looking at: Okay, this person has a problem. Is it worth it? Is there really so much in common? Are there loving feelings? Or am I just here because it’s another relationship?
Sophia: So we started communicating less. My question is: Is it a sign for me to heal after my previous relationship…
Council: Of course.
Sophia: …and not jump in so quickly, and give him time to heal…
Council: Wonderful.
Sophia: …at the same time so then we’ll both be ready? Or is it a sign to move on because we’re not a match?
Council: It’s time for you to give each other time to learn, to heal and become friends, or to move on. Whatever it is, you can create this with your visualizations. So there’s nothing set in stone, but the key right now is for you to let each other heal. And for you, concentrate more on yourself and what it is you truly want.
Sophia: That close feeling we both felt keeps me thinking he could be the one for me.
Council: It could be. Let’s see what you create.
Sophia: I never felt so similar to anyone in my life so far. I feel that the universe is giving me a chance to choose a partner, as a lot of men showed up who pursue me, but they are either lacking something or they aren’t ready, like a guy who seems could be a great match.
Council: It’s not that they pursue you and are lacking something, or are not ready. It’s because you are lacking something and you are not ready, because you are not doing the work to understand yourself. Work on yourself.
Sophia: That’s very interesting for me. Hope it all will work out at the end.
Council: Do you see that you create someone … whether it’s one time, two times, three times, or four times … that’s so wonderful in the beginning, it looks like there’s so much in common, and then it goes poof. You create this scenario over, and over, and over until you do the work on yourself. And then when you’re happier with yourself and more aware of what you want, the (so to speak) right person will come along. But it’s all about you learning about you now.

Did I Have Past Lives in Atlantis, Lemuria, and Egypt?
This post answers questions from a reader named, Susan.
Susan: Did I have past lives in Atlantis?
Council: (Chuckling) Ah, who didn’t have past lives in Atlantis? Most of us were in Atlantis and Lemuria and had several lives there.
What we see that you chose to do in Lemuria and Atlantis was to grow crops, but it wasn’t the way it’s done in your current life. You grew them inside an enclosure, and you grew the crops with different colored lights to sustain the life of the plants and the food. And you knew which colored lights would work on the food to have it become more nutritious.
In Lemuria there were herbs that were grown and you knew how to combine them to create medicines. But everything you did was concerned basically with the lights, the energy with the colors, and what vibration the colors would affect the food, the herbs, and the medicine.
And so in both these areas, you were part of the community that was in charge of the feeding, the nutrition, and the medicine of living at that time.
Susan: Did I have a past life in Egypt? I feel so connected to Egypt, Lemuria, and Atlantis.
Council: Yes. In Egypt you were a traveling doctor that went around from what we’d call now a neighborhood and you’d go on certain days and you’d treat the people there. And the knowledge that you used for healing came to you from your lives in Lemuria and Atlantis. You were able to bring that information in and increase the knowledge as you studied the people and what they had. And so again, you were into healing.
Bob: Thank you for your answers to Susan’s questions.

Why Did I Choose A Life Of Autism, Chronic Illness, and Pain?
This post answers questions for The Council from an anonymous reader based on a post we wrote called The Spiritual Significance of Autism.
Anonymous: I’ve never been formally diagnosed, but I’m an autistic adult in her 40s. I want to take comfort in your post on the spiritual significance of autism and I believe it, but I’ve been treated hideously and cruelly almost my entire life.
Council: And you do know the way you’re treated by others is really not about you, but more about them and where they are on their path in this particular lifetime. When you make it less about you, you can look at it more clearly without it hurting so much.
Anonymous: Abuse, bullying, social rejection, you name it. What is the worst of all is my family. My father is physically and verbally abusive, my mother is neglectful, and my sister is a narcissist and liar who’s always been jealous of me, tried to cut me out of the family, and told lies to do it. They all act like they hate me.
Council: And so we’d say at this point, when you’ve brought in so much abuse to yourself your whole life, there’s a reason for that. You want to learn about it, what it feels like to be abused, and to turn it around.
And so you already know it’s a difficult place to be, it hurts your feelings, and you feel cast out, but why is this happening now when it’s at a point in your life where you can change it? We’d say number one, before you do anything else, it is your thoughts – your sister is a liar, your family is terrible. Your outlook towards your family and towards other people is so negative that your vibration will attract more negativity and more abuse. You are not a victim here. You chose to experience this just for the purpose of turning it around.
You don’t have to be the person they treat you like. You don’t have to believe what they say about you. You are a spirit. You are so powerful, and you have choices in every part of your life. The #1 choice you need to make now is to have more positive thoughts, to look at these people and instead of being so negative about them, feel sorry for them if you can. Try to realize there are things going on in their life and they take their negativity out on you. Why is that? Because your negative vibration attracts it.
When you start treating yourself with love, with kindness, and doing happy things for yourself, the people around you will see the change. They may not understand it, but they will see it, and it will bring different kinds of people into your life. The kind you want, that love you, that can be caring, and that don’t abuse you. And eventually some of these abusers have the ability to change, if that’s what they want on their path.
And so it all comes from you. The feeling deep down, the feeling of being abused, the feeling of being lied to, the feeling of people abandoning you, all of that is so negative. And so if you go through this every day, every day you are creating more and more abuse.
Anonymous: It’s not just my immediate family though. I’ve been bullied and abused by relatives, classmates, and others, and I feel like I’m a magnet for mistreatment.
Council: How about thinking, “I know there’s one person out there that will appreciate me. Oh, that feels so good when I can find that person.” Look how your energy changes with that. It’s exciting. There is somebody that will be nice. And when you experience that, there will be more and more. Change your thoughts
Anonymous: At this point I just don’t understand how or why I’d willingly take this on and subject myself to so much pain.
Council: To learn from it and know you can change it.
Anonymous: And it’s not just autism. I have chronic illnesses and other pain too.
Council: How would this negative thinking not cause illnesses? It affects your body. Every negative thought goes into the body and eventually it hits the bones, it hits the organs, it hits the skin, you don’t feel good, and you’re mentally depressed. Again it’s the thinking that changes it. When you start to be positive with your thoughts, the illnesses will drop away. Little by little you’ll begin to feel better. There’s so much more for you out there in this life. That is what you need to tune into.
Anonymous: I’m so angry at myself if I chose this.
Council: Ah, angry at yourself. That’s a big negative. You must find ways to appreciate yourself. See the things you do that are nice. See the things you do that maybe help others. See the thoughts you have. What do you do for yourself? Do you go to a movie? Do you take yourself out to eat? Do you go for ice cream? Do these nice things for yourself. It has to change.
Anonymous: All I want is for it all to end, and I constantly wish for death.
Council: It’s not death that will help you, because then you’ll repeat it again in another lifetime if you don’t try to change your thoughts, to think you’re really a good person, you don’t hurt anybody, and you love yourself. Start with your feet. Look at your feet. “I love my feet. My feet are great. I love my hands. Maybe I like the kind of hair I have.” Find the parts of you and every day add more and more. When you start appreciating yourself, the universe says, “Wow. Look at that. Let’s send her more to appreciate.” And your life begins to change.
And that’s your purpose this time around in your current incarnation. So have fun with it. Show yourself that you are powerful. You can change anything, because you can. You are a spirit. The choices you make and the thoughts you have creates the life that you live. What you think is what shows up in your physical reality.
Anonymous: What do I do? I really feel so hopeless and lost, and I don’t know how to cope at all. The very few people in my life who’ve come into it to show me any kindness or love have left, or always leave me.
Council: And so there are more new people that can come into your life. You are the magnet. Your thought goes out there, and it’s out there in the universe. You want people to appreciate you, you want love, you want nice, kind people. It’s there. You’ve got to keep thinking about that. You’ve got to feel it. What would that be, to have a friend, to have someone to hang out with that’s really nice to me?
Feel that. The feeling is the magnet. That is the key. Pretend like a little child that you have this wonderful new friend, that you have a wonderful new life. You’re so excited because all of a sudden these people are popping into your life. Feel it. That’s the magnet. You are the magnet. Send your thought out, feel it, and bring it back to you. The universe will give you what you are feeling.
Anonymous: Is there any way I can just exit this life because I took on too much, and I can’t handle it, and find it unbearable. Is that even possible to do?
Council: It’s possible to commit suicide, but that’s not the way out. The way out is to change that negative thinking. The way out is to know there is so much there, so much more, and now you’re at a point in your life where you want to find it. And just that will change your life. It’s work, but we feel you can do this.
And we also want to say here that when you’re in spirit and you picked all of this, in spirit you’re strong, you’re loving, you know that there’s nothing you can’t do. So when you pick all of this, you say, “Oh, this is horrible. How am I going to do this?” You’re like, “All right, bring it on, let me jump in there, let me change how I think, let me bring more love to myself, let me bring more love into that reality.” And you don’t doubt it for one minute. And then you come into this incarnation and your life begins, but your higher self, which is you, knows what you want to do. And so now is your time.
Wonderful, wonderful questions. This has been such a joy for us. And we’ll send everybody love and happiness on their journey, and remind everyone to stay with the positive thoughts. In your reality what is going on is that a lot of positive thoughts are needed. And when you tap into this, and more and more of you do this, the whole reality that you exist in right now will change. The course of your world is up to you. It all comes from the right thinking.
You’ve created your lives with the special people in them for a purpose. You’ve agreed to do things together. And always the agreement was to have happy thoughts, positive thoughts, finding things that don’t work right and have them work right. Help each other, help animals, help the trees, help the ocean. You’re all here together to make this reality better and better.

Can I Earn A Living Doing Alternative Healing Therapies?
This post answers questions for The Council from a reader named, Bluestar Child.
Bluestar: I wrote to The Council a few months ago about career guidance and The Council recommended that I work with children. I’ve been thinking about it and I have to admit that I’m actually quite attracted to the alternative therapies, but I have never considered dedicating myself to it professionally because I’m afraid of: 1) Not being worth enough to carry out this work professionally.
Council: That immediately will cause a block into your manifesting it.
Bluestar: 2) That others will reject me, or see me as a weirdo if I dedicate myself to these topics openly.
Council: And there’s the second block.
Bluestar: And 3) Not being able to earn a living financially doing this activity.
Council: (Laughing) The third block.
And so you need to forget about these blocks. Get them out of the way. Of course you can make money at this. And you know if people did think you were crazy, so what. There are many, many wonderful people in all parts of life, with all kinds of careers, and people think they’re nuts. What do you think? What do you feel in your heart would give you pleasure?
Working with other healing modalities is a great way for you to develop more positive opinions about yourself. When you do practice other healing modalities and you see that it helps yourself and others, you will slowly begin to see that there’s something to this.
And so forget everybody else. We ask you to stop doubting, and to look more positively that this is a new adventure, that you had planned to do things like this because you’ve done them before, and you want to have the joy of doing them again. The right people will seek you out when you begin to feel better about yourself.
Bluestar: The Council has told me that I have already been a healer in several lifetimes. I’d like to know if I decided on a healing path in the end instead of working with children, or doing both at the same time, and already having a Reiki Master’s degree and an EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) tapping course, what therapies do you advise that I should train for to be able to better help others people according to my abilities?
And so we think with your Reiki degree and your EFT training that it would be good for you to start using it on yourself and on others. When you get joy from this, then there are so many other techniques. You can learn hands-on healing, you can learn Hawain techniques of healing, you can learn Rolfing, you can learn massage, and you can learn how to work with crystals and oils to help increase what you’re doing. Any sort of body technique would be good.
If you care to go deeper into it, acupuncture would be great, acupressure if you don’t like the thought of needles, and many people don’t. These are things that you should be looking into, reading about, perhaps getting sessions on yourself and seeing how it feels. When you begin to see an improvement in yourself, then you’ll have the interest to perhaps take another course.
We’d also say it would be good for you to learn about people’s emotions so you can speak to the people when they come to you and find out what’s going on. You can learn color breathing. There is so much out there. But we say take what you know now and begin to use it, and begin to charge money for that service. When that comes in, that will give you the power to seek more out. And so there’s no need to charge crazy amounts of money. Even if you started with donations, we’d like you to see that you have the ability to do this, to earn a living from it, and to move on and learn more. That is your path.
Bob: Do you have any comment on your guidance from a previous session that Bluestar Child work with children?
Council: All of this can be done with children, and it will.
Bluestar: All the guidance I received has helped me a lot. And I’ve also been practicing the meditations that you have given and they’ve gone well for me.
Council: Wonderful.

There’s A Gigantic Shift In Consciousness Going On

Council: Good morning.
Todd: Good morning. How’s it going?
Council: (Laughs) For us, wonderful (more laughing).
Todd: Good. I wanted to reach out to you because I’ve been very tired lately and just kind of low energy. I’ve been that way on and off my whole adult life, but it seems to come and go and I’m really experiencing that now. I don’t know what I can do about it or what that’s about. The second thing is that I’ve been moody and kind of mildly depressed, then feeling okay, then feeling depressed, then feeling down, then feeling okay. And then the third thing is I’d like a sexual energy scan and what you’re sensing in that. All three of these issues kind of go together, but I don’t know if they’re all related or not.
What do you think you’re depressed about?
Council: What do you think you’re depressed about?
Todd: I don’t know. That’s why I’m reaching out to you guys.
Council: When you’re depressed, it’s usually right before that there are some sort of thoughts that bring the depression on. There’s a lot going on with you right now, but are there any certain thoughts that you feel bring on the depression?
Todd: Well I know I’ve been really hard on myself, and I overthink things. I realized that last night, and since then I’ve been feeling better. I still think about my stepdaughter occasionally, the one that won’t talk to us and we’re in conflict with. And I still think about my sexuality. And then I think about how crazy the world is. Those are the things that kind of come to me, but I know it’s all within me too.
There’s a gigantic shift that’s going on
Council: Well #1, many, many, many people are going through what you’re going through now. The depression, the fatigue, overthinking, and sort of feeling lost. And it’s because there is this – and I’m sure you’ve heard of it – this gigantic shift that’s going on from one dimension to another dimension. And we see here there are many books about the fifth dimension. And everyone in your reality has agreed at this point to change, to open up to more than what was possible before.
Proof of alien visitation
First, of course, there are many, many talks about aliens visiting this planet, and being on this planet, and it was always denied, and then perhaps it’s true, then it’s denied, then perhaps it’s true. Now we can promise you are going to hear very soon that it is true. There will be proof. And it’s time to open up to this other life force.
We’ve got to change
There’s also a change in everyone’s vibration where the thoughts will be less on the physical and more on the spiritual. It’s a path everyone’s willing to take right now. And what brought this on? Very smart spirits in your reality where everyone has created such chaos in their life, and in their world, with the planet, with the Earth, with people. And it was all created for people to say, “We’ve got to change. We don’t want this. There’s another way to live. We’re losing a lot of the happiness and the innocence that we felt before. Everything is too much chaos. Nothing goes very easy.” And so being in this reality you are also going through this.
Do the chakra breathing
Now the fatigue is part of the energy leaving and the new energy trying to come in. It’s very, very important at this time to do the chakra breathing with the colors and the shapes because the chakras are taking in energy, then they aren’t taking in energy and they are shutting down. A lot of that is going on with you right now. But you’re evolving. So it’s not something frightening, even though it is uncomfortable. It’s just that you are part of this change.
Your thoughts must change
Now physically we’d say, eat better and take vitamins. This is what’s needed in your reality. Do things that make you happy. Then there’s what’s going on mentally. The thoughts must change. The overthinking, the worrying about this, worrying about your stepdaughter. You can’t change her. That is not your purpose in this lifetime.
Just accept and send love
Your purpose with her and yourself is just accepting who you are, who they are, and letting them go about their lessons and what they need to learn in this lifetime. The best thing you can do for them and yourself is to send love. Just accept and send love. And that love will help everyone and yourself work out what you need to work out. But it’s the relaxing and the loving that’s going to change. And we’ve said before many, many times to people that when there’s more love in this reality, disease will start to disappear, and violence would disappear because the love will overtake everything. When that happens your thoughts will be lighter.
Change negative thoughts
So now it’s your responsibility to change those thoughts. That’s what you planned before you came here, that when the chaos hits, you would be a light bearer. You would do your best when these negative thoughts come in, to change it. Just acknowledge, “Here I go again. Oh boy, what I’m thinking isn’t good. I have to change it.” And then refocus your thoughts. There’s so much mental work and energetic work that is needed at this time.
And so we’d say for you, do the work on your chakras, and take care with your thoughts. It’s hard not to overthink, but maybe think of good memories or some fantasies you’d like to happen in the future. You are in creation mode. This is what you planned, and now you’re at the point where it must be done.
You feel good and then you start feeling negative
Getting tired, getting depressed, all of that is trying to leave your body. It’s such a major change, such a major shift that it’s knocking the heck out of everybody. It’s like you think you’re handling something, you think you’re getting better, then boom. And these are such old patterns and stuff from old lives that are coming up. And you get days of feeling good, maybe weeks of feeling good, and boom, you start getting negative. Here I go again. When does this change? This is not happening. Boom, depression, boom, fatigue. It wears you out.
Go back to the basics
And what we’d like you to know is, it’s part of what’s going on, and the hard part for you is the imagination. Change it. Force yourself to find good thoughts. Make things up. Become like a little child. Pretend this, pretend that. Whatever you need to do. And if there are actual things that make you happy, going to a movie, going out to eat, going to a park, visiting friends, whatever it is, playing a game, go back to these basics. That’s what’s happening.
I can change it
And we want to say to you, you’re right in the middle of it. You’re right on time, as usual. You’re exactly where you’re supposed to be. The only thing you have to get rid of is the worrying about it. Okay, here I am again, but I can change it. That’s the thought that changes it, that gives you the strength. No one else is going to change it. You’re going to change it.
Everyone is having a hard time being positive
But acknowledging, it’s just acknowledging this horrible feeling, these horrible, depressing thoughts, feeling that I’m getting nowhere, that I’m not evolving, nothing is working. That has to change. And that’s the hard part. We’d say that’s 100% throughout your reality. Everybody is having such a hard time being positive, and it’s so needed.
You’re right where you’re supposed to be
And so we want to say, congratulations, you’re right where you’re supposed to be. And yet we know you as spirit. We know you can do this, and it’s our place in this time to be of help, to be of support, to send all of you energy to get you through this.
Your good thoughts go out and touch everyone
When this was all planned when you were in spirit, we all thought, “Oh yeah, okay, this is going to be interesting”, because in spirit, there’s nothing that we feel we can’t handle. All right, in our reality every one of us is going to help each other. Because if you have one good thought, there’s someone on the other side of your world that feels that positive energy. Your good thought goes out and touches everybody. So someone else that’s having a good thought, you will feel it.
Imagine something you’d like to have happen in your life
And this is what you planned to do. No one said it would be easy, even though in spirit you think it will be. But it’s what is needed. But you know what we say, the answers are always simple. They’re not easy, but they’re simple. And the answer is, change the thought. Start there. Start with your imagination. Make up something that you’d like to have happen in your life. Something where, when you think of it, it feels so good, and that’s the beginning. The feeling good, and the more you can do it, the more thoughts will come to help you feel good.
You’ve chosen a wonderful time to be here
And to know we’re all in this together, all of us. We here in spirit go through this with you and watch and help in any way we can. And to say, this is such an exciting time that you have created, that you will meet entities from other galaxies, from other planets, from other dimensions. This is such a wonderful time that you’ve chosen to be here.
We can learn so much
And so we say, being positive will help you get through all of this. So many people are afraid of other life forms. And in their reality they’ll create things to be afraid of, things that they will hear that scare them. And yet others will get excited and say, we can learn so much from these others, from realities that know so much more than we do. We’ll learn there will be technology, there will be control of your thoughts by you, of your mind, and of learning how to heal your body on different levels.
Do you choose love or fear?
There’s so much positiveness that’s ready to come in, but which way do you go? Do you choose the love and the positive, or do you choose the fear and the negative? And how do you choose? You choose it with your thoughts. It’s so important right now. The little problems that you’re facing now, of course feel like huge problems, but they’ll drop away because there will be so much more exciting times coming in if you do the work and you let it happen.
Get ready to connect with entities that know more than we do
And we had someone ask a question about shadow people. People are now talking about something called shadow people. This is horrible. They’re going to jump in your body, they’re going to take over. it’s an evil energy. And we explained, sure, if that’s what you want to create. But these shadow people are not bad, are not here to take over your body, are not here to cause problems and evil things happening. Why you are seeing them through the corner of your eye when you think something is there – an animal, a person – because they are from another dimension and have come for a visit, and you’ve been allowed to see them just for an instant, just to get used to this.
Todd: I haven’t seen them yet.
Council: Well sometimes someone will say, “Oh, I thought I saw someone out of the corner of my eye. There’s nothing there.” This is happening and we say here it is positive. It is getting ready to connect with other entities that know so much more than we do, that are here to help, and that we will learn from. But we must use positive thoughts, and that is what we’re getting you ready for. And this is what you’re starting to feel, the old nonsense, the old chaos.
Negative thoughts can create sinus problems
And so believe it or not, one of the big things that are created by people with negative thoughts are sinus problems because it’s up there in that area where your brain works. And so now a lot of people are saying, “Oh, my sinuses, or my allergies,” and they believe it. It’s part of your thinking. And many wouldn’t understand that, but it’s just how the thoughts affect the body.
Todd: What about the throat? Is it the same with the throat?
Council: Yes, of course.
Todd: I’ve been choking a lot lately.
When you go positive, everything will change for the positive
Council: Yes, of course, because the sinuses are trying to empty out and that will go down into your throat, which by the way happens to Cynthia. It will also go into your stomach and cause diarrhea or constipation, and it affects the whole body. It is so important – we underline it with an asterisk – be careful of your thoughts. Take charge. This is what you wanted. When you go into positive mode, everything will change for the positive. The way you feel, the way you think, what’s happening around you, it will become lighter.
Do things you enjoy
Now when you feel fatigue or depression, take a nap. That will help stop the thoughts. And try to do things that you enjoy, whether it’s the littlest thing or not. Just do something that you will enjoy and you will see it happening. You’ll see it happening to people around you.
It’s not your place to judge, but to send love
Who’s going with the negative and who’s going with the positive? And again, it’s not your place to judge them, but to send them love and allow it to happen. And that’s where you are. But you definitely need to work on your chakras because they’re getting, what we would say, clogged up with old energy that needs to leave.
Todd: Okay, I’ll do that tonight. And what read or energy do you get on my sexuality? I know that’s been a big issue that I’ve talked to you about before, and I’m still working on it a little bit, and I’m feeling more of a connection. Do you get a sense I’m on the right track with that?
You are evolving
Council: Yes, but there are again, your thoughts. You worry about this. You are troubled by this. And so the easiest way to fix it is to say, “I am evolving. I don’t know how my answers will come where I feel good, but they will. And I don’t have to tire myself out by questioning it over and over, by worrying I’m not in the right place over and over. I am evolving. And as I accept that, that I am evolving as slowly or quickly as I can, it’s a wonderful thing. It’s going in the direction I need, that I planned for.” Now isn’t that a better thought?
Todd: Yes, it is. And I know that in the past you talked about working through sexual issues from past lifetimes. I remember you talking about that and that’s what I was getting a read on, but now it sounds like more about current-day worry and business. I just need to let that go.
You don’t have to concentrate on past lives
Council: When you concentrate on the now about knowing you’re evolving, you don’t have to concentrate on past lives. You don’t have to worry did this happen in this life or that life. Did more happen? What have I gone through? That evolving is gone. Because of the major shift, that no longer applies. At one time it would. You want answers from past lives. Now you know, “I got through it. No matter what it was, no matter how many times, I got through it, but I’m evolving now.”
You don’t have to know why, how, or when an answer will come
All the answers I need, all the feelings I need, all the actions I want to be able to do, it’s coming, and I don’t have to know why, how, or when. It is coming, and that’s what creates it. It’s a change from worrying and searching for answers to the now with believing and knowing that you don’t have to know the answer right now, but that it is happening. It has to happen. It has to happen because you chose to be in this reality at this time to go through it and to heal it. And you are exactly where you need to be. It is fine. It is wonderful. Let it happen.
Todd: I just had an intuition that Steph and I got together this lifetime to really look at, and work through, and heal sexual energy and sexual issues, and that we’re still doing that, and that we’re on the right path. That’s what came to me.
Council: Yes, of course.
Todd: Okay, that’s good.
Council: That’s 100% right, and you will. Together you can work it out in whichever way helps the both of you. And it will just come to you when you relax and say, “Okay, that’s one of my purposes of being here and it’s time to change it, evolve it, and make it more of what I wish it would be.” And you do that with your thoughts.
Healing will come from your thoughts
Besides running to a doctor, a psychologist, a psychiatrist, or a counselor, in this part of your life on this planet the healing will come from you. The healing will come from your thoughts. You are in charge now. How wonderful it is that you know that now? There’s no answer that’s going to come from any outside source. It’s going to come from you.
All your answers are inside of you
Do you realize you are this wonderful spirit that has all the answers already? They’re all inside of you. All you have to do is stay positive. You don’t have to try and figure it out. Your only lesson here is, no matter what, stay positive. Treat yourself well. Stay in the vibration of happiness and that’s it, and it will come. It’s so simple. Not easy to do, but you are learning, you are evolving. And the more you do it, the more you’ll begin to see, this works. And that’s why you’re here.
Todd: Wow, okay, that makes sense. It certainly has been a process. And you’re right, I’ve worried about whether we are ever really truly going to be sexual, but I need to remember that we are here to support each other sexually, even when we don’t do “the act”, but it will happen, and probably happen when I least expect it.
Concentrate on the love
Council: When you bring the love in, everything will happen. Just concentrate on the love. Two people that love. That’s it. It will happen. There is your answer. Concentrate on the love and enjoy each other. And there are different ways to enjoy each other. You are in control. The worrying will not cause it to get better. It will slow things up. So you are here together to work on this and this is exactly what you are doing.
Todd: Okay. Well that does help. That helps me understand why I’ve been so tired and just kind of moody. The big realization I had last night is to be kinder to myself, and so I’ve been in a better mood since last night. So I’ll just keep going with that. Does anything else come up that I need to do, or that’s pretty much the ticket?

Council: Work with your mind. Whatever it is that brings you good thoughts, that will help everything change.
Todd: Okay, great, thank you.
You have no idea how many people you will help
Council: We’d like to say here that part of what Todd is here to do – take this in, Todd – is to teach others. And by allowing yourself to share what you’ve learned and to share your questions, you have no idea how many people you will help. But the choice is always yours. If it’s something you need to keep private, that’s fine. You will help many people in many different ways.
Bob: Todd, you’ve got some work to do on your chakras, but it sounds like what you’re experiencing is right on time, and you’re doing the evolution work, so congratulations.
Todd: Yes, thank you. I think so too, and I plan to do the chakra meditation tonight. I have colored lights that match the colors of the chakras that I click on when I go through the chakras, and I really enjoy that. I haven’t done it for a week and a half so I need to do it again.

What Can I Do To Help Help My Vitiligo Skin Condition?
This post answers questions for The Council from a reader named, Prayers For Healing.
Prayers: I want to ask a question about a medical condition I’ve had since I was five years old. I have vitiligo, and most of it has self-healed throughout the years.
(Bob: Vitiligo is a skin condition that has to do with missing pigmentation of the skin.)
Council: And we see it self-heals, and comes back, and heals again. And is that what you experience?
Prayers: I only have it on my hands, feet, and elbows. It tends to grow, and heal, and grow, and heal, but stays contained to these areas. I’d like to ask The Council: What can I do on a spiritual level to help heal this condition?
Council: This is created from a life you had before as a leper. And you were so miserable and hated yourself, and hated all the lepers that you were forced to live with because you weren’t welcome in any areas. And so you always wished that you could do something with the skin to make the leprosy disappear. So in in your current lifetime you didn’t create leprosy, but you created this vitiligo condition with the skin.
We can tell you when you work on accepting this skin condition, and thanking it for not being leprosy and just affecting the pigment of the skin, and when you work on truly loving yourself the way your skin is, you will heal it. It’s about self-love, it’s about acceptance, and not to hate yourself, or hate what you look like, like you did in your past life.
Prayers: I know the science behind the reason for my loss of color, but I want to know what I’m doing in my life that’s preventing me from getting better.
Council: The science doesn’t matter. It’s all a past life that you’ve brought forward in another way because you want to learn acceptance, how to accept other people, and what they look like. Are they heavy, are they skinny, are they ugly, are they pretty? How to accept yourself and love people for the way they are. Love yourself. Loving yourself in this particular life is what you were going for.
And so we’d say meditate. Meditate on who you are, that you are really a spirit in your body, and that you created your body because you wanted to learn how to let go of how you looked, and to realize who you really are, and to love. When you can give yourself the vibration of joy and love and not care about these pigmentations, when you can love yourself no matter what you think you look like, it will heal. That was your purpose in creating it.
Prayers: Should I be eating certain types of foods or avoiding certain types of foods?
Council: Only if you think that’s going to help, but that’s not where it’s coming from. It’s coming from emotion about raising your vibration by putting beautiful pink and then white light around yourself every day, and meditate, and stay in that circle of light. And picture yourself loving. Don’t picture yourself healing, picture yourself loving. The healing will come.
Prayers: Does this come from a lack of self-love or from not speaking my truth?
Council: Bingo, a lack of self-love. And of course it’s always about speaking your truth. And your truth from spirit is always speak kindness, speak love, uplift other people and love yoursef for doing it.
And so intuitively you know this is what it’s about. And so we say now that you have a clearer picture, you can do this. Do the inner work and you will heal.
Prayers: I’m willing to do the inner work to help release the root cause of this condition. Thank you.
Council: We’d also say if you want, you can go and imagine yourself as a leper and not feel the hate for yourself like you did, but to send the part of you that was in that body, in the body with leprosy, send it love, and that will also help.

How Can I Stop Feeling So Depressed?
This post answers questions for The Council from a reader named, Sunshine73.
Sunshine: I was hoping The Council could help me. You and The Council helped me once about sickness. I have another problem I’ve always dealt with ever since I was a small child. It’s depression. As a young child I didn’t know what it was. I just knew I felt sad a lot and didn’t know why.
Council: You felt very sad. And this comes from the life you lived in ancient Rome where you lived in Pompeii and you were there A.D. 79 when Mount Vesuvius erupted. You lost your whole family and everyone you knew, and eventually you succumbed to these ashes that covered many bodies. Many people drowned. And that is staying with you, and your subconscious remembers that past life, and now it helps you go through this depression.
And so knowing where it came from, look around you. See what your family is like. Do you have them in your life? Does it make you feel good? Are you appreciating that whoever you have in your life, you reach out to show kindness, to show love, and to help when it’s needed? That’s your lesson from your lifetime in Pompeii. So when it was time to leave, it was already too late to help yourself and your family.
And so now experiencing depression and experiencing sadness are leftover feelings from that life. And you brought this in so you could learn to be there for yourself, be there for others, and let go of the depressed feelings.
There is no ending. We’re all spirits, and we come in life after life. And so you’ve chosen this time to be there before something horrible happens to show love and to reach out. And that’s what you desired to do in your current lifetime. But we see here what you’re feeling – the depression and the sadness – is so strong that reaching out to others will help erase the depressed feeling.
Sunshine: I’m now almost 50 years old and nothing has changed. I still deal with depression on a regular basis. I try different things and sometimes they help for a little while. Is there anything in a past life that’s causing this?
Council: Yes. And knowing it (and it takes a little time for your present mind to accept it), knowing where the sadness and the depression are coming from, that alone will help you release it.
Sunshine: How can I stop feeling this way so much?
Council: You can read about that time in Pompeii. Look at pictures of the city that was dug up, knowing that you were there and that was your home. And just sometimes going back to that life you can experience how wonderful it was before the end came. And that will also help you let these depressed feelings go. And remembering, even though you transitioned in that life, here you are again. You are safe.
Sunshine: I’ve been trying to do some work with crystals to help, but I don’t really know if I’m doing that right either. I just know I can’t go on living my life in sadness. I want to be happy and enjoy my life and my family.
Also, is it depression that takes all of my energy?
Council: Of course. Depression makes you feel a loss of wanting to do anything in this life, taking your energy, and making you feel fatigued all the time. Depression is a heavy energy. So accepting where it comes from and thinking eventually: Oh, the depression is from this past life and I don’t need to feel this way now. There’s nothing in this lifetime that’s causing me to feel this way. It’s just something I wanted to heal, and now with this understanding, I will heal it.
Bob: Anything to add about Sunshine’s working with crystals?
Council: Crystals are always good. Some people, when they meditate or just sit in a chair for 15 or 20 minutes, surround themselves – north, south, east, west – with clear quartz. Hold one in your right hand and one in your left hand, and that moves the energy.

Did I Have Past Lives In Atlantis?
This post answers questions for The Council from a reader named, Bluestar Child.
Bluestar: I’ve always been attracted to Atlantis, and I want to know if I had a life or lives there? If the answer is yes, I would like to know my work in those lives.
Council: You had two lives in Atlantis, that we see. In one life you took care of growing plants and food. You set up different areas with a grid of crystals around them to help the plants grow. You played music over the crops, and you tended to take care of these plants, some to put in a house to take care of the environment, some were crops to eat food, and some were just to be around the outside of the home for the energy that came forth from these plants.
And so you did a lot of that work in that particular life. You were in charge of many of the people there, teaching them how to grow and take care of the spirit in each plant. And by touching on that spirit, that’s how you maintained that every plant, every vegetable, everything that grew, was healthy and never turned brown and died. It was always perfect. And that was that one particular life.
In another life when Atlantis did sink, you were there working in the health field. You worked in the temples to take care of the people that came with injuries, or some sort of sickness in some organ that you would be able to identify just by touching the person. And with that information, you would know what healing room to put them in.
And you were there in the end and you didn’t survive the sinking of Atlantis. You were helping many of the children, the adults, and the elderly try to get away, but you did go down with the sinking of Atlantis. In that particular life you were a woman, and in the life where you took care of the crops, the plants, and the food, you were a male.
Bluestar: Did I incarnate with my twin flame in Atlantis?
Council: In Atlantis, they never had a mindset of a twin flame. The belief was, you were all connected and you were all of one. And so, whoever you got together with in each of those two lifetimes, was a choice of both of you to be together, but there was no soulmate or twin flame. In Atlantis you were all connected.
And so we send you love, we send you happiness, we send you energy to raise your vibration, and the ability to look inside yourself and around you so you can appreciate yourself, and appreciate everything you have around you, and to go forward and look for the fun and the happiness.

Can The Council Help Me Overcome My Insomnia?
This post answers questions for The Council from a reader named, Violet.
Violet: My question is about my insomnia. It’s been a chronic problem for years and no medications or natural supplements seem to be helping me anymore, taking a toll on my life.
Council: We see this.
Violet: What could be the reason for this insomnia?
Council: Well we’d say in your reality what you’re living now makes a lot of sense. In a past life it was very dangerous for you to go to sleep. You belonged to one of the so-called gangs on the street in France in the early 1800s, and you committed a crime and were thrown in jail.
Now back at that time what happened when you were thrown in jail was that you were automatically going to have your head cut off or be hung, but you never knew when because the guards would sneak into the cell in the middle of the night and drag out whoever was picked to be killed. So living that way you and many others were afraid to go to sleep because you didn’t know once you fell asleep if they would come in and grab you and take you out and execute you.
So that memory is still with you, And what’s needed now is to make this connection that the fear of sleeping and keeps you awake is a memory that you brought in with you. So when you start to, what we call connect the dots, you can realize that’s why this is happening. It should begin with understanding to lighten up and eventually go away.
So we’d say the best thing for you to do would be to meditate on this past life. And read up on how prisoners were treated in French prisons and you’ll know, you’ll get a feeling when you read about these things, of what you went through. And so when you relive that life through reading something or watching something, the connection is made and the insomnia will begin to go away.
So meditate. When you go to sleep, many people put white light around them and ask to have a peaceful night. And for you, it would always be to tell yourself that you are safe. That was then, this is now, and it’s just something that you brought in. You wanted to remember this past life and wanted to know you could have the control and the safety of sleeping and feeling good. And that’s what you’re trying to heal at this time.
Violet: Can The Council orient me as to how to overcome this huge challenge and live normally?
Council: Just make the connection to this past life. And at this time it’s important for you when you make the connection to know that was then, and yes I was executed, but look at this, I’m a spirit, I’m back, I’m fine, and I’m living this life because I wanted to discover this past life and know that now I have the choice of making it heal, and making it go away, and mainly making it safe for yourself. That’s what is needed at this time.

Did My Partner Pre-Plan His Prostate Cancer?
This post answers questions for The Council from a reader named, Lizzy.
Lizzy: My life partner was recently diagnosed with localized Stage 4 prostate cancer, which was a huge shock for both of us because we didn’t expect anything like this. I’ve been interested in topics like pre-birth agreements for some time and I’d like to ask: Is this a disease my partner wanted to experience?
Council: This disease wasn’t specifically called for, but it was some sort of disease, some sort of malady that would bring the both of you together, to work together to find a way to deal with it. And so at this time what was created was the prostate problem.
And so a Stage 4 prostate cancer in your reality is a time where they would suggest surgery, and if you’re comfortable with this, then it’s fine to go in that direction. If you’re not comfortable with it – and the choice is always yours – then you should explore other modalities, other things that can help.
And so you will create this now, step by step, how you want it to go, how you want to experience it. But it was specifically to bring the two of you to work together as you look for a way to heal, a way to show other people that will hear your stories or know what’s going on.
So you’re out there on the leading edge deciding which way to go and then to see it working, without doubt, to see, yes, this will work, this sounds right. This feels good. Follow what feels good. It’s now the time in this reality where everyone is learning how to follow their feelings. And so we would say, explore that.
Lizzy: Is there another reason why my partner has prostate cancer at such a young age?
Council: It’s just that the time was right for both of you to experience some sort of episode where there was a medical problem, and it has gone to prostate cancer.
Lizzy: What message is this disease supposed to be telling my partner?
Council: The message is to explore, to learn more, not to be frightened by a medical diagnosis, but to know in your heart that when you believe, when you research and you find something that feels right, to follow it and know that it will work. And so it’s learning with your feelings, learning from the knowledge you have, and to learn how not to doubt, but to go forward.
Lizzy: We talk about this disease openly because I know he needs it and I try to be supportive.
Council: Wonderful.
Lizzy: I’m reading a lot on the internet about prostate cancer and I’m looking for ways to help him even more. I started helping by cooking him healthier and lighter meals.
Council: How does that make you feel? Is that working?
Lizzy: I’ve read that cauliflower, broccoli, and celery are good for the prostate. Am I on the right track?
Council: If you were to read and believe that drinking soda every day would help it, if you truly believe it, it will work. So the point here is to find what you believe. Ah ha, this will work, this sounds good. When you have that ah-ha moment, follow it.
Lizzy: Are there any other superfoods that could help him to heal?
Council: Well if you continue to read in your reality, what’s been created is tomatoes are wonderful for the prostate. The zinc vitamin is excellent for the prostate. Large amounts of Vitamin C are good for the prostate. And yet if you were to read that and not believe that could work, it won’t. The lesson here is to feel what feels right. Acknowledge what feels right no matter what it is that you want to try. When it feels right and it gives you hope, and you know this can work, you should follow whatever it is.
And so continue to read up on it and maybe there will be more that you will feel will work. But we’d say at this point to do the color breathing, not only of the first chakra but all the chakras, and Bob will send that to you.
Lizzy: In general I try to stay positive because I know it’s important. But the more I think about it, I feel like I’m struggling because I don’t know what to do to help him heal.
Council: Ah ha. Just the word, struggle, brings on doubt and brings on the feeling of being helpless. And so now you should think: I know what to do. I’m searching for it and I will get the answer by reading and feeling what gives me more hope. What’s the thought that gives me more hope? What is it that we should do? And follow that.
Lizzy: Is there anything you would recommend?
Council: Of course, meditation every day. And the part of the body – in your reality there’s an explanation for this – the prostate is moving forward, going forward in your life. So if there’s a fear about the future, it could cause prostate cancer. If there’s a fear of money or career it would also cause this prostate problem. So look at what’s not working, or what’s causing you the most trouble in this life, and work on that.
Lizzy: His Urologist has recommended that my partner have surgery. That would mean we wouldn’t be able to have the children we want so badly. Is there any other option?
Council: Well there’s always the adoption option. But again we’d say research this, and if it’s possible, and you feel the only way to go forward now is to work with the sperm and have it frozen so that you can use it in the future, then by all means do that. You must follow what feels good to the two of you. That’s what’s being taught by all of us spirits that are out there channeling and teaching everyone that’s ready, everyone that’s wanting to grow, that now is the time when you need an answer, follow your feelings.
Lizzy: The only thing we could think of right now is sperm cryopreservation. Is that the path we should take?
Council: It’s not necessary right now while you do the research. If you feel, after trying other things or looking for other methods that feel right, if nothing feels right, then go in the direction of cryopreservation.
Lizzy: My life so far has taught me that every unpleasant situation has a hidden gift.
Council: And this will show the both of you are the creator. How you think about things, what you choose to focus on, you will see coming into your life. So no one can create for you. You will learn how to create by your research, by your thoughts, by your feelings, and you will learn that, yes, we are creating what happens in our lives.
Lizzy: Is there some gift for our relationship hidden in this disease?
Council: Always to bring you closer, always to learn how to rely on the spirit, rely on that you both have chosen this, and to go forward. There’s a great adventure in front of you. As long as you get rid of the fear, go on this adventure. You’ve chosen to do this together, and so you are fulfilling it. And now create the outcome that you want.
Lizzy: Is this disease meant to push us in a different direction in this life?
Council: It’s to help you become more of who you really are.

Why Isn’t My Healing Practice Moving Forward?
This post answers questions for The Council from a reader named, Healer.
Healer: I know I’ve come into this lifetime as a healer, and I’ve been a healer many lifetimes before. I’ve felt this pull to do healing work for so many years. I’ve formally studied a few healing modalities, specifically Kinesiology, Flower Essences, Reiki, and Craniosacral Therapy. I’m now trying to get my healing business going, but I’m getting very few clients, less than one a month. The clients I’ve seen have seemed very happy with their session, yet they don’t return. Why is that?
Council: In this particular reality you wanted to learn about healing, but you wanted to teach healing, to come up with an idea of how to combine all of these practices and make one that works the best for you and then teach other people about it.
When these people come to see you, we would say the energy you put out there is important. And so it’s important for you to see your clients as being well, to tell them you see them well, and then to begin the healing work on them. Give them ideas on how to move forward and heal themselves. And that’s what you really wanted to do, to have them leave you with practices they can do and then come back and tell you about it.
It would be good for you to give some free sessions every now and then so people get to know you. But in those free sessions still be able to offer something that would help them, that they can do on their own. People more and more are learning now that they want to heal themselves. So that would be your successful part of it, to teach others how to help themselves, and they will return to you. But it was the teaching part that you were more interested in at this time.
And so eventually, if they have places you can go and give a class, make up your own way to heal, tell people what to look for and give them simple steps to do, people will begin to hear about you and then you’ll have more and more clients.
Healer: Can you please help me to understand why my healing practice isn’t moving forward?
Council: Because it’s not just the healing, it’s also the teaching. And when you concentrate with the intention of finding a way of putting everything you’ve learned together, mix it up and find simple little steps, even if it’s three or four steps you can tell each person something they can do to feel better, that would be the purpose you wanted this particular lifetime.
So you’ll have both. You’ll have clients that come for healings, and you’ll have people that come to learn what you have to offer.
Bob: Are you suggesting that the ones that are learning what you have to offer, be it in classes or one to one…
Council: Both.
Healer: Is this my true path?
Council: Yes it is.
Healer: Am I blocking it in some way, or perhaps I’m just not good at what I do?
Council: You are very good at what you do. But you want the confidence to come, the joy to come, when you put out with love how you feel about people, and the intention of not only wanting to help them heal, but the intention was to teach them how to heal themselves. That is your purpose.

Will My Brother And I Heal Our Relationship?
This post answers questions for The Council from a reader named, Diana.
Diana: Thank you for your amazing work. My question is: Will my brother and I ever have healing in this lifetime? He denies the emotional abuse I experienced from our narcissistic parents, and he’s been pushing me away my whole life.
Council: Did it ever cross your thoughts that he denies this because it’s very painful for him to realize what you’ve gone through? And perhaps he’s gone through some things that he’s not ready to deal with? It’s not about wanting to push you away or not believing you, but about the uncomfortable feelings that it stirs within him.
Diana: On some level he does care though and wants to have some contact, but only if I never mention my experience or pain.
Council: We’d like to ask you at this point, are you constantly bringing this abuse up with him? It’s like he has a wound in his heart and you keep sticking your finger in it. He’s heard what you have to say and it makes him very uncomfortable. Yes, he’d like to have a relationship with you, but are you basing it on that you must talk about your abuse many times? Why aren’t you letting go of it?
If it’s you that wants this relationship, then it’s good for you to get to a place where you can realize it’s best, for now, not to speak of abuse, and to build your relationship without that part coming forth. And we say that this is for right now. If you can begin a relationship slowly and have it grow, then your brother doesn’t have to be afraid all the time that you’re going to bring up the abuse. When he’s ready he will bring it up, but he has to get to a place where he is ready. Can you allow your brother to grow at his own pace? Can you show compassion? Can you show love and have a relationship with him?
Diana: This doesn’t feel authentic to me so I’ve slightly distanced myself and I’m grieving a lot because I love him so much.
Council: Why do you think it’s not authentic to stay away from a painful subject right now? Why must it be authentic only if you can talk about this abuse? There’s pain involved in this, pain that you went through, and pain that he goes through.
And again we say it’s very important for you to look at yourself. Why must you bring up this abuse? You are keeping yourself in a painful situation. You are creating the distance because you need to talk about it and your brother doesn’t. You are ready, but he is not. So can you come together and start to build a relationship without talking about the abuse? You are keeping yourself in that relationship, in that situation that you went through, that was painful.
And this is all for your own growth to realize, what is your part in this? Why is it so important to speak about the abuse to someone who’s not ready? Perhaps you can find someone that will help you and talk with you about this, but if you truly want this relationship with your brother, you can leave out the abuse. And you can both come together and heal, and feel loving feelings for each other in time. The choice is always yours.
Diana: Will he ever understand, accept, and acknowledge my truth?
Council: Yes, eventually this can happen, but for now, can you let go of the subject of abuse?
Diana: Or will I also have to detach from him like I’ve detached from my parents? This leaves me completely alone.
Council: Detaching at this point will keep you alone and keep you feeling hurt. So why must you detach? It’s just a simple choice of, right now we will not talk about this abuse. Right now we’ll build a loving, caring relationship with each other by talking about other things and experiencing other things, and finding happy things to share. If this is what you want, then go in the direction of love. Go in the direction of joy. Go in the direction of compassion for yourself and your brother. When you choose this you’ll have the relationship you want.
We send you all blessings, and thoughts of happiness, and thoughts of love, and joy, and seeing the energy around you growing and becoming more beautiful, and you feel lighter than you’ve ever felt before because you are light. Let it shine.

Is Humanity Ready For The Information I Plan To Offer In My Workshop?

Just Me Again: I never went to Cambodia.
Bob: Apparently Just Me Again asked The Council about going to Cambodia in a previous question.
Just Me Again: Not only because of not wanting to leave my cat behind, but also because life happened and I had to learn some more. I got retrenched and moved to a small town in the countryside. My brother took his own life in the early stages of Covid, and I brought my mother to stay with me in this small town, as we were both struggling with my brother’s death.
Council: It was pre-arranged that you and your mother would always be there for one another. So whether she was there for you as a child and it’s your turn now to be there for her, it’s an agreement and commitment you made, and it’s still your choice whether you would follow through on it.
Just Me Again: I’m working on a project to create a center where we offer a 10-day residential retreat for women, not only to empower them, but also for them to return home with knowledge to also empower their families and communities. It’s a holistic program to help these women understand how to deal with the baggage they carry, learn about self-love and forgiveness, discover their gifts and abilities, etc., and focus on working with high-vibration tools like flower essences, crystals and gemstones, and consciously consuming high vibration food, etc.
Council: And we’d say at this point, the best teachers are the ones that haven’t learned about crystals and essences from books, but have used it in their life so that you can give an example of what happens. Right now, people are very interested in knowing how it works. How do you know it works? So we’d say look into this program that you wish to develop, and how you’ll develop it.
But we’d say at this point going forward in your reality it’s very important to teach about vibrations, how to get into a higher vibration, how to stay there, and how to use your mind to create with your feelings, and with your images. We’d say this is very important for you to add to your program and to teach this, and then it will be very successful.
And have stories about yourself, and about others you know who have used the tools you’re going to give these women, and how it affected them. How did they make the change? People get hope when they hear success stories. And that is part of your path.
Just Me Again: There will also be workshops following the 10 days to teach creating your own high-vibration medicine.
Council: Wonderful.
Just Me Again: I resonated with your previous advice about having a past life in Atlantis and it feels like memories are coming back, and much of the center is based on guidance downloads that I’m receiving.
Council: So ask your higher self to give you memories of your past life in Atlantis, or any other life where you were in a healing capacity. And keep asking, because at this point in your reality, what we see is many, many people now will start to depend on their higher self, even though some people don’t realize the higher self and your human self are one entity. Even if they separate it, asking your higher self for information, it will always come, and it will come in your feelings.
And so it’s important that you teach people how to feel, how to ask a question and feel. That’s how the answers will come going forward in your reality. And this way you’re pointing others in the right direction. Develop the vibration and learn how to stay in it. Talk to your higher self and sit and wait for the feeling. You will get your answers.
Just Me Again: It is a process of downloading this information I am receiving. I feel there’s still more to come.
Council: There is much more to come.
Just Me Again: I’d like to ask a few questions. Although I’m not giving the long version of the program here, does The Council feel that humanity is ready to receive the straightforward basic knowledge of what I have to offer at this time?
Council: Definitely. We say to go forward with this plan. When you think of it, does it make you excited? Do you feel joy? There’s your feeling. Do it.
Just Me Again: Will the program be as effective as I believe it will be?
Council: Yes, if you gather enough information and experiences, it will be very successful.
Just Me Again: And is there any guidance from The Council?
Council: We feel we’ve given it to you (laughs).
Just Me Again: If funds for this project are approved, I’ll take my mother with me to the center, as I’ve committed to taking care of her.
Council: Yes, you have.
Just Me Again: She’s very open to all this new information, loves reading, going through my books on these topics, and she’s 80 years old. Will it be the right thing to take her with me? The funding will allow me to get special care for her on the premises, and allow me to follow my calling at the same time.
Council: Talk to her about your plans and what you’re going to teach, because she’ll be aware of this stuff and she’ll use it in her own way. So make your mother part of the discoveries.
Just Me Again: Are there perhaps any messages from my father and/or brother who are both on the other side? Or any other messages from anyone that I need to receive right now?
Council: Of course we’d say the only message that they give is feeling proud of supporting you on your path, and of sending love so that you can create what you thought you’d like to do in spirit. And so they are on their path, and they are learning in the spirit. They are planning new lives, and they are helping others. And so when you ask if they have messages, the one big message is they always send you love, because they want you to get through this reality by having accomplished what you planned in spirit.
Just Me Again: Are there perhaps any other lifetimes with knowledge of high-vibration healing and tools that The Council wants to make me aware of that may assist me in establishing this program?
Council: We’d say read everything you can on Atlantis. Read everything you can on Lemuria. In the early parts of Egypt, they used a lot of teachings from Atlantis, and then we’d say they added their spin to it. Study early healings from Egypt. Learn what they did in the temples. And as you begin to remember this, your knowledge will grow. You’ll get new ideas that you don’t have now to put into your programs, and this is a wonderful adventure.
Bob: So are you saying that Just Me Again had past lives in Lemuria, Atlantis, and Egypt, all three.
Council: Yes
And so we send you all blessings. And remember to have fun on this journey that you’ve created for yourself, and to have fun with the spirits around you that you’ve welcomed into your life. And always, always show kindness, and love, and compassion.

What Is The Source Of My Mood Swings, Anger, And Rage?
This post answers questions for The Council from a reader named, Elizabeth.
Elizabeth: I continue to go through a major shift in perception. I feel as though I’m learning so much about life, self-healing work, etc. However, while trying to heal, I’ve yet to understand my mood swings and the source of my anger and rage.
Council: This happens now at a time in your reality where many people are dealing with emotions: anger, happiness, depression, and feeling very uplifted. It’s the time with a mass agreement for people to go through this because it will take your planet, your reality, to a higher level.
And so it’s important right now to pay attention to your feelings. Do not fear them. Let your feelings come up and then always try to focus the energy of love on every emotion. You’ll begin to feel different. It’s a way you’ll learn to control your emotions. Accept them when they come, acknowledge them, and then always put the stamp of love on each emotion.
And so follow the ups and downs that your higher self is showing you and you’ll move forward and you’ll learn much more about your life and purpose here. You’ll have more confidence and we can guarantee you’ll move forward.
Elizabeth: I want to learn to control my anger and rage, and how to release it in a healthy way.
Council: Not so much to control it, but to let it come and then say to yourself, “Anger is here again. Anger is paying me a visit. What does it remind me of? What could it be that causes this anger? Is it here just for me to change it?” And many times that’s the reason. It just comes up and you need to do the work where you don’t say, “Go away.” You say, “Hello, anger. You’re part of this life, but now we’re going to make you feel better.”
And you’ll put love and pink light all over yourself and all over the thought of anger. Try to picture what it looks like. What shape does it have? Put pink light on it and you’ll see and learn many things. Just accept it.
Elizabeth: I realize anger is disguised sadness. It seems so ingrained in me and comes at times I don’t even understand. Is it a loss of control?
Council: Of course it’s loss of control, but it comes from other lifetimes which aren’t important to delve into. Just know: Okay, I’m carrying this, I created this in spirit to be happening so I could learn how to change it.
Elizabeth: If it is loss of control, where did I learn the need to want it, and the fear of losing it?
Council: In other lifetimes when there was loss of control, when there was too strenuous a life for you, when there was no ifs or buts, you wanted things a certain way and they wouldn’t happen. And so you bounced around each side of the coin. What does it feel like to have control? What does it feel like not to have control? It doesn’t matter when this happened. Only that you look at it now and you think: Okay, these feelings, they may be coming from other times, they may be coming now only because I’ve asked it to come forward so I could heal it.
Elizabeth: If the anger and sadness are from childhood trauma, what’s the event I need to look at to understand and allow myself peace and grace?
Council: There’s nothing in your current particular life you need to look at. What you called forth is feelings from other lives. You called forth the lesson to learn how to change these feelings. And many, many in your reality want to learn how to work with their mind on a great scale to change things. And that’s why the feelings are so powerful. It’s now on a great scale all over your reality, people trying to learn how to work with their mind because that’s how you create.
Elizabeth: I know love is the answer…
Council: Yes it is.
Elizabeth: …yet sometimes the rage consumes me. Can you help?
Council: Feel your rage, say hello to it, get ahold of your thoughts, your mind, and say, “I’ve created this because I want to learn how to become more of the spiritual person I am, and I’m now going to infuse this thought and this feeling with love. And I’ll do it with my mind.
Happiness and blessings to everyone. Enjoy yourself. Find your power. Every day create happiness, even if it’s for the littlest thing because when you’re in that vibration, you’ll be able to bring into your life at any time what will give you happiness on a longer basis. So have fun with it.

How Can I Stop My Adopted Cat’s Itchiness?
This post answers questions for The Council from a reader named, Kristine.
Kristine: I adopted a beautiful cat last year and she’s been itching on the sides of her head and behind her ears and neck the whole time I’ve had her, which would have started prior to the adoption. The vet thought she had a food allergy and put her on a hypoallergenic diet.
Council: It’s a sound vibration. The cat is feeling a tingle or a vibration from a sound. Apparently, we see this cat, as a kitten, fell and there was some movement. We would put this as easily as possible for you to understand. There was some movement in the ears, so this cat is sensitive to sound and hears and feels some sounds.
This cat needs a lot of loving care and a lot of attention. It should always have a quiet atmosphere. You can do some healing on this cat. You don’t have to know anything special. You can just put your hands on the cat and send love from your heart We see, in time, if you keep doing this, the sound will become less and less, and there’s a possibility of it fading.
There’s no medicine that’s needed. Massage is needed for the cat’s neck, under the ears, and around the body to make it feel comfortable. That’s what we see and what we recommend for this wonderful kitty.
Bob: If a human was having this problem might you recommend craniosacral therapy?
Council: That’s also wonderful if you can find a craniosacral therapist that works on animals, and they are out there. But no loud music, no loud noise, and no yelling. This cat must be in a calm atmosphere.
And of course, the spirit of the cat, just like a human, has choices. When it begins to feel safe and it no longer wants to hear this noise, when it’s used to being in the quiet, it will choose not to hear this noise anymore.
Kristine: The vet thought she had a food allergy and put her on a hypoallergenic diet, which she was on for at least five months, and she continued to itch and bleed.
Council: We don’t see that’s the problem.
Kristine: Friends suggested the cat might have fleas, but the treatment for fleas didn’t work. I kept her inside and stopped using any fragrances and perfumes and that hasn’t worked.
Council: The cat is feeling the vibration of this sound in her head.
Kristine: I’ve taken her to the vet four times and they want her on medication for the rest of her life, even though they have no idea what the cause is, and I won’t do that to her. I’m so horribly stressed and feel awful for her, but I don’t know what else to do.
Council: It’s important for you to meditate and not add to the cat’s stress. The cat will feel your vibration. And so, you have to come with love to this cat, with confidence, with the feeling that the cat is well, and telling the cat it’s well. And that all your love, together with the cat, will help it feel better. Come from your heart. Put your hands on the cat, and send love daily, at least for 10 minutes.
Kristine: Council, please, what can you see? Why is she itching all the time? I want her to have the best life with me. I adore her and I just want her to be happy. She’s all I have.
Besides the scratching, is she happy I adopted her?
Council: Oh yes. There’s great happiness there, so bond closely and just tell her that together you’ll help her feel better.
Kristine: Is there anything else I can do to make her feel loved and happy?
Council: It’s the massage every day. It’s the quietness. No loud surroundings and no tension. The tension also adds to the vibration she hears and feels. Calmness, which will help both of you, we see you both need it. So you’ve come together to both learn to be calm.
Bob: And as far as the hypoallergenic food is concerned, she can feed the cat whatever she wants?
Council: Exactly. If the cat likes the hypoallergenic food, then, yes, continue it.
Kristine: Your love and guidance is beyond appreciated. Love and appreciation, Kristine.
Council: Love to you and your cat on your journey.

Do Friends Or Family Have Bad Intentions Affecting Our Health?

LovePeace: My family is struggling with bad health ever since we moved to Atlanta. We’re continuously getting sick, which is highly unusual for us.
Council: Was this move to Atlanta wanted? Were your thoughts positive and excited about this part of your life that was coming up?
We’d say to everyone that your health is controlled by your thoughts and by your vibration. It’s wise to remember, everything must, must, must start in vibration. There are negative thoughts that lower your vibration. There are positive thoughts that bring your vibration up into a place where you feel good. When you’re in that higher vibration you cannot stay sick. Sickness is in a lower vibration and it feeds the body differently. When you’re in a positive vibration, stay in that vibration as much as you can. How do you stay in it? You find things to be grateful for. You think of all the things that you have accomplished in your life, of things that you’ve gone through and it’s made you feel good.
Concentrate on what you want your life to be like. Imagine it in detail. Do you want to be married? Do you want to move again? Do you want a big family? Do you want a career? What is it? See it. And the more you can see it, you will feel it. When you feel it, it must happen. This is daily work that needs to be done. Change the vibration. When it changes your health must, must, must change.
According to what you’re saying here, everyone isn’t in a great feeling vibration. One person gets sick and another person will be afraid they’ll catch it or they’ll get sick. So now everyone is in this vibration of fear of what’s going on here. Maybe this move wasn’t a good move because we’re all sick. The move is fine. It’s your thoughts that must change. Atlanta will be a wonderful place to live. This is what we want when we’re here. Stay in the positive thoughts. That’s how you change your health. It must start in vibration. How do you get a higher vibration? You do it with your thoughts. You’re in control of this.
There’s no need to fear what’s happening. According to the way everyone’s been thinking, everyone has been getting sick. So now change it. It’s that simple. We say here, it’s not always easy for you in your reality to do it, but it’s a simple answer. Change your thoughts.
LovePeace: These sicknesses also take a long time to get better.
Council: Ah, and what does that tell you? The thoughts are taking up much of this time. And so, again, change it.
You can feel really sick, and while you’re sitting at home laying in bed, you can control your thoughts. See yourself as feeling better. Oh, I’m walking around. Oh, I don’t need medicine. Oh, I feel relaxed. You can do that while you’re sick. When you see it, when you imagine it and begin to feel it, with this imagery you’ll change what’s going on in your physical reality.
LovePeace: It can affect our work schedule and our kid’s school schedule.
Council: Of course, that’s how it works. Vibration and energy don’t stay in one area of your life. It hits other areas. So if you aren’t feeling well, it can affect how you take care of your children or how you take care of your house. Can you go to work? It’s like a domino effect. It’s important what you think.
LovePeace: I’ve been having some issues with friends and family, as well. I want to check if any of them has the evil eye or bad intentions that are contributing to our bad health.
Council: There’s no evil eye unless you believe in this. There’s only energy, and the energy that you surround yourself with is what’s important. And so there’s only a curse of an evil eye if you believe it. Even if you have the thought: Is it possible? Of course, if you think that, it will be possible, but nothing happens, nothing will touch you when you work with positive thoughts. Surround yourself in beautiful pink light and know that it’s healing and love. That’s what you need.
LovePeace: Please provide guidance on how we can keep healthy and happy.
Council: We believe we’ve done that.
This we can tell you: You can accomplish this. We see, if you choose to do the work, you’ll all be better. And so, now it’s your choice. Do you choose love and positivity, or do you choose fear? It’s only you that will create what happens in your life.

What Can I Do About My Temper Towards My Child?
This post answers questions for The Council from an anonymous reader who’s having difficulty with her temper towards one of her children.
Anon: I’ve been loosing my temper terribly lately with one of my children and it’s stressful for the whole family. Many of their behaviors trigger me and I can’t seem to regain my composure once I’ve lost it. I’m generally not a volatile person, just with this child.
Council: In one life we see this child was your father and he was very strict with you growing up. And so it was an intention of both of you to switch roles this time, but instead of you being the strict parent, you would be the understanding parent. You would be the parent who watches the child , sees what it does, and then teaches it along the way.
In another life you were living in an orphanage and there was no way for you to do anything you wanted to do. You were living the Cinderella story, the part where she works and works, and is always told what to do.
So things that go on in your life now when people don’t behave the way you want, or people do things that upset you, it will trigger these memories. And so now is the time to realize these feelings are brought forth from another life and they wish to be healed.
When your children get on your nerves, think of how you would have been in an orphanage, constantly working, being told what to do, no freedom, and no understanding. Imagine what it would be like to have a father that’s so strict and allows you to do nothing.
And so you, with these other souls, have come together to have a better life, to face some of the similar lessons, but to turn this situation around.
Anon: What can I do and where does this come from?
Council: You can ask before you go to bed at night to have memories of these lives, or to have dreams, or just imagine. Use your imagination. What would that have been like? And as you do this you’ll get more understanding.
Anon: Things feel busy right now and I’m stretched thin. I’m often parenting alone. There are activities, school, work, visitors, and neighborhood dramas, but it feels like an excuse to link my behavior to any of that.
Council: But can you imagine when you’re an older child in this orphanage having to take care of many of the little ones that were there? It’s the same scenario.
Anon: I guess I’m wondering how to be more resilient, more present, and less triggered. I’m very interested in The Council’s thoughts.
Council: It’s so important for you to try and tune into these other lives, as we say with a meditation, or asking for dreams, or even just using your imagination.
When your children annoy you, or something happens and you’re stressed, and you’re tired, and there’s so much to do, if you can stop at that point and remember: I can handle this now. It’s not the same scenario. It’s not as bad as it was in this other life.
And as you realize that, you will become calmer, you’ll find a better way to handle each situation instead of going into those feelings that are brought forth from these other lifetimes. Just remember, this is information to guide you. And with this information you can change how you feel, and that’s what’s important.

Follow-up Question About Whether Tooth Health Problem Is From This Lifetime Or Another

Anon: Thank you, Bob and Cynthia, for answering my questions in your post, and for your help. I’d like to ask for some clarification on the part of that post where you say that my problem comes from another time. Are you talking about another time in my current life, or from another lifetime?
Council: It is both, but we’d say because it’s your desire to focus your attention in your current lifetime, we ask you to stay with your concerns about your current lifetime. When you clear up this problem with your teeth that you’ve brought from another time, when you clear it up here, you also clear up what comes from the past. Energy is energy. It was your desire to work on this problem and we’d say, concentrate on the present, knowing that all will be released and all will heal when you do this work.
Anon: If it’s from another lifetime, is there anything I need to do?
Council: You need to work on this now, in the present. Concentrate on healing. You can have the thought that, “As I heal this, I release the past and everything is healed.”
Anon: Do I need to clear that energy or do something to help my current life?
Council: Work on your chakras.
Bob: So you’re recommending the chakra breathing to release what’s coming up from another time in their current lifetime as well as in a past lifetime?
Council: Yes. It will heal on all levels.

How Can I Improve The Health Of My Teeth?

Anon: I’d like to ask The Council about my teeth. I’ve had problems with my teeth for a long time, but it was only during the last couple of years or so that I’ve really been trying to change things to improve my teeth. There have been some improvements, but some things still keep getting worse. I’ve changed my diet, I’ve done a lot of Rife Frequencies, used the Perkl-Light machine a lot, and brushed my teeth with homemade tooth powder, which is supposed to help and be better for you than over-the-counter toothpastes.
It has become really frustrating at times doing all this and trying to keep positive and upbeat in this process. What else can I do, or what else do I need to do to better my teeth’s health?
Council: All of what you’re doing is good, but we want you to go back to working energetically first. You’ll work on the 5th Chakra and the 6th Chakra, and you’ll do the color breathing and the visualization that goes with this.
We see here there’s also a deep (what you’d consider) subconscious belief that what you’re trying isn’t working and that you’ll be frustrated from this. This comes from another time, not so much with your teeth, but you experienced a lot of frustrations where things in your life weren’t going well. In your current life what you wanted to do was to stand in your truth and talk about how you felt. You wanted to be able to talk with kindness about how you’re being spoken to, how you’re being treated, and how not to (we’d say) swallow it or keep it in.
Talk more about what you want, what you agree with, and what you don’t agree with. This is so you can live your truth in your current lifetime. Talk about what you want. Don’t keep the dreams bottled up inside. Talk about them. Talk about people that treat you kindly, and thank them and appreciate them. Talk about the people that don’t treat you kindly and how you feel this is affecting your own self-esteem. It’s affecting things that you believe. It’s good to talk. Keep it going.
Also we move to your ears. Listen to what people tell you. Give them time. And as they talk, don’t think about your answer, or what you think it means, or what you think it doesn’t mean, but listen to them. Give people the attention they want and they are here needing.
When you speak and when you listen, the whole problem you have with your mouth will disappear.
Bob: So you’re suggesting that the problems that Anonymous is having with their teeth is related to communication and listening?
Council: Yes.
Unfortunately there’s a saying that this person is always in their head. Come out of your head, think of how you feel, the way people speak to you, and think of how what you say to another person makes them feel. The connection will be made and you’ll see the difference in your teeth.

How Can I Alleviate My Neck And Shoulder Pain?
This post answers questions for The Council from a reader named, Vertigo.
Vertigo: Hi. I’m wondering if The Council has any advice for my neck and shoulder pain. It started a couple months ago and my entire right arm hurts and tingles throughout the day. A Physical Therapist says it’s a nerve compression issue, but so far no actual therapy helps. The pain is only a 2 or 3 out of 10, but it’s really bothersome and it’s a major distraction from the rest of my life.
Council: What we see here, and of course we always start in energy first, but your 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th chakras aren’t fully working the way they should be. At this point we advise you to start every day or every other day doing the chakra breathing and spend a little more time on the 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th chakras. Once these chakras are aligned and working clearly, then you’ll address in your physical reality the compressed nerves in your neck and the right side of your head.
Physical Therapy is a wonderful thing, but it doesn’t release the nerve compression. And so we advise you to find a Chiropractor that you hear good things about and you can believe in, and have the Chiropractor work on the compressed nerves. If you start working on an energetic level first and then take the steps in the physical plane to work on the physical part that’s bothering you, you’ll be able to relieve the compressed nerves and the pain will be relieved.
Bob: Any suggestions on how long Vertigo should work with the energy and the chakras before seeking Chiropractic help?
Council: It’s always up to the person how difficult they find doing this, or if their intention is to work with this and see it working and feel it working. Do some visual work while you go into the chakras. What do you think you see? The more you do this, the faster the chakra healing will come in. We can’t give you a timeline because you are the creator. You will create when you are to heal this and how you are to heal this. And so we’d say when you’re working with the chakras and when it feels comfortable and you feel just a little different, then we advise you to go ahead with the Chiropractor and the physical part.
Bob: Do you recommend any sort of visualization during the chakra meditations for easing up the compressed nerves?
Council: You will do the correct breathing and use the correct colors. Start by going into your heart. What do you think it looks like in there? When you look at that green energy, do you see anything? You may not in the beginning, but keep asking the questions: Is it dull, heavy energy? Is it clear? Is it flowing? Does your heart chakra want to show you anything?
Then move up to the throat and you’ll work with the symbol for this chakra and the beautiful light blue. Again, do you see light blue all around your throat? Do you see it only on one side? Ask your throat what it wishes to show you.
Then move up to the Third Eye. Ask the same questions. What is in the Third Eye? How does the indigo color look? Is there something your Third Eye needs? Is there something your Third Eye would like to get rid of and show you?
Then move to your crown. Do you see the beautiful purple energy coming down into your Crown Chakra? Is there a nice flow of energy? Does it stop and go? Is your Crown Chakra accepting this purple energy? Is there something you can see? Is there a picture? Is something in the way of the purple energy? Is there something your Crown Chakra needs?
Play with this, and as you do you’ll see changes begin to happen.
Bob: But you don’t recommend any specific visualization for the nerve decompression?
Council: When you go and seek the physical help, as the Chiropractor is working on you, you can see yourself healing. See the Chiropractor releasing the compressed nerves and feel relieved that things are beginning to feel so much better.
All seven chakras are good to work on, but take more time on the 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th chakras.
Bob: Is it worthwhile discussing what may have caused this nerve compression?
Council: There are some memories there. There’s also some stress that comes from the current lifetime. It’s just the weak point where the stress has landed, but we see that this can be fixed.

Are My Past Lives Affecting My Addictions In My Current Life?

Spiritual Girl: Due to my alcohol and cigarette addictions, I’d like to ask The Council about my past life experiences, and are they affecting my ability to deal with these addictions in my current reality?
Council: Yes, your past lives are affecting how you deal with these addictions in your current reality. In your current life you just wanted to have more life experience concerning addictions.
We see here two lives in the 1800s. One as a young man who was murdered because of his gambling addiction, and that was something you wanted to experience.
Then there was a life where you were sick and you were addicted to a drug that was called laudanum at that time.
You experienced two lives with addictions and wished to have more experiences around addictions so that when you plan in the future to not come into a physical reality, you can help people with addictions from the spirit world. That’s why you’re having more addictions in your current lifetime.
It’s your choice as a spirit to experience these addictions. Take this experience and then help others in the future, which is a wonderful thing.
Bob: Will Spirit Girl be helping others in her current life?
Council: If her life goes forward like it was planned, there will be help for others in her current reality.
Bob: Did Spirit Girl plan to overcome her addictions in her current reality?
Council: Yes, we do see this. Of course Spirit Girl is the creator of her reality, and so she’ll find the help she needs with her addictions when her spirit feels it has enough experience in this part of her life, and then she’ll find a way to turn that experience around.
SG: Also, I have a horrible heartache from being separated from my short-lived relationship with my twin flame (past 20 years). I’ve never had such a beautiful love, and then I had it ripped away from me. It was so painful, but I want to be able to heal the pain.
Council: The past life we see is in the 1800s where you were addicted to laudanum and you were with this person who was the great love of your current life. From the addiction you collapsed one day and died in the street from an overdose.
Bob: It sounds like Spirit Girl is referring to the heartache of being separated in her current life.
Council: Yes. The same person that Spirit Girl separated from in her current lifetime was her lover and then her husband in her past lifetime in the 1800s when she was addicted to laudanum.
Bob: Any suggestion on how Spirit Girl can heal the pain she experiences from this separation in her current life?
Council: To begin with, Spirit Girl can know she and this man have been together in a past life, and if they want to, they’ll be together again in a future life.
The experience of separation is to bring you the knowledge that there’s so much more that you’ve had in a past life, and you can have it again in a future life. You can have again whatever you experienced previously. Be grateful for that, and know there are things that you’ll learn from that experience of separation.
There are questions you can meditate on and get answers to. Before going to sleep, in this state you can talk to this soul from that lifetime or from this lifetime, and you can have that feeling of connection. But always, always know that if it’s wanted, you’ll be together again.
Bob: So it sounds like it would be helpful for Spirit Girl to focus on her connection with this soul rather than on the feeling of separation?
Council: Yes.

What Was My Past Life In Lemuria Like?
This post answers questions for The Council from a reader named, A Lemurian.
Lemurian: I was told in a past life reading that I was a healer from Lemuria, and I’m a Pleiadian. I was also told I had a twin flame relationship with someone in the Pleiades who lives on Alcyone (a star in the Pleiades). I’d like to find out more about this and what my life was like in Lemuria.
Council: In Lemuria the teachings were about healing, oneness, honoring each other, and meditation. You learned how to use your mind to exist and to create what you needed. There was a peaceful atmosphere and there were always positive thoughts. There were times when you’d get together in groups and meditate in temples. And you taught little children about energy and thoughts.
The healing you performed wasn’t so much physical, but with your mind. When you experienced things that were upsetting or things that caused you to be anxious, you knew in that life how to change this, what to meditate on, and what part of the body to focus on. That’s the healing you did in Lemuria.
Lemurian: What was my family like in Lemuria?
Council: Everyone was family in Lemuria. That’s how they existed. Everyone worked together. Everyone learned from each other and cared for each other. There was the experience of unity and oneness. Have you created that here with your family? With your friends? In Lemuria that brought you great joy.
Coming in at this time in your current lifetime, because of what’s going on, in spirit you chose to come here now and to learn again how to focus, how to be positive, and how to be one with your family and friends.
We suggest that in your meditations or quiet time, you go with the elements of nature. That would feel familiar to you. Go within your heart and find that peaceful feeling that you had in Lemuria. It’s there. When you find it and you experience that oneness, that feeling of love for everyone that you’ve created in your life, you wanted to share that feeling and show it, not so much in what you say, but in how you treat yourself and others.
Lemurian: Can I meet my twin flame in my next lifetime, and what was he like?
Council: Your twin flame can be met in your next lifetime if that’s what you want. And because you’re in the midst of creating it, you’ll pick the way you meet, how important that person is in your life, if that person stays with you, or if that person comes into your life only for a while. Will this person turn out to be a parent or a teacher, or a friend? You’ll create that.
You can begin now by thinking about how you’ll want the relationship to be. With your thoughts, see how your meeting will be and live it now. Go into those thoughts and experience them and feel them as if you’re living them now, and you’ll draw them to you.
But wanting to meet this twin soul will come about if, when you create that life, you want that to be. You may want that now instead of in the next life. It’s all up to you.
Lemurian: Can The Council give me any information regarding this twin flame?
Council: Take that feeling of being positive, and no matter what you face and what you experience, when you focus on these feelings, you’ll bring them to you now and your life will improve. The feelings within you will exist with more happiness with what you create. Take all of that and use it in this lifetime. And when others see your attitude becoming gentle and having an acceptance of everything that happens, that’s how you’ll teach others in your current lifetime.

We send you the love that’s within you that you can experience at any time when you focus on your heart and ask for signs of who you really are. How Can I Overcome My Fear Of The Sea?
This post answers questions for The Council from a reader named, Mystik Mermayde, in response to our post, Why Am I So Obsessed With Mermaids Since Childhood?
Council: Many people who’ve lived past lives in Lemuria are fascinated by mermaids.
MM: Thank you so much for this great question and answer. As you can see by my screen name, I also love mermaids and the sea. I have a related question for The Council about this which I’d love help with, please. I absolutely adore the sea and everything to do with it, but paradoxically I also have a debilitating phobia of the sea.
Council: You’ve had many lifetimes that were connected to the sea. As a fisherman in one life you worked on the shores and helped build boats. You went out into the ocean to fish. That’s part of your connection to the ocean and the water. These are pleasant memories. There were lifetimes of playing and swimming in lakes that brought you happiness. Then there were other lifetimes.
There are two very traumatic lifetimes where you drowned. One on a fishing boat where there were storms. It was evening and getting dark. During that storm you left that life in a lot of fear.
But there’s another very important lifetime where you were young and experiencing many different ways to create joy and fun in your life. You had many friends. On one particular day, going on a shortcut to another part of the beach and villages, a place you’d never gone before because it was so desolate, you drowned.
But what brought you to this end in this lifetime wasn’t drowning by water, but drowning in quicksand. Ending that life was so traumatic, trying to pull yourself out of the quicksand, and swallowing grass and weeds in a panic to save your life. And at that time thinking this quicksand would cover your mouth, your nose, and your eyes. You thought about this step by step at the end of that life.
That life is what’s coming up for you now. That life was the traumatic one that brings up all the other memories of life near the oceans and the lakes. Some lives were joyful and some lives weren’t, but this one is the one that holds you in fear in your current lifetime. And you’ve created the fear to deal with it, to try and find the answer, and to connect the dots from this lifetime about what’s bothering you and where it came from.
MM: Obviously it’s impossible to enjoy the sea when I have this phobia. I’d love to swim, dive, kayak, surf, and enjoy underwater sports and activities, but I can’t do any of those though I live at one of the world’s most beautiful beaches. The phobia also extends to any deepish body of water, particularly if the water is dark or murky. I can’t even look at a photo taken underwater without severe fear. The smell and taste of seaweed also makes me gag. I feel like it’s related to the phobia somehow. However, the fear isn’t present when the water is clear and brightly lit.
Council: So can you see how here you’re having both memories, good ones when the water is lit, and the frightening ones when the water is dark and murky?
MM: I’ve happily swam in deep water in tropical areas where the sea is brightly lit, and those were some of the best and most memorable experiences of my life.
The phobia is now affecting my relationship also, as I’m with a merman who loves the sea even more than I do, but he has no phobia. He wants to share his joy of exploring the sea with me, but he can’t. I’ve tried one session of hypnotherapy last year, but I couldn’t afford to continue. I’ve had a number of past life regressions over the years and death by drowning is a common memory that comes up. However, unfortunately, simply having these regressions doesn’t help reduce the phobia at all.
Can you please offer any advice to help me overcome this phobia, and also offer any explanation about my love of the sea as well as my phobia?
Council: You know there’s the love of water and you know there’s the fear. It’s one thing to have past life regressions and to see this, but how far did that regression take you? We’d advise that in your meditations sit quietly and try to imagine the good times in the water. What do you imagine it felt like? And what do you know it feels like in your current reality? Connect the dots between the two lives.
Then we ask, when you’re able, to go into the life with the quicksand and picture yourself walking and playing that morning, walking through this area and then being trapped in the quicksand. Imagine little bits at a time because it’s traumatic. What happened to you at the end of that lifetime? But now you take it a step further.
When you know you’ve passed from this lifetime, where are you? Who is with you? Is there a guide? What do you see? Realize you’ve passed from that life, but you’re still very much yourself. There wasn’t any ending. The fear of death wasn’t there because now you’re out of your body and you’re having other experiences. Who has come to talk to you? What do you see around you?
Sit and meditate on that and see who you see. See how you feel, and feel the joy you experience when you’re in spirit and there isn’t any ending, and you’ve gone beyond who you were. Experience the joy. Experience meeting other souls that you knew. Experience guides coming through as well as angels, and animals that you knew. The joy will overcome the fear.
When you realize that, the fear from this past life will begin to leave you because you’re still here. You’ve still created other lifetimes, and you’ll go on to create more lifetimes. That, in time, will erase the fear.
Do this very slowly so you’ll be able to handle it. When you go into this and you begin to have the fear at the end of that life, you can stop it and replace those fearful thoughts with more uplifting thoughts. You’ll get stronger as you’re able to say to yourself over and over again, “But I’m here. I’m still alive. I’m still a person.”
Knowing that will bring you the courage to see it so you can connect to that life and see how it’s affecting your current life. But that life is over. That was then, this is now. You’re a brand new person in your current reality. You’re creating different experiences, but you’re creating this because it was a great desire when you were creating your current lifetime, to heal it.

How Can I Heal Past Traumas And Lead A Full Life?

P: I’ve been traveling for ten years and I wish to find a place and people where I feel at home. I wish to heal myself and find my way and my mission so I can live my life fully – a lightful, meaningful life that radiates love and light to others.
I have many connected questions. Please feel free to answer one or more, or all of them if you wish.
How can I fully heal myself psychologically, physically, emotionally, and energetically, and my past traumas so I can live this life fully?
Council: The main thing for you to do is lots of sitting quietly. Whether you meditate or just sit still, even if it’s ten minutes a day, and think of what it would feel like for you to be out of your body and experience yourself as just energy. You’re floating along and you have the power to create anything you want in this reality.
Everything you manifest and every feeling you have must come from energy first. We advise you to do the energy work, to sit and create that feeling, and just sit and wait. Ask for that feeling and it will come. That’s the beginning.
Then energetically reach for the feeling of joy, whether it be something you remember from your past that gives you joy, or something in the future that you fantasize about. When you’re in the state of feeling like pure energy, reach for the joy, and in that state you can create what you want.
And how do you do this? Think of every part of your life, physically, mentally, and energetically. If you don’t know how to do this, have the intention that you want to heal all of this. Then let go, be in that joy, and imagine your life in any way you wish it to be.
There’s nothing you can’t create with your thoughts. When you’re constantly in joy, and you’re constantly thinking of what you want your life to be like, it must come to you. There’s no struggle involved. There’s nothing you have to do physically to heal, What you have to do is get into the level of energy and joy. And when you’re in that state, everything you want must come to you. There’s no doctor or counselor you have to run to.
You’re here now, as all are in this reality, to learn how to heal whatever it is with your mind. It’s a big leap at this time how we, as spirits, are going forward. You must use your mind to create, to pretend like a child would pretend, and see your life the way you want it to be. There’s no stopping what you want. The thing that stops it is not believing what you want, and doubting because what you want isn’t coming fast enough. You must take your mind and switch it to a place of joy and the perfect life you’d like to create. That will bring everything you need. The universe will supply you with the right people, the right situations, and everything you need. Get into a state of joyful energy.
P: And how can I manifest my full potential and my higher self in this lifetime?
Council: You are your higher self. You don’t have to manifest it, you need to connect with it. You do this through meditation. When you’re going through your day and there’s a period where you’re laughing and feeling good, you’ve connected to your higher self. Your higher self will take you in the direction you need to go. There’s no separation between you and your higher self. You are your higher self. It’s just that you need to get into a state where you feel connected.
What connects you to your higher self? Joy does. Again we remind you to get into that state.
If you don’t know what you want to do in this lifetime, if you’re confused about what direction you want to go in, when you meditate every day, when you work to be grateful for what you have, and when you do the work to want more joy, to see your life loving and fulfilled, when you keep doing this it must come to you. It’s the power of your mind. With your mind you can move mountains. You may laugh and say that’s not true, but in the future, people will see that it is true. The mind is powerful.
You’ve volunteered to come into this life to have challenges. And with your mind, with the power of light, with the power of joy and happiness, you planned to change your life and bring whatever you want into it.
P: How can I manage the darkish energies that sometimes manifest strongly in me?
Council: How do you see this dark energy? Do you see it as something evil? Do you see it as depression? Do you see it as fear? This darkish energy you speak of is only thoughts you connect with that you’re afraid are around you, thoughts you feel some uncomfortableness with, and so you feel it is dark energy.
When you feel this uncomfortableness, it’s because whatever you’re thinking, whatever you’re doing, doesn’t agree with your higher self. Your higher self will have you feeling uncomfortable. And when you feel this way what can happen is you say: What am I thinking of? Let me let go of that and go back and search for the feeling of joy.
The dark energy is just your higher self saying: Okay, you’re going off your path right now. Come back to the joy. Come back to seeing yourself surrounded by light. Come back to seeing yourself as a spirit with so much power, and the thought of coming here to have the fun of changing everything. When you do this you won’t feel the dark energy. It’s only your thoughts you need to change.
Have fun on your journey. We’re here to support you, help you, and cheer you on. Have fun. That was your idea coming into this reality. Enjoy the adventure.

What’s Causing My Mysterious Allergy Symptoms?
This post answers questions for The Council from an anonymous reader who’s been having mysterious allergy symptoms for the last six months.
Anon: These symptoms feel like angry little pinpricks and itchiness, Sometimes I can literally feel it sweep up my body when I begin to experience symptoms, or when I wake up at night.
Council: Many things are going on here. You need to work on each of your chakras. Learn to do chakra breathing. Energy isn’t moving through your body easily. We suggest getting Chiropractic adjustments with a Chiropractor who uses Applied Kinesiology. You can also get some massage.
Anon: It’s especially on my arms, hands, and behind my ears.
Council: You have many pinched nerves and this is all from stress.
Anon: I thought it was a shampoo I was using, the medicine I was taking, or the ultraviolet resin I was working with. But now I’m in a different country and it’s happening again. I feel like my body is trying to tell me something, but I’m not sure what it is.
Council: Your body is telling you it needs help with your chakras. You can reverse these symptoms with Chiropractic adjustments, massage, and most of all, working with your chakras. Yoga will also be good after a while. You can very easily reverse these symptoms. Let go of worrying about them. Your symptoms are from stuck energy.
Anon: Is it stress-related, or is it a reaction to letting go of stress?
Council: Your symptoms are a result of being afraid of letting go.
Anon: I’ve just moved to a new country where I feel much safer and happier, but at night I’ve also been having nightmares about being left alone in one way or another…
Council: Yes, this is abandonment.
Anon: …which is something I know I fear and wanted to work on in this lifetime.
Council: And that fear will start in the first chakra and work its way up.
Anon: Is there any way to stop these symptoms? I’m especially sad that I’m having this reaction when I’m working with ultraviolet resin because this brings me lots of joy and is a creative outlet for me.
If illness is something I’ve chosen to help me learn a lesson, what’s the lesson I’m supposed to be learning here?
Council: The lesson here is to learn another way to care for yourself. It’s to learn about energy. It’s to learn about the different layers of a body. Any sort of book that talks about alternative healing. or the different layers in your aura. or anything like that will help you understand the energy and get it to move.

Tell Me About Electra Pleiadian Fairies And My Life Purpose
This post answers questions for The Council from a reader named, Emily, who says: I’d like to know about Electra Pleiadian fairies. This is something that’s been presented to me recently and I feel a connection to this information. The Council says: The purpose of Electra Pleiadian fairies is to bring the energy of love and healing to beings in our Earthly reality. These Electra fairies are very into healing energy and are very connected with trees.
If you find yourself attracted to trees, you’ve worked with the Electra fairies on Pleiades and here on Earth. If you find you’re attracted to crystals, you’ve worked with them.
We see you’ve been on Pleiades and studied healing. The easiest mode of healing to study here on Earth, which is part of the learning of the Electra fairies, is the energy of Reiki.
Electra fairies are empaths and very sensitive people. They make decisions based more on what they feel than what they think.
When Electra fairies choose to come into our Earthly reality, they usually choose to be with dysfunctional people. They choose this so they can be around these people and release healing energy to try and get people to feel better, to feel more connected, and to feel loving energy.
If you find you’re interested in healing we ask that you learn what you can about it. Create time every day to do some sort of healing. Work with the Earth. Be around trees, especially if you feel drained. The Electra fairies that are here, because of the people they surround themselves with, can have their energy drained. And so it’s always good to go and be among the trees. In your current lifetime, you’ve come here to spread that love and healing energy, and to lighten everyone’s load.
Emily says: I’d like to know about my origin and purpose, and I wonder if I’m working with these fairies? I feel disconnected from the clarity and awareness that I hope to develop. The Council says: You are working with these fairies. If you feel disconnected, then we urge you to go into a forest, any wooded area, and sit for a while among the trees. You will feel connected. The fairies in the trees will connect with you. The elements of the Earth will connect with you. Do this as much as you can.
Bring yourself to any tree you wish. You can even pick a favorite tree and sit there and talk to it. The tree will respond to you, you’ll get ideas, you’ll feel your energy change, and of course, you’ll feel much better. Then you can come back to your reality and do what’s needed. Help someone feel better or assist someone in some way. That’s your purpose here in your current lifetime.
Emily asks: What can I do to understand myself, and connect with my awakening and my awareness more? The Council says: You can experience energy healing. Read a lot about energy. Feel the energy between your hands. Put your hands over plants, over animals, and over people until you feel the tingling in the palm of your hand, or until you feel the heat. Know when you feel that, with your intentions you can send healing energy. Doing more and more of this playing with energy. You’ll be on your path, and work more and more on bringing this into your life.
Read about different planets, the phases of the moon, and trips into space. Connect everything. Learn about the stars. Learn about different realities and how they affect the reality you’re in. Learn how you can use your thoughts to pull in supportive energy from different places you’ve experienced. That’s your purpose, to be enlightened, and to open your field of understanding.

Forgiveness Is Your Issue, Not Abandonment
This post answers questions for The Council from a reader named, Eleanor, whose questions follow-up on our post, Is My Current Relationship With My Soul-Contracted Life Partner? which we published in response to her earlier question. Eleanor says, I’d specifically like to know more about abandonment, as I don’t feel I’ve really moved forward with this issue.
Ever since I received your guidance in that earlier post, I’ve seen just how many abandonments I’ve experienced, both in my love life and at work. I’ve had everything from colleagues taking my ideas and becoming rich and famous, to more recently a colleague in a project I run ghosting me and the work. They’re the fourth person to leave this project. Love-wise it’s been similar, from infidelity and abuse, to lovers putting deposits on homes with me and then disappearing. I’d like to know why this abandonment has been a running theme in my life.
The Council says, You may not believe this, but your issue was not only abandonment. Your issue is abuse, feeling hurt, feeling heartbroken, and feeling alone. These are some of the feelings you brought up, because what you wanted to learn about was forgiveness.
A good thing for you to do is to go back and think of everything that made you feel abandoned, heartbroken, and abused. Ask yourself how you feel about these people who were involved. Can you do the work that’s needed now of forgiving these people? Read Pat Rodegast’s book, Emmanuel, which has a section on forgiveness. That may help you.
But the real work is not to just concentrate on abandonment. Focus on all these things that make you feel alone. When you learn to forgive, and this is a big chunk that you wanted to work on in this lifetime, take each issue and ask yourself how you feel about the people involved? What do I think they did to me? How did they make me feel? Can I get to a place of love and release this hurt? Can I forgive them, because when they treated me this way, they were going through their own challenges? And all these people agreed with me in spirit to work out this issue of abandonment with me.
Forgiveness is a big subject. It can go back to your parents, your grandparents, your siblings, schoolmates, work colleagues, friends, family, and lovers, to name a few. There’s a lot you wanted to cover because your main issue was that you wanted to learn how to forgive. And then learn how to forgive yourself for feeling the way you did about each person, being angry with them, or surprised and shocked. And the grief and anger you store in your body, can you let go of it?
Know that you’ve planned to work through this issue of forgiveness in spirit and everyone involved has agreed to this with you. You’re exactly where you want to be. Forgiveness is a big challenge. It’s always easier to start looking at someone else and how they treated you. When you can learn to forgive them, then the harder part is learning to look at yourself.
How do you forgive yourself? How did you allow this to happen? Why didn’t you speak up for yourself? Why didn’t you leave a relationship earlier? Why did you allow people to treat you like that? When you did allow this, you didn’t love yourself. We’re all here to take every challenge we have and bring love into it. You can do this. It will take a lot of work and really wanting to look at the issue of forgiving yourself. Know you set this up when you were in spirit.
Eleanor asks, Does this have something to do with past lives I’ve had, and my abusive and neglectful upbringing? The Council says it’s not just about past lives. There were lots of past lives where you were hurt and went through abandonment or love issues. But there were also many good lives. It’s not so much about what life this desire for forgiveness came from? It’s more like you asked in spirit what challenge you wanted to work on in this lifetime, and you came up with forgiveness.
As far as your abusive and neglectful upbringing is concerned, that was also planned in spirit. The feelings of not feeling good about yourself, being abused, and not being treated right started very early. This is what you set up in spirit.
Eleanor says, Is this something I chose to change in this lifetime. The Council says, Of course. You didn’t want to just go through this lifetime and experience this need for forgiveness and feel horrible without changing it and without learning to love yourself and others. We’re all here to help each other. Of course you wanted to change this.
Eleanor says, I’d also like to know what I need to do to heal this pattern, as I’ve always wanted to have a permanent life partner and the same colleagues to go forward with work-wise. The Council says if you do this work as we explained it, there’s definitely a partner out there for you, but you must start this work.
Eleanor says, I’m also wondering if I do this work, will I be able to reattract this colleague who’s just left, and also my ex-boyfriend. Or is it that in healing this pattern I grow beyond this particular colleague and ex, and attract a new (what I hope is) permanent colleague and boyfriend?
The Council says you’ll understand the answer to this question after you do some of this inner work. You can decide if you want to bring these people back into your life. And of course you can if you want to. But then you might get to a point and decide you want more. You want something new and you’ll create that. You are the creator of your life and you can have it go in any direction you want. But you must do the work because you wanted to do this so badly this lifetime. To work on forgiveness for one issue is a lot, but to pick so many issues is even bigger. If you can get to forgiving one or two people, you’ll know how to do it and the rest will come easily.
The Council closes by sending everyone love, light, energy, and happiness. We wish you all feel that we’re here to help all of you, whether we speak with you, or we’re just here sending you light. That’s what we’re all about. We’re about supporting each other and helping each other understand what you’ve picked in this lifetime, and how to give you some guidance to keep you on your path, and show you how to experience it and change the way it is, because that’s what you planned.

What’s Blocking Me From Attracting A Romantic Partner Into My Life?
This post answers questions for The Council from a reader named, Eden, who asks, What is blocking me from attracting a romantic partner into my life? I’ve been single for years now and I’ve done a lot of work on myself during this time in order to welcome in a partner to enhance my life. However, I’m still not attracting in the right person. I feel as though I might have an unconscious block or a limiting belief, which is stopping me from attracting the right person. Could you please shed some light on this?
The Council says in one particular lifetime in the early 1800s you were a wife in a very lovely marriage with children. But your husband died unexpectedly and left you broken-hearted for this whole lifetime. You became a totally different person, sad and obsessed. You always wished your partner was still there.
In your current lifetime, subconsciously the fear is there that if you find the perfect partner, the relationship would end prematurely in your partner transitioning to spirit. That’s the belief that comes into your current lifetime. That’s the belief you wanted to work on and heal.
We ask you to not only visualize what you’ve lost now that you have this information, but think about how wonderful your relationship was. Meditate on this and ask for information about your marriage. How do you think your life would have been with a husband and children? Bring that relationship into your current lifetime. It was beautiful and it ended early, but that was then. Now you can have another beautiful relationship and it will last your entire lifetime.
There’s the belief of worry, and fear of being abandoned again that’s stopping you from pulling in someone who you want to have a relationship with.
We can tell you that in spirit you planned to have a relationship in your current lifetime with the spirit of the husband you lost in the lifetime we mentioned. It’s there for you. We suggest you concentrate on the joy that you’ll have the opportunity to be together again, and have another lifetime together, and create as you both go along.
Stop worrying about not finding the perfect person, what is wrong, and what’s blocking you. You now have the answer to those questions. But you also know now that in spirit you and your husband from a past lifetime have both agreed you’ll come together to have another great relationship, to live out another wonderful life. We wish you well on this. Meditate on it and feel the happiness and excitement that you’ll meet this person again.
Eden closes by asking, Is there a partner out there for me with whom I can create a beautiful and fulfilling relationship, which is really what my heart yearns for? The Council says this relationship is there for you. Now create it.

Please Elaborate On Water, Sun, And Electricity Curing COVID
This post answers a question for The Council from a reader named, LilyDaisy, who says: I was listening to your post, The Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) From a Spiritual Perspective, because I’ve been feeling sad about the divide between people who are vaccinated and people who are unvaccinated, and I was looking for some peace. I realized I heard something in that session I didn’t catch the first time I listened to it, and it was incredibly interesting. In that post The Council mentioned water, sun, and electricity as the source of the cure.
Cynthia and Bob went back and listened to that post and found that The Council doesn’t actually say water, sun, and electricity will be the source of the cure for COVID. During that earlier COVID session when Bob asks The Council how we’ll know when the virus has passed, The Council says: The scientists and doctors will say the virus is under control – that electricity, or the sun, or water, or something is putting an end to the virus. This is immediately followed by The Council saying this (meaning electricity, sun, water, or something else) doesn’t matter. What matters is your thoughts. Stay in the vibration of love. Stay in the vibration of happiness and the feeling we’re all safe and working on this, and the virus will pass.
Coming back to our session on LilyDaisy’s follow-up question, The Council is quick to re-emphasize that thoughts will be the cause of the cure for COVID. Then they say, In Atlantis they had great temples of healing. They knew how to heal with vibration, with the sun, and with water. We feel that will not be done in this lifetime.
The Council continues: There were dome-shaped temples in Atlantis that were made out of crystals, and a crystal would be placed in the area of the temple where the sun would hit for the longest period of time during the day. The sun going through the crystals, and the sound that was played while the people were in this healing dome, created cures for all these peoples’ diseases.
They took crystal domes and put them over the water, and the vibration of the sun would purify the water and give these domes healing powers. They used color, vibration, and sound in ways that were very advanced compared to today, but we feel right now this form of healing isn’t available in your current reality.
COVID was created so people could have time to be at home, appreciate their lives, appreciate their families and friends and realize how much they want to be together, and to be kind to each other. And when the vibration of these kind and loving thoughts takes over, there will no longer be the COVID virus. COVID was created out of fear, out of violence, and out of upset feelings. It was created with wrong thinking.
The thinking that’s needed now is thoughts of love. Grow plants, love the trees, honor the oceans, and believe everything has a vibration. Everything overcomes a bad vibration with the vibration of love. Love your home. Love every part of it. Love everyone in it. Love everyone you know. Be kind. Think happy thoughts. Find ways to have fun and laugh. With these thoughts you’ll see COVID disappear.
The Council repeats that water, sun, and electricity were sources of healing in the past, but they won’t be the source in this lifetime. But they add that this can be changed with the right thinking. In Lemuria and Mu, as well as Atlantis, they were very advanced. And yet with the feelings of love and appreciation for the scientists and the doctors, someone can come up with some sort of cure in that way. But we say don’t worry about that. Concentrate on the vibration of love.
In closing, The Council asks everyone to search for joy and to find it in any way you can.
